In the Intellectual Property community, the name of Arthur Paul Pedrick is mostly associated with the numerous patents he obtained in the 1960’s and 1970’s and which many regard as spoofs on the patent system as such. In reality, a few of his inventions have proven to be way ahead of his time, as subsequent technical developments have shown. He filed his first patent 50 years ago in 1961 and died 35 years ago in 1976. However, the person behind these patents is largely unknown and has to this date remained a mystery. As a common and high-risk type of disease, heart disease seriously threatens people’s health. At the same time, in the era of the Internet of Thing (IoT), smart medical device has strong practical significance for medical workers and patients because of its ability to assist in the diagnosis of diseases. Therefore, the research of real-time diagnosis and classification algorithms for arrhythmia can help to improve the diagnostic efficiency of diseases. In this paper, we design an automatic arrhythmia classification algorithm model based on Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and Encoder-Decoder model. The model uses Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) to consider the influence of time series features on classification results. Simultaneously, it is trained and tested by the MIT-BIH arrhythmia database. Besides, Generative Adversarial Networks (GAN) is adopted as a method of data equalization for solving data imbalance problem. The simulation results show that for the inter-patient arrhythmia classification, the hybrid model combining CNN and Encoder-Decoder model has the best classification accuracy, of which the accuracy can reach 94.05%. 实验设计制备了一种由12层硫化锌包覆硒化镉的核壳型量子点(CdSe/12ZnS QDs)和纳米金颗粒(Au NPs)自组装形成的CdSe/12ZnS QDs/Au NPs复合结构, 并将其应用于神经性毒剂模拟剂氰基磷酸二乙酯(Diethyl Cyanophosphonate, DCNP)的高效检测。QDs由于与Au NPs存在荧光共振能量转移作用(Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer, FRET)而发生荧光猝灭, 乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)水解氯化硫代乙酰胆碱(ATC)生成的硫胆碱能够将量子点取代而使量子点荧光恢复。当QDs与Au NPs的摩尔浓度比为20 : 1时, QDs荧光猝灭效果最佳, AChE浓度为1.0×10 -3 U/L时, QDs荧光恢复效果最好。DCNP的存在会抑制AChE的活性, 减少硫胆碱的生成并降低QDs的荧光恢复效率, 通过对QDs荧光恢复效率测定能够检测DCNP。在最优条件下对DCNP的检测结果表明, 量子点的荧光恢复效率与DCNP浓度的对数在5.0×10 -9~5.0×10 -4mol/L的范围内存在良好的线性关系, 检出限达5.0×10 -9mol/L。 相似文献

A conventional solvothermal way was used to synthesize graphene oxide (GO)/BiOCl photocatalytic nanomaterials with enhanced photocatalytic performance. Due to the introduction of GO, there are intuitive changes in morphology, indicating that GO can guide the growth of GO/BiOCl catalysts. The results of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and Raman show that a strong chemical interaction occurs around GO and BiOCl. The results of trapping experiments show that O2– is the major active species. XPS analysis confirms that the 0.75% GO/BiOCl produces the highest level of oxygen vacancies (OVs). All the GO/BiOCl photocatalysts possess better photocatalytic properties than the neat BiOCl, and 0.5% GO/BiOCl exhibits the highest photoactivity. The photocatalytic activity of 0.5% GO/BiOCl composite for detoxification of rhodamine B (RhB) and tetracycline (TC) under visible light illumination is 4.6 and 6.3 times of that on the reference BiOCl, separately, the photocatalytic activity of 0.5% GO/BiOCl for detoxication of perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) is 1.25 times of that of the single BiOCl under UV light illumination, which can be credited to the high separation rate of carriers and the strong interaction between GO and BiOCl.
