With the development of intelligent manufacturing (IM), the Digital twin (DT) has become an important means to the evolution mechanism of the process. Many researchers pay attention on the realization of DT in different industries. Based on the DT and Digital Twin Shop Floor (DTS) model, a novel, high throughput metrology method is proposed in the process quality monitoring and control of the Series Solar Cell Production Line (SSCPL) for detailed performance analysis. The variance of individual loss parameters and their impact on quality performance are quantified and mapped into the virtual space. The nature of their distributions and correlations provide great insights about quality loss mechanisms in process monitoring, helping to prioritize efforts for optimizing the control of the SSCPL in the physical space. Additionally, the parameters can be tied back to the physical space, allowing the data to be used directly for the control in the manufacturing. The data-loop of “Autonomous perception of process parameters - Dynamic behaver mapping - Online monitoring - Online data analysis - Parameters configuration & control” can be obtained in the model. A robust switched predictive control method is designed to deal with the multi-phase batch processes with the inevitable uncertainties, time-varying delay and unknown disturbances. Firstly, the output tracking errors are augmented into the state variables and then the improved robust switched predictive control law is established using the new augmented state variables. To this end, the novel switched system is built to represent the different phases of multi-phase batch processes. Secondly, making full use of the robust predictive control theory, Lyapunov function theory, switched system theory, linear matrix inequality (LMI) theory and mode-dependent average dwell time method, the sufficient conditions in terms of LMI constraints are derived to ensure that the switching system is asymptotically controllable and stable. During the process of derivation, based on the traditional performance indicators, the H-infinite performance index is introduced, so that the system in different phases can still operate stably under the uncertainty and external interference. The average dwell time and the control law gain of each phase are thus calculated by solving these LMI constrains. Ultimately, the simulation results on the injection molding process show that the proposed method can make the controlled system run stably. 相似文献

The discharge of coloured textile printing and dyeing wastewater causes environmental pollution. Disposing of wastewater efficiently, simply and with low consumption, is a problem that must be addressed. Herein, a catalytic method for rapid decolorisation of organic dyes was devised employing a terpyridine iron complex to activate oxidised permonosulphate. CI Acid Red 1 was used as the simulated pollutant, the influences of operating parameters on the fading effects of wastewater were explored. According to the results, the produced catalytic system exhibits a universal catalytic effect. Even when the dye concentration reaches 76.4 mg/L, the dyeing wastewater may be effectively decolorised. In addition, when anions (HCO3−, SO42−, Cl−) were present in the solution, the degradation effect of CI Acid Red 1 was still effective. Interestingly, active species such as sulphate radicals and singlet oxygen were detected in the catalytic degradation system by radical capture experiments. The removal rate of total organic carbon can achieve a percentage of 26.22% in 2 hours. This research provides a unique, enzyme-like catalytic system for the rapid breakdown of dye contaminants. 相似文献

The two seed beetle species Acanthoscelides obtectus and Callosobruchus maculatus are among the economically most important pests of stored legume seeds world-wide. Insect natural enemies for biological control were considered in IPM strategies to control bean weevils in store. In this contribution, the control effect by a combination of the parasitoid Anisopteromalus calandrae and the predator Xylocoris flavipes on both seed beetle species was evaluated in a laboratory study on black eyed beans Vigna unguiculata. The combination of parasitoid and predator was most effective against both species of seed beetles. However, in C. maculatus the combination was not significantly more effective compared to A. calandrae alone, suggesting a poor effect on adults and no effect on eggs and larvae by X. flavipes. In the case of A. obtectus, the suppressive effect by the combination of the parasitoid and the predator was high. For C. maculatus, germination of black eyed beans was approximately three times higher when both natural enemies were present. The combination of A. calandrae and X. flavipes is considered a promising component for integrated control of A. obtectus. 相似文献

研究了银含量对粉末冶金技术制备的多孔镁银合金显微组织、物相组成和耐腐蚀性能的影响。SEM分析表明在多孔镁基体中加入银元素后,多孔合金孔壁的晶粒细化,致密度增加。XRD和EDS分析表明多孔Mg-3%Ag合金由单相α-Mg固溶体组成,而Mg-4%Ag合金由α-Mg和Mg4Ag两相组成,具有阴极强化性质的Mg4Ag相呈网状分布在晶界上。耐腐蚀性测试表明,多孔镁银合金比纯多孔镁的耐腐蚀性好。多孔Mg-3%Ag合金具有最佳的耐腐蚀性能,其自腐蚀电位(-1.4073 V)最大、维钝电流密度(3.4169×10-4 A·cm-2)最低,在人体模拟体液中浸泡48 h后腐蚀速率(0.162 mm/a)最低,腐蚀后其表面仅有少量的腐蚀产物。 相似文献

Modified electrospinning apparatus has been developed for continually fabricating nanofiber staple yarns. For this purpose, a pair of rotating metal tubes was introduced to collect the aligned electrospun nanofibers and then twist them into yarns. Between the metal tubes, a rotating plastic tube was inserted to wind the yarns. By adjusting the rotation speed of all tubes, the twist of the nanofiber staple yarns can be controlled. The mechanical behaviors of polyacrylonitrile nanofiber staple yarns have been carried out as well. The results show that the nanofiber staple yarns hold excellent mechanical behaviors, which are capable of using as functional textile fabrics. 相似文献
