研究了控轧控冷工艺对工业试生产的50 mm厚V-N微合金钢中厚板组织与性能的影响,利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜、拉伸试验机等对试验钢微观组织、力学性能及钢板表面质量进行了观察及分析。结果表明:试验钢在终冷温度为630 ℃时,显微组织由针状铁素体、多边形铁素体和少量粒状贝氏体组成,可观察到V(C,N)析出粒子。试验钢中部屈服强度达599 MPa,伸长率为20%,-20 ℃时的冲击吸收能量为199 J。降低钢中Al元素的含量,钢板表面质量得到了明显的改善。 相似文献

冷轧带钢倾斜浪缺陷即带钢表面斜纹是冷连轧产品普遍存在的一种板形缺陷,其产生机理及调控手段尚不清楚。介绍了倾斜浪缺陷的特征;进行了轧制规程调整、轧机设备精度调整等轧制试验。结果表明,双边浪轧制和调节五机架前后张力对倾斜浪缺陷有较为明显的影响。综合理论分析和试验结果,认为轧机出口带钢横断面张力不均,造成张力大的部分条元延伸率大,即造成带钢横断面的金属纵向延伸率不同,不能均匀纵向流动,且产生横向流动,各条元之间产生相互作用的内应力,当内应力足够大就会引起带钢翘曲;此条元的带钢翘曲后,张力变小,相邻条元的张力变大,带钢翘曲沿着带钢纵向斜的方向移动,便产生了倾斜浪缺陷。为此,提出了采用双边浪轧制和调整五机架前后轧制张力共同抑制倾斜浪缺陷的方法,试验结果表明倾斜浪缺陷改善明显。 相似文献

A typical aluminum alloy for casting (AlSi7Mg0.3) was used to produce open-cell foams by replication of a salt precursor. The process was set to minimize complexity and costs of the casting operations: the preform sintering was avoided and mold temperature lower than the eutectic temperature of the alloy was used. Open-cell foams with a relative density about 35% and high compressive strength resulted. Material analyses showed that, in replication casting, the material response to the process is optimal and a homogeneous and fine grain size distribution is visible in the foams. 相似文献

对轴类锻件用中锰钢进行了高温热塑性研究。在不同温度下对试验钢进行了不同应变速率的高温拉伸试验,绘制了试验钢在不同条件下的高温热塑性曲线,并通过研究高温拉伸断口的形貌和组织分布,分析其断裂机理。结果表明,试验钢在650~1200 ℃范围内断面收缩率均达60%以上,热塑性良好,无脆性温度区。试验钢的高温拉伸断口附近组织为马氏体组织,在热塑性稍差的温度点(750,900 ℃)对应的组织中含有少量先共析铁素体。试验钢在650~1050 ℃范围内的断裂方式为穿晶韧性断裂,在1100~1200 ℃的断裂方式为沿晶断裂。 相似文献

Zr-based metallic glasses(MGs)possess a wide supercooled liquid region,which gives a wide processing window for superplastic forming to make microdevices with demanding size accuracy and surface finishing.The existence of oxygen may have an influence on the thermoplastic deformation process.Therefore,the effect of oxidation on the mechanical behavior of the MGs in the vicinity of glass transition temperature is of great significance for practical forming of MG components.In the present study,the effect of oxidation on tensile properties of Zr50Cu40Al10 metallic glass was investigated.The tested samples were characterized by XRD and SEM analysis.For the samples tested in air,the strength decreases 187 MPa,61 MPa and 59 MPa and the ductility increases 0.31,0.36,and 0.77 at 420℃,430℃,and 440℃,respectively,compared with those tested in flowing argon.ZrO2 preferentially formed during the tensile testing at 420℃,and both ZrO2 and Al2O3 oxides formed at 430℃.The dilution of Zr elements in the remaining amorphous matrix caused by preferential oxidation on the surface layer attributes to the decrease in strength and enhancement in ductility of the Zr50Cu40Al10 metallic glasses. 相似文献

Large- scale solid particles are transported by pipeline in form of slurry in dredging works. The pipeline not only wears away, but also suffers from different degrees of corrosion, so as to make the pipeline has serious abrasion failure. The erosion- corrosion behavior of steels in sea water slurry was investigated using the rotation method and the proportion of each abrasive component in erosion- corrosion weight loss was measured, the failure mode of erosion- corrosion and dominate effective factors were also analyzed. The experimental results indicate that the erosion- corrosion weight loss increases rapidly with the increasing of test velocities, erosion is the primary contributor of erosion- corrosion weight loss in sea water slurry, at the same time there is a clear interaction between corrosion and erosion. The addition of Cr in steel is beneficial to reduce the self- corrosion potential, then corrosion is depressed and the resistance of erosion- corrosion is improved.The formation of many platelets, gouges and crates and their removal from the sample surface during erosion- corrosion in the slurry are thought to constitute the mechanism responsible for this weight loss for carbon steels. The gouges are shallower on the surface of high strength steel specimens, and the formation of platelets and crates are thought to the dominate contributor. 相似文献

采用数学模型分析辊底炉炉辊改进前后的水冷合金辊、纤维辊的热损规律.分析辊底炉存在的问题,指出炉辊改进的原因和关键点;建立两种炉辊的传热模型,提出基于牛顿搜索的迭代规划求解算法;研究冷却水流速和进水温度与两种炉辊截面上不同材质界面处的温度、出水温度、温升、吸热量及换热系数的关系.结果表明:炉辊分界面温度、出水温度、冷却水温升随流速增加而减小,两种辊临界流速为0.07和0.09 m/s,大于临界流速发生湍流,冷却效果倍增;考虑到减少结垢和水系统造价,还应控制出水温度在45 ℃之下和温升小于10 ℃,合适流速为0.4~0.8 m/s和0.2~0.6 m/s,此时完全湍流,冷却效率高,温升小;再增大流速,冷却水吸热量变化不大,能耗增大;强制湍流换热时,纤维辊热损约为合金辊的78%.应用效果表明:炉辊改进及优化控制后,由于纤维炉辊热损小,并且不用磨辊,产量大大提高,吨钢燃料消耗量大幅降低. 相似文献
