动态多目标约束优化问题是一类NP-Hard问题,定义了动态环境下进化种群中个体的序值和个体的约束度,结合这两个定义给出了一种选择算子.在一种环境变化判断算子下给出了求解环境变量取值于正整数集Z+的一类带约束动态多目标优化问题的进化算法.通过几个典型的Benchmark函数对算法的性能进行了测试,其结果表明新算法能够较好地求出带约束动态多目标优化问题在不同环境下质量较好、分布较均匀的Pareto最优解集.  相似文献

In recent years, support vector regression (SVR) has become an emerging and popular forecasting technique in the field of machine learning. However, it is subjected to the model selection and learning complexity O(K * N3), especially for a massive data set (N is the size of training dataset, and K is the number of search). How to simultaneously reduce K and N can give us insight and inspiration on designing an effective and accurate selection algorithm. To this end, this paper tries to integrate the selection of training subset and model for SVR, and proposes a nested particle swarm optimization (NPSO) by inheriting the model selection of the existing training subset based SVR (TS-SVR). This nested algorithm is achieved by adaptively and periodically estimating the search region of the optimal parameter setting for TS-SVR. Complex SVR, involving large-scale training data, can be seen as extensions of TS-SVRs, yielding a nested sequence of TS-SVRs with increasing sample size. The uniform design idea is transplanted to the above modeling process, and the convergence for the proposed model is proofed. By using two artificial regression problems, Boston housing and electric load in New South Wales as empirical data, the proposed approach is compared with the standard ones, the APSO-OTS-SVR, and other existing approaches. Empirical results show that the proposed approach not only can select proper training subset and parameter, but also has better generalization performance and fewer processing time.  相似文献

Predicate encryption is a cryptographic primitive that provides fine-grained control over access to encrypted data. It is often used for encrypted data search in a cloud storage environment. In this paper, we propose an enabled/disabled predicate encryption scheme, which is the first work that provides timed-release services and data self-destruction (they correspond to the terms “enabled” and “disabled,” respectively). Owing to these properties, the sender can set the readable/unreadable time of the files to be sent to the receiver. The receiver can read the sent file only after the readable time. After the unreadable time, the structure of the file will be destroyed and the file will become unreadable. Furthermore, for practical usage purposes, the extended scheme, which is based on the proposed scheme, provides not only timed-release services and data self-destruction but also long message encryption and undecryptable search. In the extended scheme, the length of encrypted messages does not depend on the order of the group. Moreover, the cloud server can obtain only the matched ciphertexts after the search.  相似文献

The effect of hydrophobic and magnetic plastic particles having a contact angle of around 83° on flotation performance was evaluated using coal particles of varying degrees of floatability. The magnetic plastic material were recovered by a low intensity magnetic separator and recycled back to the flotation feed for re-use. Flotation rate tests conducted on coal using a conventional cell proved that combustible recovery and flotation rate were significantly enhanced with the addition of the plastic particles, especially for difficult-to-float coals, which was corroborated by flotation column tests. Carrying capacity and particle size-by-size flotation tests further showed that the magnetic plastic particles preferentially increased the recovery of coarse particles by as much as 35 absolute percentage points due to froth stabilization which reduced the selective detachment of coarse and/or weakly hydrophobic particles. The enhanced flotation recovery was attributed to the influence on liquid drainage rate in the froth zone, froth stability, bubble coalescence and flotation rates.  相似文献

The Density of States (DOS) is an ingredient of critical importance for the accurate physical understanding of the optoelectronic properties of organic semiconductors. The disordered nature of this class of materials, though, renders the task of determining the DOS far from trivial. Its extraction from experimental measurements is often performed by driving the semiconductor out of thermal equilibrium and therefore requires making assumptions on the charge transport properties of the material under examination. This entanglement of DOS and charge transport models is unfavorable since transport mechanisms in organic semiconductors are themselves still subject of debate. To avoid this, we propose an alternative approach which is based on populating and probing the DOS by means of capacitive coupling in Metal Insulator Semiconductors (MIS) structures while keeping the semiconductor in thermal equilibrium. Assuming a Gaussian shape, we extract the DOS width by numerical fitting of experimental Capacitance–Voltage curves, exploiting the fact that the DOS width affects the spatial distribution of accumulated charge carriers which in turn concurs to define the MIS capacitance. The proposed approach is successfully tested on two benchmark semiconducting polymers, one of n-type and one of p-type and it is validated by verifying the robustness of the extraction procedure with respect to varying the insulator electrical permittivity. Finally, as an example of the usefulness and effectiveness of our approach, we study the static characteristics of thin film transistors based on the aforementioned polymers in the framework of the Extended Gaussian Disorder transport model. Thanks to the extracted DOS widths, the functional dependence of current on the gate voltage is nicely predicted and physical insight on transistor operation is achieved.  相似文献

Titanate precursors play an important role in obtaining oriented titanate materials via topochemical conversion. In this study, a two-dimensional (2D) K0.8Ti1.73Li0.27O4 (KTLO) crystal was successfully prepared by a one-step solvothermal process using TiO2, LiOH?H2O, and KOH as raw materials in ethanol/water mixed solvent for the first time. Meanwhile, the conditions and influencing factors for the solvothermal preparation of KTLO were investigated and analysed. With a ratio of ethanol/water of 20:5, better 2D KTLO can be obtained by reacting at 150 °C for 24 h. On this basis, KTLO was used directly to perform solvothermal treatment with Ba(OH)2, and 2D BaTiO3 (BT) was easily prepared by adjusting the reaction conditions (concentration, temperature, and time). When the solvothermal treatment was carried out in 0.5 mol/L Ba(OH)2 solution at 80 °C for 1.5 h, 2D BT crystals could be easily obtained through the topochemical reaction mechanism. This strategy not only develops new methods for preparing precursors but also greatly simplifies the preparation process of BT and provides new research ideas for the preparation of functional materials.  相似文献

Impact diamonds from Popigai astrobleme were found to consist of different carbon phases: cubic and hexagonal diamond with sp3 bonding according to X-ray structural analysis as well as amorphous, crystalline and disordered graphite with sp2-bonding (Raman scattering). The sizes of graphite domains vary from 10 to 100 nm. Fundamental absorption edge for Popigai impact diamonds is shifted ~ 0.5 eV to lower energies in comparison with kimberlite diamonds (5.47 eV) as a result of the lonsdaleite input, in good agreement with ab initio calculations (Eg = 5.34 and 4.55 eV for 3C cubic and 2H hexagonal diamonds, respectively). Yellowish color of impact diamonds is due to Rayleigh light scattering on structural defects whereas graphite is responsible for gray to black coloring. In the mid-IR region there is a multi-phonon absorption of 3C diamond in the 1800 to 2800 cm 1 range and some new bands at 969, 1102, 1225, and 1330 cm 1 in the one-phonon region. Micro-Raman study shows inclusions of side noncarbon minerals (quartz, magnetite, and hematite) some of which contain Cr3 + impurity. The vibration modes of cubic diamond and lonsdaleite exhibited in the Raman spectra were elucidated by the first-principles studies. Popigai impact diamonds demonstrate a broad-band luminescence in 2.1, 2.38, and 2.84 eV components similar to that for nanocrystal polycrystalline 3C diamond. All emissions are excited at band-to-band transitions whereas the last two are observed also at excitation into 2.4 and 3.0 bands supposedly as a result of intracenter processes within the H3(NVN) and NV0 centers.  相似文献
