A novel algorithm that permits the fast and accurate computation of geometric moments on gray-scale images is presented in this paper. The proposed algorithm constitutes an extension of the IBR algorithm, introduced in the past, which was applicable only for binary images. A new image representation scheme, the ISR (intensity slice representation), which represents a gray-scale image as an expansion of several two-level images of different intensity values, enables the partially application of the IBR algorithm to each image component. Moreover, using the resulted set of image blocks, the geometric moments’ computation can be accelerated through appropriate computation schemes. 相似文献

本文通过分析企业实施绿色IT的整个过程,提出了企业绿色IT实施的理论模型。首先运用利益相关者理论,分析了利益相关者对企业实施绿色IT的影响。企业实施绿色IT有三个主要动机,分别为:经济动机,制度压力和社会责任。其次,基于企业资源理论,企业在这一实施过程中需要投入三类资源,分别是IT基础设施、IT人力资源以及其他无形资源。这三类资源的投入会影响到企业的环境绩效,即环境效率和环境效能。最后,企业的环境绩效转而会影响企业的经济绩效,在这个过程中如果企业获得了差异化优势和价格优势,则环境绩效会促进企业的经济绩效,反之则可能损害企业的经济绩效。 相似文献

Preparation and characterization of KGM/CdS nanocomposite film with low infrared emissivity 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
In this research, novel organic-inorganic nanocomposite films of Konjac glucomannan (KGM) and CdS were prepared by one-step synthesis. As-prepared films were characterized by IR, TEM and SEM. The results indicated that hexagonal CdS nanoparticles with the sizes of 10 to 100 nm were well dispersed in KGM. The infrared emissivities of the films were characterized by IR-1 infrared emissivity instrument. As results showed, the KGM/CdS nanocomposite films had significantly lower infrared emissivity (8-14 μm), meanwhile when the size of KGM nanoparticles was between 10 and 20 nm and the mole ratio of CdS to KGM was 1.2:1, the film got the lowest infrared emissivity value of 0.011, which would be attributed to the strong synergism effect existing between KGM and CdS nanoparticles. 相似文献

Wireless indoor localization has attracted growing research interest in the mobile computing community for the last decade. Various available indoor signals, including radio frequency, ambient, visual, and motion signals, are extensively exploited for location estimation in indoor environments. The physical measurements of these signals, however, are still limited by both the resolution of devices and the spatial-temporal variability of the signals. One type of noisy signal complemented by another type of signal can benefit the wireless indoor localization in many ways, since these signals are related in their physics and independent in noise. In this article, we survey the new trend of integrating multiple chaotic signals to facilitate the creation of a crowd-sourced localization system. Specifically, we first present a three-layer framework for crowdsourcing-based indoor localization by integrating-multiple signals, and illustrate the basic methodology for making use of the available signals. Next, we study the mainstream signals involved in indoor localization approaches in terms of their characteristics and typical usages.
