Niobium is an important alloying element for the steel. To know further the effect of Nb in the steel, the contrast experiments on the austenite grain growth of the 0.015%Nb and free Nb steels were carried out using Gleeble 1500 thermomechanical simulator. The experimental results indicate that the austenite grain of 0.015%Nb steel is finer than that of Nb free steel at 1150–1230 °C. And when the heating temperature arrives the critical temperature 1240 °C, the austenite grain of Nb steel suddenly grows up, while the austenite grain of Nb free steel changes little. Finally, the austenite grain of Nb steel is obviously coarser than that of Nb free steel. By transmission electron microscopy (TEM) using a carbon extraction replica technique, the precipitates of Nb(C,N) were not observed in the 0.015%Nb steel. It is concluded that the grain-boundary internal adsorption of Nb atoms leads to the result.  相似文献

Nonvolatile rewritable organic memory devices based on poly(3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) and nitrogen doped multi-walled carbon nanotube (NCNT) nanocomposites were fabricated on glass and PET substrates.Organic memory devices with bistable resistive switching were obtained using very low NCTN concentration (∼0.002 wt%) in the polymeric matrix. The memory devices exhibited a good ON/OFF ratio of approximately three orders of magnitude, a good retention time of 104 s under operating voltages ≤ |4V| and a few hundredths of write-read-erase-read cycles. The bistable resistive switching is mainly attributed to the creation of oxygen vacancies. These defects are introduced into the thin native Al oxide (AlOx) layer on the bottom electrode during the first voltage sweep. The well-dispersed NCNTs immersed in PEDOT:PSS play a key role as conductive channels for the electronic transport, hindering the electron trapping at the AlOx-polymer interface and inducing a soft dielectric breakdown of the AlOx layer. These PEDOT:PSS + NCNTs memory devices are to easy to apply in flexible low-cost technology and provide the possibility of large-scale integration.  相似文献

The contradiction between the porous structure and density of graphene materials makes it unable to meet the dual requirements of the next generation supercapacitors for gravimetric capacitance and volumetric capacitance. Herein, we successfully synthesized high-density oxygen-enriched graphene hydrogels (HOGHs) by a one-step hydrothermal method using high concentration graphene oxide (GO) solution and trometamol as precursors. The as-prepared HOGHs samples present a dense 3D network structure and moderate specific surface areas, which leads to a high packing density. In addition, the HOGHs samples also contain abundant oxygen-containing functional groups and some nitrogen-containing functional groups. These heteroatomic functional groups can provide pseudocapacitance for the electrode materials. Therefore, the HOGH-140 based symmetric supercapacitor shows ultrahigh gravimetric and volumetric specific capacitance (325.7 F g−1, 377.8 F cm−3), excellent rate performance and cycling stability. Simultaneously, the symmetric binder-free supercapacitor exhibits high gravimetric specific energy density (11.3 Wh kg−1) and volumetric specific energy density (13.1 Wh L−1) in 6 M KOH, respectively. These outstanding properties make the material have a good application prospect in the field of compact energy storage devices.  相似文献

Crystalline zinc oxide (ZnO) nanostructures have been grown on Si substrates by means of Plasma Based Ion Implantation and Deposition (PIII&D) at a temperature of about 300 °C and in the presence of an argon glow discharge. In the process a crucible filled with small pieces of metallic zinc plays the role of the anode of the discharge itself, being polarized by positive DC voltage of about 400 V. Electrons produced by thermionic emission by an oxide cathode (Ba, Sr, Ca)O impact this crucible, causing its heating and vaporization of Zn. Partial ionization of Zn atoms takes place due to collisions with plasma particles. High negative voltage pulses (7 kV/40 μs/250 Hz) applied to the sample holder causes the implantation of metallic zinc into Si surface, while Zn deposition happens between pulses. After annealing at 700 °C, strong UV and various visible photoluminescence bands are observed at room temperature, as well as the presence of ZnO nanoparticles. The coated surface was characterized in detail using X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM) and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy. XRD indicated the presence of only ZnO peaks after annealing. The composition analysis by EDS revealed distinct Zn/O stoichiometry relation depending on the conditions of the process. AFM images showed the formation of columns in the nanoscale range. Topography viewed by SEM showed the formation of structures similar to cactus with nanothorns. Depth analysis performed by XPS indicated an increase of concentration of metallic Zn with increasing depth and the exclusive presence of ZnO for outer regions. PIII&D allowed to growing nanostructures of ZnO on Si without the need of a buffer layer.  相似文献

Non-stationary diffusion of two cationic dyes (Methylene Blue and Rhodamine 6G) was studied in hydrogels with different content of agarose and humic acids (HA). A simple spectrophotometrical method was utilized in the in situ measurement of dye concentration in the gel samples at different distances from the boundary. The effect of temperature, pH and ionic strength was investigated. The results confirmed the considerable partitioning of both dyes in agarose gels as well as the strong immobilization of dyes caused by their sorption on HA. The apparent diffusion coefficients of both dyes decreased with increasing solid content in gels. In the case of agarose gels without the addition of HA, this decrease was attributed to increased tortuosity of diffusion caused by denser agarose network. The apparent equilibrium constant of the sorption of dyes on HA in agarose/HA gels was calculated from their apparent diffusion coefficients. The value of the equilibrium constant increased with the content of HA in gel and, surprisingly, also with decreasing pH inside gel.  相似文献

A wide input range, compliant with electrochemical amperometric and voltammetric sensors analog-front-end (AFE) integrated circuit (IC) is proposed. The AFE employs current integrator (CI) and trans-impedance amplifier (TIA) to deal with the input current in the order of nA and μA separately, achieving the advantage of high dynamic range and high resolution. Input voltage is converted to current through a series of precise resistances, and detected by CI or TIA, which making the input voltage range is not limited by the power supply. An incremental sigma-delta ADC is employed to digitize the transferring signal, reducing the complexity and power dissipation. Compared to other alternatives, the AFE could handle current and voltage signals simultaneously, and input voltage range is not limited by power supply, showing high dynamic range and resolution. The AFE IC is fabricated in 0.18 μm 1P5M mixed-signal CMOS process, occupies an area of 3.2 mm×2 mm, the readout circuit has a dynamic range of 120 dB, consumes 4.2 mA.  相似文献

聚苯并嗪树脂(PBZ)是一类杂环聚合物材料,具有优异的热稳定性、高的抗拉强度和良好的耐化学性,在航空复合材料、共混物和电子电路板等许多领域得到了应用。本文概述了制备苯并嗪(BZ)单体的三种路线及合成方法,总结了在无催化剂条件下BZ单体的阳离子开环聚合(ROP)机理;详细阐述了含可固化基团的功能化BZ单体的种类以及可固化基团对PBZ树脂性能的影响,同样也详细论述了不含可固化基团的功能化BZ单体的结构性能以及研究现状。通过分子设计,科研人员已制备出了单官能团取代、双官能团取代、可聚合官能团取代的BZ单体,以及高分子量主链的BZ和主链含有BZ单元的化合物材料;简述了PBZ复合材料的研究进展,指出了PBZ树脂存在加工温度高、经典的PBZ脆性大的缺点以及产生的原因,最后指出苯并嗪树脂的发展方向为制备绿色生物基BZ、PBZ复合材料的改性以及合成新结构的功能性BZ。  相似文献
