An automatic calibration method for stereo-based 3D distributed smart camera networks

Stereo-based 3D distributed smart camera networks are useful in a broad range of applications. Knowledge of the relative locations and orientations of nodes in the network is an essential prerequisite for true 3D sensing. A novel spatial calibration method for a network of pre-calibrated stereo smart cameras is presented, which obtains pose estimates suitable for collaborative 3D vision in a distributed fashion using two stages of registration on robust 3D point sets. The method is initially described in a geometrical sense, then presented in a practical implementation using existing vision and registration algorithms. Experiments using both software simulations and physical devices are designed and executed to demonstrate performance.

以氯虫苯甲酰胺的结构为基础,合成了系列新型吡唑酰胺类化合物,所有化合物均通过核磁共振氢谱和元素分析等手段进行表征确定。初步的生物活性测试结果表明,部分目标化合物具有一定的杀虫活性。     

一种基于LabVIEW的数据分析处理系统的设计

采用LabVIEW语言,设计了一套能够接收串口信号,并分析处理数据的系统。整个系统分为三大部分：数据采集部分、数据拆分显示部分和数据处理分析部分。本系统既可以实时处理分析数据,也可以先采集并保存数据后期再调用数据并分析处理。以虚拟仪器代替传统仪器,既提高了工作效率,又节省了成本。

为了了解我国肉牛胴体分割部位名称的使用情况,促进牛肉产业的进一步发展,我们对我国部分肉牛屠宰加工企业的肉牛分割部位或销售部位进行了调查分析,提出了肉牛胴体分割部位名称使用中存在的问题并对其提出了一些建议。     

水相沉淀法制备丙烯腈-丙烯酰胺共聚物及其结构研究

以丙烯酰胺(AM)为共聚单体,采用水相沉淀法制备了丙烯腈/丙烯酰胺共聚物。研究了AM对聚合反应以及共聚物结构的影响。结果表明,AM竞聚率高于AN,倾向于均聚反应,会降低PAN的分子量,提高聚合反应的转化率;少量AM会略微改变分子链中的立构规整度,提高PAN的结晶度,降低晶粒尺寸。     

Comparative analysis of changes in whey proteins of goat milk throughout the lactation cycle using quantitative proteomics

The composition and content of goat milk proteins are affected by many factors and have been extensively studied. However, variation in whey protein composition in goat milk throughout the lactation cycle has not been clarified. In the current study, 15 dairy goats were selected, and milk samples were collected at 1, 3, 30, 90, 150, and 240 d after delivery. Whey proteins were separated and digested and then identified using data-independent acquisition (DIA) and data-dependent acquisition proteomics approaches. Protein profiles identified using DIA were consistent with those of the data-dependent acquisition proteomics approach according to clustering and principal component analyses. Significant differences in the abundance of 238 proteins around the lactation cycle were identified using the DIA approach. Developmental changes of the whey proteome corresponding to lactation stage were revealed: plasminogen, α-2-macroglobulin, and fibronectin levels decreased from d 1 to 240, whereas polymeric immunoglobulin receptor, nucleobindin 2, fatty acid-binding protein 3, and lactoperoxidase increased from d 1 to 240. Protein-protein interaction analysis showed that fibronectin with a higher degree of connectivity is a central node. The findings are of great significance to better understanding the potential role of specific proteins and the mechanism of protein biosynthesis or intercellular transport in the mammary glands related to the physiological changes of dairy goats.     

基于UPLC-MS/MS分析红豆杉鲜叶和茶叶非挥发性差异成分

该研究以曼地亚红豆杉鲜叶（T. media Fresh Leaves,TFL）为材料,通过杀青、揉捻、干燥制成红豆杉茶叶（T. media Tea,TT）。运用超高效液相色谱串联质谱（UPLC-MS/MS）分析比较曼地亚红豆杉鲜叶加工前后的差异化合物。在TFL和TT中共鉴定到796种化合物,TFL中有777种化合物,TT中有768种化合物。根据PCA结合OPLS-DA筛选出差异化合物330种,其中氨基酸、脂质、黄酮、酚酸等255种化合物在TFL中含量高,有机酸等105种化合物在TT中含量高。TFL和TT的关键差异化合物有11种,包括柠康酸、3,5-二羟基-3-甲基戊酸、(2''S3''R)-5-(N,N二甲基-3''-苯基异丝氨酰)-红豆杉三烯A、1,3,5-苯三酚、澳大利亚紫杉碱、3-羟基吡啶、吡咯-2-羧酸在TT中含量较高;苯甲醛、橙皮素-7-O-葡萄糖苷、9-过氧-10E,12Z-十八碳二烯酸、木犀草素-7-O-(6''-咖啡酰)鼠李糖苷在TFL中含量较高。该研究将为红豆杉鲜叶的开发利用提供理论依据。

Efficient stabilization of in situ fabrication of PtxPd1-x nanostructures for electro-oxidation of methanol in alkaline medium

Different binary Pt_xPd_1-x alloys supported on Vulcan carbon XC-72R were synthesized by the displacement of ligands from organometallic compounds to be used as anodic electrode for methanol electro-oxidation in alkaline medium. The influence of the Pd addition during the synthesis of Pt_xPd_1-x alloys in presence of octylamine as stabilizer was analyzed in terms of structure, chemical composition and electroactivity in the methanol oxidation reaction. The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis showed that the surface of the electrodes consisted of a metallic mixture and oxide states, which confirmed the change in the electronic properties during the alloy formation. The current density of Pt₃₀Pd₇₀/C during CV measurements was about 2.1 times higher than the one observed with Pt/C electrodes. The CO tolerance was also slightly improved under similar conditions. The work findings indicate that stabilized Pt₃₀Pd₇₀/C binary alloys can be used to design highly active anodic catalysts with potential applications in direct methanol fuel cells (DMFCs).
