QUANTITATIVE AND QUALITATIVE MODELS FOR FAULT DETECTION AND ISOLATION

This paper develops a unified view of model-based approaches for fault detection and isolation (FDI), taking as a guideline the different levels of the knowledge available about the monitored system. Two functions of the FDI process are distinguished, namely alarm generation and alarm interpretation. The numerical and the qualitative model-based approaches are discussed with respect to these two functions.     

Design of a wireless remote monitoring and object tracking robot

A vision-based motion detection system is designed to remotely control the motion of a service robot. Color tags are placed on the operator to control the robot motion. The motion of the color tags is detected using a CCD camera and used to actuate the remote robot wirelessly. The computation of the color tags’ motion is achieved through image processing using eigenvectors and color system morphology. Through inverse dynamics and coordinate transformation, the rotation angles of the arm, head, and foot of the operator and the corresponding robot motor angles are determined. It takes, on average, 65 ms per calculation. The system performed well even in complex environments with errors that did not exceed 2 pixels with a response time of about 0.1 s. Determining of stock investments with grey relational analysis

Selecting stock is important problem for investors. Investors can use related financial ratios in stock selection. These kind of worthy financial ratios can be obtained from financial statements. The investors can use these ratios as criteria while they are selecting the stocks. Since dealing with more than one financial ratio, the investing issue becomes multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) problem for the investors. There are various techniques for solving MCDM problems in literature. In this study grey relational analysis (GRA) is used for ordering some financial firms’ stocks which are in Financial Sector Index of Istanbul Stock Exchange (ISE). Besides, because of the importance of criteria weights in decision making, three different approaches – heuristic, Analytic Hierarchy Process, learning via sample – were experimented to find best values of criteria weights in GRA process.     

基于KNN算法的飞机货舱复合火灾探测系统设计

针对飞机货舱烟雾探测器探测参数单一、误报漏报率高、无可视化交互等问题,设计了一款使用树莓派开发的复合火灾探测系统。以树莓派为嵌入式控制中心,连接CO传感器、TVOC传感器、PM10传感器进行数据采集;采用KNN算法进行多传感器数据融合,输出结果为有火与无火,准确率达到98%,并将处理后的数据存入SQLite数据库;树莓派搭建Web服务器并接入机载服务器局域网,设备通过访问HTML网页,实现可视化界面的交互。经试验测试：在高为2 m的货舱该系统可在46 s内发出告警指示,功能指标满足货舱火警探测的设计要求,并且漏报率为0,误报率低于1%,可为机载火警探测系统设计提供良好方案。     

ZnGeP2多晶合成爆炸原因分析与工艺改进

分析了磷锗锌(ZnGeP2)多晶合成中的化学反应及其发生爆炸的原因,研究出防止安瓿爆炸的合成新工艺。采用改进的单温区合成法,配合梯度降温冷却技术,有效地避免了ZnGeP2合成过程中的爆炸现象,实现了富余P与合成产物的有效分离。经X射线衍射仪、能量分散光谱仪测试表明:合成产物是高纯单相的ZnGeP2多晶材料。以此为原料,采用垂直布里奇曼法进行ZnGeP2晶体生长,获得了尺寸达Φ20 mm×60 mm外观完整、结晶性好的ZnGeP2单晶体。     

磷酸钠对半水硫酸钙晶须的稳定作用

介绍了磷酸钠对半水硫酸钙晶须在水溶液中的形貌和晶型的稳定性影响.考查了反应时间及磷酸钠用量等因素对稳定化效果的影响,并采用SEM、DSC-TG、XRD等方法对磷酸钠稳定化处理后半水硫酸钙晶须产品的表面形貌、热稳定性及物相组成进行了表征.结果表明:在0.10%用量、作用时间20 min、稳定化温度100℃的稳定化作用条件...     

低照度下火场应急疏散标志颜色特征研究

为研究低照度火灾场景中应急疏散标志的颜色特征变化,提出了一种基于闵氏距离的低照度颜色特征量化方法,利用统计学方法研究低照度下火场标志背景的颜色特征参数。首先分别在室内灯光环境和低照度单一火场环境中取得标志背景的图片样本;其次对试验图片进行检测统计、特征提取;最后统计并分析图像的闵氏距离、方差。试验结果表明：近火场标志背景使用效果变差,绿色和蓝色背景标志尤为明显。以非接触测量的闵氏距离方法能够有效度量各通道值,并能分析各参数对结果影响的大小。
