Thermal conductivity of Si3N4 containing large β-Si3N4 particles as seeds for grain growth was investigated. Seeds addition promotes growth of β-Si3N4 grains during sintering to develop the duplex microstructure. The thermal conductivity of the material sintered at 1900 °C improved up to 106 W m−1 K−1, although that of unseeded material was 77 Wm−1 K−1. Seeds addition leads to reduction of the sintering temperature with developing the duplex microstructure and with improving the thermal conductivity, which benefits in terms of production cost of Si3N4 ceramics with thermal conductivity. ©  相似文献

Reliable recognition of fault type and assessment of fault severity is essential for decision making in condition-based maintenance of gear transmission systems. In engineering practice, the gear systems are often subject to hybrid faults on the same component or different components. The concurrence of multiple faults makes the fault detection, in particular, the examination of both the fault types and severities, more challenging. Recently, this research area has been recognized as an important direction. A logic solution is to decouple the hybrid faults. This paper reviews various aspects of recent research in decoupling diagnosis of hybrid faults in gear transmission systems, and discusses the techniques used for gearbox hybrid faults decoupling. The general fault detection technologies for gearboxes are also briefly summarized. A potential methodology based on the bounded component analysis (BCA) for hybrid faults decoupling is discussed. Possible future research trends of gearbox hybrid faults decoupling diagnosis are suggested.  相似文献

随着地铁、越江隧道等地下工程的日益增多,涌现出了大量的对称式基坑。基于共形映射理论,推导了对称式基坑涌水量计算表达式,并对其计算参数进行分析。研究表明,对称式基坑的单宽涌水量与渗透系数、基坑内外水头差成正比,与(相对)隔水层层顶到坑底的距离和基坑两侧止水帷幕间距的比值、止水帷幕嵌固深度和(相对)隔水层层顶到坑底距离的比值、基坑内外水头差和(相对)隔水层层顶到坑底距离的比值成反相关。  相似文献

In this work, the influence of pulse current parameters on springback and bending force of magnesium alloy during electropulse-assisted(EPA) V-bending was investigated. The experimental results showed that pulse current can effectively reduce the springback and the bending force compared to the experiments without current. The frequency has a more significant influence on bending force and springback than electric current density. Electroplastic(EP) effect begins to work when pulse current parameters reach a threshold value. To explore the mechanism of EPA V-bending, the microstructure evolution and fracture surface of the bending specimen were studied. It was found that pulse current can promote the occurrence of dynamic recrystallization(DRX) of magnesium alloy compared to traditional hot forming process. The fracture mode of AZ31B under EPA V-bending evolves from brittle fracture to ductile fracture with increasing pulse current parameters. Based on the discussion of athermal and thermal effects of EP effect, the mechanism of pulse current to promote DRX is studied and athermal effect is proved to exist.  相似文献

Ce3+/Tb3+ co-doped NaMgBO3 phosphors were successfully synthesized by solid-state method. Under 381 nm excitation, the cyan emission owing to the 5d → 4f of Ce3+ ions and green emissions arising from the 5D4 → 7FJ (J = 6, 5, 4, and 3) transitions of Tb3+ ions were seen in all the phosphors. Through theoretical analysis, one knows that the energy transfer from Ce3+ to Tb3+ ions with high efficiency of 83.74% was contributed by dipole–dipole transition. Furthermore, the internal quantum efficiency of NaMgBO3:0.01Ce3+,0.03Tb3+ phosphor was 54.28%. Compared with that of at 303 K, the emission intensity of the developed products at 423 K still kept 73%, revealing the splendid thermal stability of the studied phosphors. Through utilizing the resultant phosphors as cyan-green components, the fabricated white-LED device exhibited an excellent correlated color temperature of 2785 K, high color-rendering index of 85.73, suitable luminance efficiency of 25.00 lm/W, and appropriate color coordinate of (0.4279, 0.3617). Aside from the superior photoluminescence, the synthesized phosphors also exhibited excellent cathode-luminescence properties which were sensitive to the current and accelerating voltage. Furthermore, the NaMgBO3:0.01Ce3+,0.03Tb3+ phosphors with multi-mode emissions were promising candidates for optical anti-counterfeiting. All the results indicated that the Ce3+/Tb3+ co-doped NaMgBO3 phosphors were potential multi-platforms toward white-LED, field emission displays, and optical anti-counterfeiting applications.  相似文献

In this work, semiinterpenetrating polymer network (semi-IPN), consisting of sulfonated poly (arylene ether sulfone) (SPAES) and crosslinked vinyl imidazole grafted polysulfone (VMPSU), is prepared and characterized. FTIR, EDS, and solubility test indicate the successful preparation of amphoteric membranes. The semi-IPN amphoteric membranes exhibit better stability than pure SPAES membrane, as demonstrated by thermogravimetric analysis and ex situ immersion testing results. More importantly, it is shown that the amphoteric membrane can effectively hinder vanadium ion crossover through the membrane, which is attributed to the semi-IPN structure and Donnan exclusion. As expected, the amphoteric membrane containing 20% VMPSU exhibits the highest proton selectivity (6.86 × 104 S min cm−3), comparing to pristine SPAES (1.90 × 104 S min cm−3) as well as Nafion117 (1.31 × 104 S min cm−3).  相似文献

冷却系统在工业生产过程中起着至关重要的作用。湿冷系统或空冷系统都有比较明显的优缺点,湿冷机组虽然热经济性高,但耗水量大,而我国的水资源相对紧张。空冷也有很多棘手的问题有待解决,如投资非常大,受环境温度等条件的限制多。干湿联合冷却系统同时兼顾干冷系统和湿冷系统优点,是煤化工、石油化工、电力等行业冷却系统的发展趋势。本文基于空冷系统和湿冷系统的发展,对干湿联合冷却系统的形成和分类进行了综述。着重阐述了干湿冷却系统模型、主要设备、系统优化等研究方向的国内外最新现状。在此基础上,对节水消雾、露点冷却和其他应用于干湿联合冷却系统的技术进行了综述,并对进一步值得研究的重点方向进行了展望,为干湿联合冷却系统的理论研究、工程实践、系统运行提供参考。  相似文献

High thermal conductivity Si3N4 ceramics were fabricated using a one-step method consisting of reaction-bonded Si3N4 (RBSN) and post-sintering. The influence of Si content on nitridation rate, β/(α+β) phase rate, thermal conductivity and mechanical properties was investigated in this work. It is of special interest to note that the thermal conductivity showed a tendency to increase first and then decrease with increasing Si content. This experimental result shows that the optimal thermal conductivity and fracture toughness were obtained to be 66 W (m K)-1 and 12.0 MPa m1/2, respectively. As a comparison, the nitridation rate and β/(α+β) phase rate in a static pressure nitriding system, i.e., 97% (MS10), 97% (MS15), 97% (MS20) and 8.3% (MS10), 8.3% (MS15), 8.9% (MS20), respectively, have obvious advantages over those in a flowing nitriding system, i.e., 91% (MS10), 91% (MS15), 93% (MS20) and 3.1% (MS10), 3.3% (MS15), 3.3% (MS20), respectively. Moreover, high lattice integrity of the β-Si3N4 phase was observed, which can effectively confine O atoms into the β-Si3N4 lattice using MgO as a sintering additive. This result indicates that one-step sintering can provide a new route to prepare Si3N4 ceramics with a good combination of thermal conductivity and mechanical properties.  相似文献

Two-factor and three-level fractional factorial design was employed for evaluation of the effect of Glycine and Triton X-100 on the secretion and expression of ZZ–EGFP fusion proteins. Varying contents of glycine (0%, 1%, 2%) and Triton X-100 (0%, 1%, 2%) were added into shaking flasks, respectively, and supplied with appropriate volume of ampicillin (total 9 combinations; group at concentration zero serving as control) to promote more ZZ–EGFP diffuse into liquid culture medium. Fluorescent intensity in the culture supernatant was detected. A standard curve could be generated on the basis of fluorescent intensity and protein concentration. The expression level of ZZ–EGFP fusion proteins was estimated by checking the protein standard curve concentration fluorescene intensity. Results show that when the culture medium contains 2% Glycine and 1% Triton X-100, the expression level of ZZ–EGFP was able to be greatly increased. Further experiments revealed that absorbance value (A600) in the experiment group, whose culture medium contains 2% Glycine and 2% Triton X-100, is significantly lower than other groups in the present experiment. These results indicate that the culture medium containing appropriate quantity of Glycine and Triton X-100 is favourable to the secretion and expression level of ZZ–EGFP in gene-engineering bacteria Escherichia coli HB101.  相似文献
