Frequency analysis and compensation of valve stiction in cascade control loops

Valve stiction is often a common problem in control loops and stiction induced oscillation is the main cause of poor performance in control systems. Cascade control is extensively applied in process industry as an effective strategy to restrain disturbances and compensate process nonlinearities. In recent years many studies have been performed on the detection and quantification of valve stiction in single feedback control loops. However, there is a lack in developing a mechanism which can analyze stiction induced oscillation in cascade control loops. This work focuses on the frequency analysis of stiction induced oscillations in cascade control loops and proposes a mechanism of oscillation compensation through outer and inner controller tuning. The effect of oscillation compensation by changing control strategies is also discussed. The theoretical analysis is evaluated through simulation examples and a pilot-scale flow-level cascade control experiment.

电力企业承担着为社会经济发展提供安全、可持续电力供应的重要使命,因此,电力企业信息系统的安全要求比普通企业要高。随着电力企业信息化的快速推进,各种远程移动终端与信息内网的数据交换需求日益增长。如何保证移动终端远程接入的安全已成为电力企业信息化建设中的关键问题。在分析传统 SSL VPN 技术的基础上,针对电力企业信息安全建设的特点和特殊需求,设计了一种适用于电力企业的新型移动安全接入平台。该平台能够支持多种移动终端的多因素认证和访问控制,同时实现了SSL高速协议栈、数据隔离等功能,有效地解决了上面所提到的问题。     

公共部门人力资源管理特点及其分析

我国长期以来并没有真正将政府公务员也当成人力资源来对待,更没有在管理体制上引入现代人力资源管理的理念和思路。学术界在人力资源管理研究领域中,对政府的关注度也非常低,并且这种状况一直没有发生改变。本文就政府人力资源开发和管理存在的主要问题和公共部门特有的状况进行分析,就政府绩效管理提出建设性意见。     

基于形状记忆合金的TMD半主动控制

针对建筑结构在随机荷载或风荷载作用下可能发生的频率不确定问题,特别是结构自振频率会随振幅的大小而发生漂移的非线性振动问题,提出性能可靠、构造简单的形状记忆合金SMA-TMD自适应半主动控制系统.从理论上探讨形状记忆合金在变刚度TMD控制装置中的应用,并进行相应的参数设计.同时,在研究随机荷载作用下TMD系统动力特性的基础上,结合短时傅里叶变换(STFT)设计出该系统的自适应半主动控制算法.算例表明,SMA-TMD自适应控制系统能较好地识别结构系统的时频特性,并进行有效的控制,具有性能可靠和自适应能力强等特点.该自适应控制系统较传统的TMD被动控制减震效果更好,鲁棒性更强.     

Support vector machine forecasting method improved by chaotic particle swarm optimization and its application

By adopting the chaotic searching to improve the global searching performance of the particle swarm optimization (PSO), and using the improved PSO to optimize the key parameters of the support vector machine (SVM) forecasting model, an improved SVM model named CPSO-SVM model was proposed. The new model was applied to predicting the short term load, and the improved effect of the new model was proved. The simulation results of the South China Power Market’s actual data show that the new method can effectively improve the forecast accuracy by 2.23% and 3.87%, respectively, compared with the PSO-SVM and SVM methods. Compared with that of the PSO-SVM and SVM methods, the time cost of the new model is only increased by 3.15 and 4.61 s, respectively, which indicates that the CPSO-SVM model gains significant improved effects. Incoherent scatter spectra due to HF heating in the low ionosphere region

The electron velocity distribution function and the incoherent scatter spectra during ionospheric heating in low ionosphere region are presented with consideration of the elastic collision between electrons and neural particles and the excitation of rotation energy level. The effects of pump frequency and electric fields on the spectra are discussed. With the increase of electric field, the non-Maxwellian feature is enhanced, and with the increase of heating frequency, the non-Maxwellian feature is weakened. The non-Maxwellian factor will bring a large error in ionosphere parameters, which must be considered in the inversion. 中国电价调整经济影响的投入产出分析

中国国家发展改革委员会在2008年6月19日宣布调整部分能源产品价格,其中,规定自7月1日起将全国销售电价平均每kW.h提高2.5分钱。电力工业作为一个基础性的能源产业,其产品渗透到了经济体的各个方面,对经济发展和社会进步起着不可低估的作用,其价格调整必将引起相关产业部门的相应调整,进而影响到整个经济体的运行和社会生活的稳定。基于投入产出方法,量化了此次电价调整对经济的影响,并设定了不同的调价方案,分析了不同调价方案对经济运行的影响程度。通过分析,得出的结论是:此次电价调整在社会可承受范围之内,不会对经济产生太大的不利影响,未来的电价仍然有调升的空间;电价变动对不同部门产生的影响不同,在制定电价政策时,应充分考虑各个部门的承受能力,做到既有利于电力工业发展,又有利于产业结构的优化。     

供电公司运营效率与影响因素分析

运营效率是衡量企业投资效益和资源配置的核心指标,因此,有效提高运营效率是增强供电公司竞争力的重要途径之一。结合供电公司的实际情况,构建了基于SE-DEA的供电公司运营效率评价模型,借助MATLAB数学分析软件,从投入和产出的角度对8家供电公司的运营效率进行比较,详细地分析了影响其效率的主要因素,并针对问题提出了优化运营的有效措施。实例结果表明,此方法实现了对所有决策单元的充分评价与排序,可以对供电公司运营效率进行有效的评价,为管理者提供科学、有效的信息和决策的依据。     

水电站月度调度函数的模型制定与模拟结果评价

基于统计学中多元逐步回归原理建立了多年调节水电站分月调度函数模型,并根据水电站优化调度特征确定待选自变量,用以指导电站实际优化调度运行。在考虑电站自身各约束及综合利用要求的前提下,进一步采用程序设计模拟调度函数指导水电站长系列调度运行,通过对模拟结果的全面评价,证实所建立的调度函数具有良好的指导意义和实用价值。
