为了解决余热锅炉入口烟道导流板约束装置易损坏的问题,以某项目型号为PG9171E的燃气蒸汽联合发电系统余热锅炉入口烟道烟气导流板约束装置为研究对象,设计了角钢加强型约束装置、肋板套筒加强型约束装置和综合优化加强型(在外护板外侧焊接外部加强筋,支板两端同时焊接内部加强肋板)约束装置3种优化方案,并进行了支板局部加载荷抗变形性能实验。结果表明:不同的约束装置结构型式,其极限承载能力大不相同。当单个约束装置的支板端部载荷大于1.0 MPa时,应该采用综合优化加强型方案,并结合实际工程应用提出最优方案及结构优化设计方法。 相似文献

We establish a preliminary model of neural signal generation and transmission based on our previous research,and use this model to study signal transmission on unmyelinated nerves.In our model,the characteristics of neural signals are studied both on a long-time and a short time scale.On the long-time scale,the model is consistent with the circuit model.On the short time scale,the neural system exhibits a THz and infrared electromagnetic oscillation but the energy envelope curve of the rapidly oscillating signal varies slowly.In addition,the numerical method is used to solve the equations of neural signal generation and transmission,and the effects of the temperature on signal transmission are studied.It is found that overly high and overly low temperatures are not conducive to the transmission of neural signals. 相似文献

With the rapid development of laser technology, there is an increasing demand for laser protective materials. Thus, the mechanical and ablation properties of composite materials need to be further enhanced. Herein, solution impregnation and hot-press molding were used to develop composites containing various mass ratios of ZrC to polybenzimidazole (PBI) resin (thickness = 3 mm) for laser ablation applications. The results showed that adding short carbon fiber (SCF) to ZrC/PBI composites improves the ablation and mechanical properties. The ZrC/PBI/SCF composites were ablated using a high-energy continuous laser (7 kW cm−2), and the composites did not burn through. The composites did not peel off or split as the ablation process progressed. With the increase in the ZrC content in the composites, dense oxide layers are formed, enhancing the ablation properties of the composites. The ZrC/PBI/SCF composite (the ZrC/PBI mass ratio = 2:1) exhibited the lowest mass loss (2.24%), mass ablation rate (0.119 mg s−1) and linear ablation rate (0.032 mm s−1). This indicates that ZrC/PBI/SCF composites can be used as protective materials in high-energy continuous laser applications. 相似文献

The progress of effective and durable electrocatalysts for oxygen evolution reaction (OER) is urgent, which is essential to promote the overall efficiency of green hydrogen production. To improve the performance of spinel cobalt-based oxides, which serve as promising water oxidation electrocatalysts in alkaline electrolytes, most researches have been concentrated on cations modification. Here, an anionic regulation mechanism is employed to adopt sulfur(S) anion substitution to supplant NiCo2O4 by NiCo2S4, which contributed to an impressive OER performance in alkali. It is revealed that the substitution of S constructs a sub-stable spinel structure that facilitates its reconstruction into active amorphous oxysulfide under OER conditions. More importantly, as the active phase in the actual reaction process, the hetero-anionic amorphous oxysulfide has an appropriately tuned electronic structure and efficient OER electrocatalytic activity. This work demonstrates a promising approach for achieving anion conditioning-based tunable structure reconstruction for robust and easy preparation spinel oxide OER electrocatalysts. 相似文献

Vaccination is among the most effective ways to prevent infectious diseases. Subunit vaccines are safe but usually require multiple booster shots, which may lead to immunity loss and economic consume. In this study, a self-boosting vaccine is developed based on the pulsatile release of antigen from the core–shell microparticle after single-injection immunization. Self-healing technology applied to form an “antigen core” can avoid organic solvents from destroying the spatial structure of the antigen. The “antigen shell” is built-up by self-assemble of the antigen with the opposite charged polypeptide. Primary immunization occurs with the self-assembled film disintegration, and the booster comes with the microparticle degradation. The changing of antigen-specific antibodies after immunization with the core–shell microparticle vaccine is consistent with that caused by the two shots of immunization. The immune effect and safety evaluation results support the translational potential of this self-boosting core–shell microparticle vaccine. 相似文献

系统模拟器通过模拟处理器、内存、外设等硬件资源创建一个完整的虚拟计算机环境, 支持运行和调试不同架构的软件, 可大大缩短跨架构的软件开发周期. 模拟器的调试模块通常具有指令追踪功能, 可记录程序运行的指令序列以用于进一步分析, 如程序运行时间评估、程序行为模式分析、软硬件联合仿真等. 支持RISC-V架构的主流模拟器QEMU和Spike均具有指令追踪功能, 但其时间和空间开销过大, 在应对规模较大的应用时效率低下. 本文提出了一种基于QEMU的指令追踪技术, 将程序中的基本块、控制流图等静态信息与分支选择等动态信息解耦, 在保证指令序列不失真的同时高效追踪执行序列. 相比QEMU原生实现的指令追踪, 本文提出的指令追踪技术的时间开销平均降低了80%以上, 空间开销平均降低了95%以上. 此外, 本文面向RISC-V架构, 实现了多种场景下的指令序列离线分析, 包括指令分类统计、程序热点标记、行为模式分析等. 相似文献

Air-stable manganese based cathode material enabled by organic protection layer for Na-ion batteries

Layered manganese oxide represents one most potential cathode for sodium-ion batteries thanks to high theoretical specific capacity, low cost and environmental friendliness. Nevertheless, its surface structure degrades owing to the hydration reaction when being stored in the humid air. Herein, Na0.67Mn0.92Cu0.04Fe0.04O2 (NMCFO) cathode material is functionalized by tetradecylphosphonic acid (TPA) on the surface to enhance the air stability. It is demonstrated that the TPA protection layer could improve the surface hydrophobicity, and further inhibit the hydration reaction to produce residual alkali, effectively maintaining modified material’s crystal structure and electrochemical performance. After 28 days of placement in the humid air, the modified material delivers a specific capacity of 94.0 mAh g−1 at 5C, and exhibits a capacity retention of 92.22% after 100 cycles at 1C. In summary, we provide an effective pathway to protect layered manganese oxide and other moisture-sensitive materials without sacrificing cell performance. 相似文献
