Immobilization of multi-enzyme in porous solid supports—a theoretical study

A theoretical study is presented dealing with the immobilization of two enzymes into a porous solid support. The developed model basically takes into account the interplay between restricted diffusions of two enzymes within intraparticle void space and their competitive adsorptions onto available functional sites on the interior surfaces. Simulations have shown that parameters such as binding rates of enzymes, initial bulk concentration ratio, pellet size and impregnating time have significant influence on the eventual distribution of two enzymes within the porous solid supports.     

ATP-responsive hollow nanocapsules for DOX/GOx delivery to enable tumor inhibition with suppressed P-glycoprotein

Multidrug resistance(MDR)restricts chemotherapy efficacy due to P-glycoprotein(P-gp)mediated drug efflux,whereas current approaches to suppressing P-gp expression suffer from intrinsic challenges,such as low transfection,high toxicity and poor specificity.Here,hollow ferric-tannic acid complex nanocapsules(HFe-TA),which can be effectively degraded by the reaction with adenosine triphosphate(ATP),are synthesized for the delivery of glucose oxidase(GOx)and doxorubicin(DOX)for tumor treatment.The findings indicate that the intracellular ATP is significantly decreased due to the combined effect of HFe-TA degradation and GOx-mediated glucose consumption.Along with this ATP down-regulation,P-gp expression of tumor cells is suppressed remarkably,which in turn promotes the intracellular accumulation and anticancer efficacy of DOX.In addition,the production of?OH by Fe ions released from HFe-TA is promoted by the by-products of the oxidation of glucose process by GOx.In consequence,HFe-TA nanocapsules loaded with DOX and GOx enable significant inhibition effect to tumors both in vitro and in vivo due to the synergistic effect of cascade reactions.This study has therefore provided an alternative therapeutic platform for effective tumor inhibition with the potential in overcoming intrinsic MDR.     

基于CanpoySMOTE和自适应学习的入侵检测方法研究

提出了一种基于Canopy与人工合成少数类别过采样技术（CSMOTE）和自适应增强学习（AdaBoostM1）的入侵检测分类方法,以有效减少入侵检测模型因训练数据集攻击类型不均衡而导致的分类误差,提高分类准确率。通过Canopy聚类消除训练集中的孤立点或噪音点,减少训练集噪声;并在预处理时通过SMOTE增加少数类别的样本数量,构造类间平衡的平衡数据集,然后在平衡数据集上用AdaBoosM1训练得到分类器。与在原始训练集上训练的分类器相比,该方法在保持整体准确率高的情况下,少数类别U2R攻击的准确率提升20%,R2L攻击的准确率提升5%,同时平均漏报率降低9%,实验结果表明该方法可以有效提升少数类别准确率,降低平均漏报率,能有效地解决网络入侵检测少数类误分类问题。     

DRM系统中卷积编码及Viterbi译码的实现

卷积编码和Viterbi译码是一种有效的前向纠错方法,广泛应用在移动通信和卫星通信中。给出了在DRM系统中由Punctured(4,1,6)卷积码作为母码产生的Punctured卷积码的编码及其Viterbi译码的软件实现方法和截尾译码的方法,从而为各种不同码率的卷积码的编、译码给出了一种可行的实现方法,并且为DRM系统中的编码设计提供了条件。     

浙江电网DTS数据库的特点及运行效果

讨论ＤＴＳ的数据库系统，提出在ＤＴＳ中引入ＳＹＢＡＳＥ的方案及提高速度的措施－建立实时数据库，并介绍此方案的浙江电网ＤＴＳ中的应用及其运行效果。     

Permittivity measurements at millimeter wave frequencies using dielectric rod resonator excited by NRD-guide

A method of measuring the relative complex permittivity (ɛ_r = ɛ′ – jɛ″, tan δ = ɛ″/ɛ′) for low-loss dielectric materials at millimeter wave frequencies has been developed, using a dielectric rod resonator excited by the nonradiative dielectric waveguide (NRD-guide). Relative permittivity (ɛ′) and loss factor (tan δ) of the rod specimen are determined by the resonant frequency (f₀) and unloaded Q-factor (Q_u) of a TE_0m1 mode resonator. The effective conductivity (σ) of conducting plates for short-circuiting the rod resonator is determined using TE₀₂₁ and TE_02δ mode sapphire resonators. Temperature dependence of ɛ′ and tan δ of sapphire and cordierite ceramics were evaluated at 60 GHz. This method has been adopted as the Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS R 1660-3) and is being prepared for the IEC international standard. Several standardized specifications are presented.     

考虑系统与用户双侧协同的区域多能源系统运行优化

区域综合能源系统(IMES)中设备类型日益丰富使多种能源交互过程复杂,也对运行优化提出了更高要求。本文以区域能源运营商为主体,在系统侧和用户侧同时利用了IMES的多能互补特性,建立了双侧协同运行优化模型。IMES根据实时能源价格以及用户负荷需求曲线进行日前优化,系统侧在优化供能设备出力的基础上,提出通过调节能源转换设备的分配因子来提高系统中多种能源需求的匹配度;并在用户侧的综合能源需求响应中加入用能替代来提升用户侧可响应容量。最后,利用粒子群算法求解模型,并通过算例验证,计及用能替代的系统与用户协同优化实现了内部供能设备的高效运行,有效降低了运营商的用能成本,增加了收益。     

CTH-Net：从线稿和颜色点生成服装图像的 CNN-Transformer 混合网络

绘制服装效果图是服装设计过程中重要的一环,针对目前存在智能化程度不足、对用户绘画水 平和想象能力要求较高等问题,提出了一种使用线稿和颜色点生成服装图像的 CNN-Transformer 混合网络 CTH-Net。CTH-Net 结合卷积神经网络(CNN)在提取局部信息和 Transformer 在处理长距离依赖方面的优势,将 2 个模型架构进行高效混合,并设计 ToPatch 和 ToFeatureMap 模块减小输入 Transformer 的数据量和维度以降 低计算资源消耗。CTH-Net 由 3 个阶段组成：一是草图阶段,旨在预测服装的颜色分布,获得没有渐变和阴影 的水彩式图像;二是细化阶段,将水彩式图像细化为有光影效果的服装图像;三是调优阶段,组合一、二阶段 的输出进一步优化生成质量。实验结果表明,仅需输入线稿和少量颜色点,CTH-Net 便能生成出高质量的服装 图像。与现有的方法相比,该网络生成图像的真实感和准确性均有较大优势。     

某型飞机前起落架高低温转弯试验台液压系统节能设计

航空航天行业中各类元器件需要做各种试验,其中的高低温寿命试验、高低温例行试验,试验周期长、能耗很高。以某型飞机前起落架转弯寿命试验为例,高温试验要求进入被试件的油液温度为（90±5） ℃,低温试验要求环境温度达到-55 ℃,进入被试件的油液温度为（-40±5） ℃,保持连续试验2 h以上。针对这些试验工况,研发设计了高低温油源系统、试验控制回路、计算机控制系统、油液制冷装置和管路系统,满足了试验要求并达到了高效节能的效果。     

不对称传输线理论分析及实验研究

该文在假设双线传输线两线上电流大小相等、方向相反的条件下,运用双线传输线理论思想,推得不对称(电流)双线均匀传输线的电压、电流关系。由此,文中给出了一种分析双线传输线变压器的实用、有效的方法,且理论结果与实测结果具有较好的一致性。
