Manurite 900钢高温制氢炉管服役后的焊接修复

通过金相组织观察、常温力学性能、常温冲击功测试等方法,分析了Manurite 900钢高温制氢炉管长期服役后的性能变化及对焊接性的影响,通过固溶处理改善了服役炉管的性能。判定了服役制氢炉管焊接裂纹的性质,研究了服役Manurite 900钢高温制氢炉管的抗液化裂纹能力及开裂倾向。分析了液化裂纹的成因及产生机理,提出了焊接修复的工艺方法和工艺原则。     

A new process for argon recovery from hydrogen depleted ammonia plant purge gas

A number of ammonia plants employ membranes or cryogenic hydrogen recovery units to separate hydrogen contained in the purge gas for recycle to the ammonia synthesis loop. The resulting hydrogen depleted purge gas, which is usually used for fuel, is an attractive source of argon. This paper presents the novel features of a process which employs a combination of pressure swing adsorption (PSA) and cryogenic technology to separate the argon from this hydrogen depleted purge gas stream. This new proprietary Hybrid Argon Recovery Process (HARP™) plant¹ is an effective alternative to a conventional all-cryogenic plant.

土钉支护结构中土钉长度的设计研究

土钉支护结构由于其诸多优点在深基坑中得到广泛应用,但是土钉长度布置问题一直是一个热点问题。本文研究了土钉长度的布置方式,结合工程实践,基于内部整体稳定性安全系数最小值的限制原则分析了土钉钻孔直径、水平倾角以及土钉间距等设计参数对土钉长度的影响,最后分析了不同土钉长度布置方式对安全系数的影响,所得结论可供工程技术人员参考。     

Oscillation propagation features of the atmosphere around the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau during the spring season of typical strong and weak monsoon years

The interaction between the low-frequency atmospheric oscillation(Madden-Julian Oscillation,MJO) and the diabatic heating over the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau(QXP) from March to June is analyzed.The results show that there are respectively two and one wave trains around the QXP during the onset of the South China Sea monsoon in strong and weak monsoon years.The locations and strength of the wave train propagation differ between the strong and weak monsoon years.Because diabatic heating of the QXP prevents the lo...     

Finite Element Method Analysis of the Cutoff Wavelength of Dominant Mode in Unilateral Finline

The cutoff wavelength of dominant mode in unilateral finline is analyzed by finite element method. The cutoff wavelength can be changed by adjusting the thickness of metallic fins and dielectric constant of dielectric substrate. Numerical results provide in this paper have important values in practical applications.     

Molecular dynamics study on nanotube-resonators with mass migration applicable to both frequency-tuner and data-storage-media

We investigated the cantilevered carbon-nanotube-resonator including electromigratively movable nanoparticle via classical molecular dynamics simulations and continuum model. The change of the effective mass value, which was closely correlated with the position change of the encapsulated nanoparticle, could be regressed by a power function, the resonance frequency of the carbon-nanotube-resonator could be tuned by controlling the nanoparticle’s position, and the possible frequency-shift-ranges then reached 18–85%. The suggested device could be served as a data-storage-media for electromechanical nonvolatile-memory as well as a frequency-tuner.     

On numerical experiments for Cauchy problems of elliptic operators

Over the last decade, there has been a considerable amount of new numerical methods being developed for solving the Cauchy problems of elliptic operators. In this paper, with some new classes of numerical experiments, we re-verify the conclusions in the review article [Wei T, Hon YC, Ling L. Method of fundamental solutions with regularization techniques for Cauchy problems of elliptic operators. Eng Anal Bound Elem 2007;31(4):373–85.] concerning the effectiveness of solving Cauchy problems with the method of fundamental solutions.     

无穷远分歧的离散周期边值问题的多个解(英文)

This paper discusses a class of nonlinear second order discrete boundary value problems with parameter. We obtain the multiplicity result of symmetric solution for the problem in the condition that the nonlinear term grows in sublinear state. We determine different number of symmetric solutions of the problem in different range of the parameter near the resonant point, and each of theses solutions has its specific parity. The main methods used in this paper include Leray-Schauder principle and bifurcation theorem.
