Bentonite combined with sawdust and other metallic compounds was used to remove phosphate from aqueous solutions in this study. The adsorption characteristics of phosphate on the modified bentonite were investigated, including the effects of temperature, adsorbent dosage, initial concentration of phosphate and pH on removal of phosphate by conducting a series of batch adsorption experiments. The results showed that 98% removal rate of phosphate was obtained since sawdust and bentonite used in this investigation were abundantly and locally available. It is concluded that modified bentonite is a relatively efficient, low cost and easily available adsorbent for the removal of phosphate from aqueous solutions. 相似文献

Non-negative matrix factorization (NMF), proposed recently by Lee and Seung, has been applied to many areas such as dimensionality reduction, image classification image compression, and so on. Based on traditional NMF, researchers have put forward several new algorithms to improve its performance. However, particular emphasis has to be placed on the initialization of NMF because of its local convergence, although it is usually ignored in many documents. In this paper, we explore three initialization methods based on principal component analysis (PCA), fuzzy clustering and Gabor wavelets either for the consideration of computational complexity or the preservation of structure. 目的: 探讨鼻咽癌颈淋巴结转移残存放疗并局部注射IL-2 治疗的疗效。方法: 初治鼻咽癌患者颈部常规照射DA 6000-6800 cGy, 颈淋巴结转移残存对照组常规深X 线垂直局部加量照射DA1000 cGy,治疗组除常规加量照射外, 尚给予颈淋巴结残存局部基底注射IL-2 40 万u, 每周1 、3 、5 各1 次。结果: 治疗组和对照组的淋巴结消失率分别为93. 8 %和71. 0 %( P <0. 05); 满3 年后颈部无瘤生存率分别为66. 7 %和33. 3 %( P <0. 05); 1 、2 、3 年生存率在治疗组分别为73.8 %、59.5%、42.9 %, 在对照组为51.2 %、36. 6 %、22. 0 %( P <0. 05) 。两组副反应的差异无显著性。结论: 加量放疗并IL-2 局部注射治疗鼻咽癌颈淋巴结转移残存可以显著提高颈淋巴结转移的局部控制率, 是一种有效的治疗或补救治疗手段。 相似文献

Pongamia residue (shells) is the byproduct from the biodiesel processing industry, which is a lignocellulosic biomass material. It is not suitable as feedstock in downdraft wood gasifier due to low bulk density (146 kg/m3) of shells as compared to wood (more than 350 kg/m3). Pelletization and gasification of pelletized shells was carried out in the present work. The heat transfer analysis in pellets of 17 mm and 11.5 mm was also carried out to evaluate thermal properties of this biomass. Shell pellets of 17 mm and 11.5 mm diameter and length in the range of 10–60 mm were gasified in a 20 kWe downdraft wood gasifier. The complete gasification of pellets with 17 mm diameter could not be achieved because of less porosity and presence of larger thermal gradient within the pellets. The gasification efficiency was 73% for 17 mm diameter pellets which is lower than that of 11.5 mm diameter pellets which was 95%. The calorific value of producer gas generated from smaller diameter pellets was higher (4.66 MJ/N m3) as compared to larger diameter pellets (3.98 MJ/N m3). Tar formation during gasification of smaller diameter pellets was low as compared to larger diameter pellets. 相似文献

With the purpose of developing an alternative set yogurt with high consumer acceptability, passion fruit juice, at levels that varied from 0 to 10%, was incorporated into set yogurt, and the effects on the fermentation kinetics, physicochemical properties, and functionality of set yogurt were evaluated. The results showed that the addition of passion fruit juice was simultaneously propitious for milk acidification in earlier fermentation stages and reduced the fermentation rate at later stages of fermentation. The phenolic compounds and pectin in passion fruit juice interacted with caseins to form soluble complexes, enhancing the gel strength of set yogurts by 7.5%. The aroma and flavor of the set yogurt was improved as well. However, with the addition of 10% passion fruit juice, the gel structure was destroyed, and the quality of the set yogurt was very degraded. More importantly, the addition of passion fruit juice increased the polyphenol content and significantly enhanced the antioxidant activity of the set yogurt. This investigation demonstrated the feasibility of fabricating passion fruit juice-enriched set yogurt and its superior quality compared with the corresponding normal product. 相似文献
