SoFA: An expert-driven,self-organization peer-to-peer semantic communities for network resource management

According to the peer-to-peer (P2P) sociality, an expert-driven multi-semantic self-organized P2P semantic community model is built in this paper to resolve the two principle problems of P2P resource management, which are how to possess enormous number of high quality shared resource, how to find the resource quickly and accurately. The main contribution of this paper is: ① the autonomous peer (AP) model and Autonomic Semantic Community (ASC)model are build, ② one local domain-related trust and trusted evaluation is projected that bases on semantic similarity, history evaluation and time effect and it takes the requirement and owned resource two aspects into account to present one AP. ③ an algorithm of fusing APs’local trust degree and self-evaluation is designed.④ a procedure to collaboratively elect expert AP_e is proposed. ⑤ Self-organized community formation algorithm SoFA and its communication mechanism are built. In SoFA, APs gather its communication information and according to it to evaluate itself and other APs locally, build and dynamically adjust local topology, elect the domain expert AP_e and then an expert-driven ASC is established. Experiment shows our domain trust evaluation and self-evaluation mechanism and SoFA could not only adaptively optimize network to improve the efficiency of service (resource) discovery but also base on the synthesized trust degree to find the free-riders, malice peers, low quality service peers and to keep them within limits.     

微波消解ICP-MS法测定某肺癌高发区居民饮食中28种元素

采用真空冷冻干燥和硝酸 过氧化氢体系微波消解处理饮食样品，ICP-MS法测定样品中28种元素的含量。在优化仪器工作参数后，以铑(Rh)和铼(Re)双内标对基体影响和信号漂移进行校正，并采用4种国家标准物质验证该方法的准确度和精密度。结果表明，28种元素检出限为0.01~0.40 μg/L，加标回收率为82%~114%，国家标准物质测定值与标准值或参考值一致，精密度(RSD)为0.4%~16.9%。用该方法测定60份肺癌高发区居民饮食样品中28种元素含量，结果可为研究微量元素与肺癌的关系和指导合理膳食提供参考。

本文在讨论创新能力内涵的基础上，分析了石油石化行业、企业及科技岗位对青年科技人才的要求，总结概括了中国石化青年科技人才创新能力现状，最后提出了青年科技人才创新能力构成要素模型。     

由IT服务引发对构建整体服务管理体系之思考

从IT服务工作的角度出发，结合石油化工管理干部学院的业务特点，论述将各种辅助性服务结合起来建立整体服务管理体系的必要性，以保障服务的有序管理，带动服务质量的提高。同时，以IT服务为例，提出构建整体服务管理体系模型，以及基于模型创建服务制度体系和实现该模型的信息化。     

负载型TiO_2光催化剂研究进展

TiO2光催化在废水处理、空气净化等环保领域展示出诱人前景。纳米TiO2光催化剂的负载化是实现其产业化的关键步骤之一。多孔材料负载TiO2光催化材料具有效率高、易回收等优点,是目前光催化材料领域的研究热点。本文对近年来国内外多孔吸附剂与纳米TiO2复合的发展情况进行了综述。     

辐射预硫化技术在EPDM发泡材料制备过程中的应用研究

以三元乙丙橡胶（EPDM）为基材，采用电子加速器辐照技术对其进行辐射预硫化处理，研究了敏化剂TMPTMA对硫化参数的影响及其敏化效果，并研究了不同吸收剂量下，发泡制品的外观、材料力学性能、吸水率和压缩永久变形的变化情况。结果表明：TMPTMA对三元乙丙橡胶有较好的敏化效果；在辐射吸收5～15kGy剂量范围内，发泡材料的闭孔性变好，力学性能也随之提高。     

Comparative monitoring of natural,hybrid and mechanical ventilation systems in urban canyons

A number of field and indoor experimental procedures were performed in three typical apartment buildings located in two street canyons characterized by different urban features, during summer period 2002 in Athens. Natural, mechanical and hybrid ventilation measurements were performed based on the tracer gas method on a circular basis within the 24-h period. The indoor exchange rates are estimated using both single and multi-zone approaches based on the mass balance of two tracer gases (N₂O and SF₆). The experiments pointed out that, in spite of the canyon effect, appreciable ventilation rates can be obtained with natural ventilation, especially when cross ventilation with two or more windows is measured. In the presence of cross ventilation and with sufficient ambient wind speeds, natural ventilation is shown to be more effective, with regard to ACH, in comparison with hybrid. However, when only single-sided ventilation is possible or under calm conditions hybrid ventilation has a slight advantage over natural. A comparative analysis is made for the total air change rates estimated with the single and multi-zone methodologies. The multi-zone approach, in spite of its better theoretical basis, has been found more sensitive to the accuracy of the measured concentrations, especially when a single tracer is used.
