A Ni3Al-based alloy, the composition of which was Ni-16.0% Al-7.8% Cr-1.3% Zr-0.8% Mo-0.025%B, was cyclically oxidized in the temperature range of 900 to 1100°C in air for up to 500 hr. The alloy displayed good cyclic oxidation resistance up to 1000°C, with little scale spallation. It, however, lost cyclic oxidation resistance during oxidation at 1100°C after about 200 hr, displaying large weight losses due to serious scale spallation. NiO, α-Al2O3, NiAl2O4 and ZrO2 were formed. The oxide scales consisted primarily of an outer Ni-rich layer which was prone to spallation, and (Al, Cr, Zr, Mo, Ni)-containing internal oxides which were adherent due mainly to the formation of (Al2O3, ZrO2)-containing oxides that keyed the oxide scale to the matrix alloy. 相似文献

随着医院信息化建设的不断深入,所产生的医疗数据量也越来越大,数据类型也越来越复杂,数据安全成为了现代医院信息系统安全的重中之重,如何构建一个统一、高效、安全可靠的存储管理体系,已成为当前医院信息化建设推进过程中亟须解决的重要问题。在对医疗数据存储研究的基础上,提出了基于虚拟化的容灾备份设计理念,通过采用虚拟化和块级数据同步引擎等先进技术,建立了无中断、零数据丢失的层次化容灾备份管理系统。通过建设虚拟化容灾备份系统,信息系统稳定性、可靠性得到了显著提升,实现了业务连续性保护。结论:基于虚拟化容灾备份系统的建设,最终实现了医疗数据的远程实时备份、信息系统的无中断运行及数据零丢失,保障了医院业务的正常开展。 相似文献

MgH2 is one of the most attractive candidates for on-board H2 storage. However, the practical application of MgH2 has not been achieved due to its slow hydrogenation/dehydrogenation kinetics and high thermodynamic stability. Many strategies have been adopted to improve the hydrogen storage properties of Mg-based materials, including modifying microstructure by ball milling, alloying with other elements, doping with catalysts, and nanosizing. To further improve the hydrogen storage properties, the nanostructured Mg is combined with other materials to form nanocomposite. Herein, we review the recent development of the Mg-based nanocomposites produced by hydrogen plasma-metal reaction (HPMR), rapid solidification (RS) technique, and other approaches. These nanocomposites effectively enhance the sorption kinetics of Mg by facilitating hydrogen dissociation and diffusion, and prevent particle sintering and grain growth of Mg during hydrogenation/dehydrogenation process. 相似文献

The oxidation behavior of 60%Cu-40%Zn brass having small amounts of Zr, Cr, Mg, Al, and Si was studied between 873 and 1043 K in air. The alloying element of Mg was harmful, while other alloying elements were beneficial to oxidation resistance. Particularly, the simultaneous addition of Al and Si decreased the oxidation rate drastically. During oxidation, Zr formed ZrO2 Cr formed CuCr2O4, Mg formed MgO, Al formed Al2CuO4, and Si formed amorphous SiO2. These oxides were incorporated in the oxide scale composed predominantly of ZnO. The oxide scales formed on all the tested alloys were prone to cracking, wrinkling, and spallation. 相似文献
