The oxide dispersion strengthened (ODS) steel with the nominal composition of Fe–14Cr–2W–0.3Ti–0.2V–0.07Ta–0.3Y2O3 (wt%) was fabricated by mechanical alloying and hot isostatic pressing (HIP). In order to optimize the relative volume fraction of secondary phases, the as-HIPed ODS steel was annealed at 800 °C, 1000 °C, 1200 °C for 5 h, respectively. The microstructures and different secondary phases of the as-HIPed and annealed ODS samples were identified by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The tensile properties of all the ODS steels at room temperature were also investigated. The results indicate that annealing is an effective way to control the microstructure and the integral secondary phases. The annealing process promotes the dissolution of M23C6 particles, thus promoting the precipitation of TiC. No obvious coarsening of Y2Ti2O7 nanoparticles can be observed during annealing. The tensile results indicate that the annealed ODS sample with the optimized secondary phases and high density possesses the best mechanical properties. 相似文献

Distance-between-vehicle-measurement is the only factor in traditional car rear-end alarm system. To address the above problem, this paper proposes an alarming model based on multi-agent systems (MAS) and driving behavior. It consists of four different types of agents that can either work alone or collaborate through a communications protocol on the basis of the extended KQML. The rear-end alarming algorithm applies the Bayes decision theory to calculate the probability of collision and prevent its occurrence real-time. The learning algorithm of driving behavior based on ensemble artificial neural network (ANN) and the decision procedure based on Bayes’ theory are also described in this paper. Both autonomy and reliability are enhanced in the proposed system. The effectiveness and robustness of the model have been confirmed by the simulated experiments. 相似文献

In current PC computing environment, the fuzzy clustering method based on perturbation (FCMBP) is failed when dealing with similar matrices whose orders are higher than tens. The reason is that the traversal process adopted in FCMBP is exponential complexity. This paper treated the process of finding fuzzy equivalent matrices with smallest error from an optimization point of view and proposed an improved FCMBP fuzzy clustering method based on evolutionary programming. The method seeks the optimal fuzzy equivalent matrix which is nearest to the given fuzzy similar matrix by evolving a population of candidate solutions over a number of generations. A new population is formed from an existing population through the use of a mutation operator. Better solutions survive into next generation and finally the globally optimal fuzzy equivalent matrix could be obtained or approximately obtained. Compared with FCMBP, the improved method has the following advantages: (1) Traversal searching is avoided by introducing an evolutionary programming based optimization technique. (2) For low-order matrices, the method has much better efficiency in finding the globally optimal fuzzy equivalent matrix. (3) Matrices with hundreds of orders could be managed. The method could quickly get a more accurate solution than that obtained by the transitive closure method and higher precision requirement could be achieved by further iterations. And the method is adaptable for matrices of higher order. (4) The method is robust and not sensitive to parameters. 相似文献
