The d.c. electrical resistivity of coal-tar pitch has been measured from ambient temperature to 450 °C. The change in resistivity with temperature up to 200 °C has been found to be consistent with viscosity-controlled diffusion of current carriers. In an isothermal study at 450 °C, the start of mesophase formation was found to be accompanied by a rapid rise in the pitch resistivity, which subsequently levelled off and remained nearly constant until the onset of mesophase coalescence and phase inversion. The resistivity of the resultant mesophase pitch was found to be less temperature susceptible than that of the parent pitch. 相似文献

The Iowa Flood Information System (IFIS) is a web-based platform developed at the Iowa Flood Center (IFC) in order to provide access to flood inundation maps, real-time flood conditions, flood forecasts, flood-related data, information, applications, and interactive visualizations for communities in Iowa. The IFIS provides community-centric watershed and river characteristics, rainfall conditions, and stream-flow data and visualization tools. Interactive interfaces allow access to inundation maps for different stage and return period values as well as to flooding scenarios with contributions from multiple rivers. Real-time and historical data of water levels, gauge heights, hourly and seasonal flood forecasts, and rainfall conditions are made available by integrating data from NEXRAD radars, IFC stream sensors, and USGS and National Weather Service (NWS) stream gauges. The IFIS provides customized flood-related data, information, and visualization for over 1000 communities in Iowa. To help reduce the damage from floods, the IFIS helps communities make better-informed decisions about the occurrence of floods and alerts communities in advance using NWS and IFC forecasts. The integrated and modular design and structure of the IFIS allows easy adaptation of the system in other regional and scientific domains. Using first-principle method, we investigate the structural, electronic, optical and thermodynamic properties of the strontium semiconductors Pb1?xSrxS with 25%, 50% and 75% of Sr. The calculations are performed by using the full-potential linearized augmented plane wave (FP-LAPW) method. As exchange–correlation potential we used the generalized gradient approximation (GGA) of Perdew et al. The variation of the calculated equilibrium lattice constant versus concentration shows that a small deviation from Vegard’s law is clearly visible with downward bowing parameter equal to 0.009 Å. The bulk modulus as a function of x for Pb1?xSrxS alloy shows a significant deviation from the linear concentration dependence (LCD) with downward bowing equal to 6.62 GPa. The different roles of structural and chemical effects on the gap bowing and its variation with composition are identified and discussed. In addition, density of states and optical properties were calculated and compared to the available experimental data and previous theoretical works. On the other hand, the thermodynamic stability of these alloys was investigated by calculating the excess enthalpy of mixing ΔHm as well as the phase diagram. 相似文献

In this study, we present an error analysis for Tikhonov regularization in a semi-stochastic setting. The analysis is carried out in such a way that it can be applied to any kind of inverse problem in atmospheric remote sensing. A method for selecting the optimal regularization parameter relying on the minimization of an estimator of the bound of the error between the first iterate and the exact solution is also discussed. 通过对华北平原地区旱作大田作物田间灌溉方式的调查研究,发现传统的地面灌水方法存在着蒸发量大、深层渗漏多,水分利用效率低,田间灌水均匀度差等问题。为了提高旱作大田的水分利用效率,提出一种新的灌溉新技术——旱作膜袋灌,实现适时适量精细控制灌溉。通过试验研究,膜袋灌能够较好地提高大田作物的田间水分利用效率,避免沟灌、畦灌等传统地面灌水方法存在的棵间蒸发和深层渗漏,同时也能够解决滴灌、微润灌、喷灌等灌水方法易堵塞、系统复杂、田间工程量大和经济成本高等问题,对现代的高效节水农业具有重要的现实意义。 相似文献

以南阳市社旗县灌溉工程为例.通过对水文地质条件分析与对关键数据的计算,对灌区取水工程设计、管网布置、电力系统布置做了研究,得出了井深为80m,井距为220m,共需建385座,水泵采用200QJ-32—78/6的潜水泵,电缆采用挖沟直埋,其中沟底宽300mm,口宽700mm,沟深1000mm的结论,该设计可以满足项目的灌溉要求,可为类似工程设计提供参考。 相似文献
