基于生态需水、河流纳污能力、水环境容量等理论,分析研究大通河调水前后可能引起的河道生态环境各要素变化的程度和范围。结果表明,跨流域调水将引起不同河段水资源的剧烈变化,特别是天堂寺、享堂河段会产生断流,进而对河道内生态、水环境及河谷周边陆地生态产生显著影响。综合各方面需水要求,下泄月平均流量至少不小于1.1 m3/s。  相似文献

The mammalian ventricular myocardium forms a functional syncytium due to flow of electrical current mediated in part by gap junctions localized within intercalated disks. The connexin (Cx) subunit of gap junctions have direct and indirect roles in conduction of electrical impulse from the cardiac pacemaker via the cardiac conduction system (CCS) to working myocytes. Cx43 is the dominant isoform in these channels. We have studied the distribution of Cx43 junctions between the CCS and working myocytes in a transgenic mouse model, which had the His-Purkinje portion of the CCS labeled with green fluorescence protein. The highest number of such connections was found in a region about one-third of ventricular length above the apex, and it correlated with the peak proportion of Purkinje fibers (PFs) to the ventricular myocardium. At this location, on the septal surface of the left ventricle, the insulated left bundle branch split into the uninsulated network of PFs that continued to the free wall anteriorly and posteriorly. The second peak of PF abundance was present in the ventricular apex. Epicardial activation maps correspondingly placed the site of the first activation in the apical region, while some hearts presented more highly located breakthrough sites. Taken together, these results increase our understanding of the physiological pattern of ventricular activation and its morphological underpinning through detailed CCS anatomy and distribution of its gap junctional coupling to the working myocardium.  相似文献

Negatively charged fluorescent carbon dots (CDs, Em=608 nm) were hydrothermally prepared from thiophene phenylpropionic acid polymers and then successfully loaded with the positively charged anticancer cargo coptisine, which suffers from poor bioavailability. The formed CD-coptisine complexes were thoroughly characterized by particle size, morphology, drug loading efficiency, drug release, cellular uptake and cellular toxicity in vitro and antitumor activities in vivo. In this nano-carrier system, red emissive CDs possess multiple advantages as follows: 1) high drug loading efficiency (>96 %); 2) sustained drug release; 3) enhanced drug efficacy towards cancer cells; 4) EPR effect; 5) drug release tracing with near-infrared imaging. These properties indicated that red emissive CDs prepared from polymers could be used as a novel drug delivery system with integrated therapeutic and imaging functions in cancer therapy, which are expected to have great potential in future clinical applications.  相似文献

It remains a challenge to maintain the antiadhesion properties of superhydrophobic films after exposure to bacterial environments. In this work, superhydrophobic bactericidal polymer films via the simple incorporation of polyvinylpyrrolidone-iodine (PVP-I) or iodine into polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) are fabricated to improve their antiadhesive and antibacterial capability. Superhydrophobic iodine-embedded films, polytetrafluoroethylene/polyvinylpyrrolidone-iodine and polytetrafluoroethylene-iodine (PTFE/PVP-I and PTFE-I), show excellent antiadhesive and bactericidal performances even post exposure to bacterial solutions as compared to iodine-free counterparts by controlling the release of iodine. Especially, superhydrophobic PTFE/PVP-I films display a more sustained iodine release profile and significant antibacterial properties against gram-positive (S. aureus, methicillin-resistant S. aureus (MRSA)) and gram-negative (E. coli) bacteria. Such a facile combination of antiseptic agents and superhydrophobic surface could be widely used for antiseptic biomedical applications.  相似文献

Lanthanide doped fluorescent nanoparticles have gained considerable attention in biomedical applications. However, the low uptake efficiency of nanoparticles by cells has limited their applications. In this work, we demonstrate how the uptake efficiency is affected by the size of nanoparticles under flow conditions. Using the same size NaYF4:20% Yb3+,2% Er3+,2% Ce3+ (the contents of rare earths elements are in molar fraction) nanoparticles as core, NaYF4:20% Yb3+,2% Er3+,2% Ce3+@NaYF4 core–shell structured nanorods (NRs) with different sizes of 60–224 nm were synthesized by thermal decomposition and hot injection method. Under excitation at 980 nm, a strong upconversion green emission (541 nm, 2H11/2 → 4I15/2 of Er3+) is observed for all samples. The emission intensity for each size nanorod was calibrated and is found to depend on the width of NRs. Under flow conditions, the nanorods with 96 nm show a maximum uptake efficiency by endothelial cells. This work demonstrates the importance of optimizing the size for improving the uptake efficiency of lanthanide-doped nanoparticles.  相似文献

Hair segmentation is challenging due to the diverse appearance, irregular region boundary and the influence of complex background. To deal with this problem, we propose a novel data-driven method, named Isomorphic Manifold Inference (IMI). The IMI method assumes the coarse probability map and the binary segmentation map as a couple of isomorphic manifolds and tries to learn hair specific priors from manually labeled training images. For an input image, firstly, the method calculates a coarse probability map. Then it exploits regression techniques to obtain the relationship between the coarse probability map of the test image and those of training images. Finally, this relationship, i.e., a coefficient set, is transferred to the binary segmentation maps and a soft segmentation of the test image will be achieved by a linear combination of those binary maps. Further, we employ this soft segmentation as a shape cue and integrate it with color and texture cues into a unified segmentation framework. A better segmentation is achieved by the Graph Cuts optimization. Extensive experiments are conducted to validate effectiveness of the IMI method, compare contributions of different cues and investigate the generalization of IMI method. The results strongly encourage our method.  相似文献
