In this paper, the finite‐time agreement problem of continuous‐time multi‐agent systems with communication delays is considered. First, the multi‐agent system researched in the paper is described. Second, some notations and lemmas used in the paper are given. Then, agreement protocols for continuous (but non‐smooth) multi‐agent systems are proposed, which ensure that the states of agents reach agreement in finite time. The generalization problem of an artificial neural network (ANN) classifier with unlimited size of training sample, namely

previous research works on asymptotic optimization in probability of non-parametric classifier, and grouped the main methods
into four classes: two-step method, one-step method, generalization method and hypothesis method. In this paper, we adopt
generalization/hypothesis mixed method to prove that pre-edited ANN is asymptotically optimal in probability. Furthermore,

Two nonlinear control techniques are proposed for an atomic force microscope system. Initially, a learning-based control algorithm is developed for the microcantilever-sample system that achieves asymptotic cantilever tip tracking for periodic trajectories. Specifically, the control approach utilizes a learning-based feedforward term to compensate for periodic dynamics and high-gain terms to account for non-periodic dynamics. An adaptive control algorithm is then developed to achieve asymptotic cantilever tip tracking for bounded tip trajectories despite uncertainty throughout the system parameters. Metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (mTNBC), a highly aggressive and malignant tumor, currently lacks an effective treatment. There has been some progress in the treatment of mTNBC with programmed death receptor-1/programmed death ligand-1 (PD-1/PD-L1) immunotherapy in recent years. The combination of PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors with other therapies is a noteworthy treatment strategy. Immunotherapy in combination with chemotherapy or small-molecule inhibitors still faces many challenges. Additionally, there are some new immunotherapy targets in development. We aimed to further evaluate the effectiveness and usefulness of immunotherapy for treating mTNBC and to propose new immunotherapy strategies. This review explains the rationale and results of existing clinical trials evaluating PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors alone or in combination for the treatment of mTNBC. For patients with aggressive tumors and poor health, PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors, either alone or in combination with other modalities, have proven to be effective. However, more research is needed to explore more effective immunotherapy regimens that will lead to new breakthroughs in the treatment of mTNBC. 相似文献

Reversible protein phosphorylation mediated by protein kinases and phosphatases plays important roles in the regulation of leaf senescence. We previously reported that the senescence-associated leucine-rich repeat receptor-like kinase AtSARK autophosphorylates on both serine/threonine and tyrosine residues and functions as a positive regulator of Arabidopsis leaf senescence; the senescence-suppressed protein phosphatase SSPP interacts with and dephosphorylates the cytoplasmic domain of AtSARK, thereby negatively regulating leaf senescence. Here, 27 autophosphorylation residues of AtSARK were revealed by mass spectrometry analysis, and six of them, including two Ser, two Thr, and two Tyr residues, were further found to be important for the biological functions of AtSARK. All site-directed mutations of these six residues that resulted in decreased autophosphorylation level of AtSARK could significantly inhibit AtSARK-induced leaf senescence. In addition, mutations mimicking the dephosphorylation form of Ser384 (S384A) or the phosphorylation form of Tyr413 (Y413E) substantially reduced the interaction between AtSARK and SSPP. All results suggest that autophosphorylation of AtSARK is essential for its functions in promoting leaf senescence. The possible roles of S384 and Y413 residues in fine-tuning the interaction between AtSARK and SSPP are discussed herein. 相似文献

利用表面等离子共振传感器进行免疫检测的实验中,需要在化学性质稳定的金膜表面固定蛋白质分子探针。如何验证一种方法是否能够成功固定蛋白质分子具有非常重要的现实意义。提出的验证方法采用酶反应作为标志,如果某种方法确实能有效固定蛋白质分子,那么它也能固定酶。将固定好酶的金膜浸入相应的底物溶液中发生变色反应,测量底物溶液的吸收光谱,即可根据结果判断是否有效固定了酶,同时达到判断这种方法是否可固定蛋白质的目的。具有快速、方便、低成本等优点。采用经过验证的方法固定抗IgG后通入IgG,实验响应良好。 相似文献
