Copper indium disulfide (CuInS2) thin films as an absorption layer for solar cell and photocatalytic degradation of organic pollutants, were successfully electrodeposited on the FTO coated glass substrate using the simple and inexpensive electrodeposition method and a sulfurization process. The effects of the Cu/In molar ratio, annealing temperature and kind of Cu2+ precursor (Cu(salen) and Cu(acac)2 as novel Cu2+ precursors) on the structural and morphological properties of samples were examined. The XRD diffraction patterns and energy dispersive spectroscopy measurements exhibit that high-quality film with superior crystalline structure was formed in the presence of Cu(salen) as Cu2+ precursor. Also, we found that a suitable heat treatment temperature could suppress the CuS phases and form well-crystallized CIS. As we know, this is the first reported efficiency for any CuInS2 superstrate solar cell to date that fabricated using Cu(salen) as Cu2+ precursor. In addition, the photocatalytic degradation of organic dye in the presence of as-synthesized CuInS2 thin films was studied. The as-prepared semiconductor photocatalysts have a good reusability; it can be successfully reused for 5 times recycling photoactivity tests.  相似文献

This article presents a new approach for solving the Optimal Control Problem (OCP) of linear time-delay systems with a quadratic cost functional. The proposed method can also be used for designing optimal control time-delay systems with disturbance. In this study, the Variational Iteration Method (VIM) is employed to convert the original Time-Delay Optimal Control Problem (TDOCP) into a sequence of nonhomogeneous linear two-point boundary value problems (TPBVPs). The optimal control law obtained consists of an accurate linear feedback term and a nonlinear compensation term which is the limit of an adjoint vector sequence. The feedback term is determined by solving Riccati matrix differential equation. By using the finite-step iteration of a nonlinear compensation sequence, we can obtain a suboptimal control law. Finally, Illustrative examples are included to demonstrate the validity and applicability of the technique.  相似文献

The operation of an autonomous mobile robot in a semi-structured environment is a complex, usually non-linear and partly unpredictable process. Lacking a theory of robot–environment interaction that allows the design of robot control code based on theoretical analysis, roboticists still have to resort to trial-and-error methods in mobile robotics.The RobotMODIC project aims to develop a theoretical understanding of a robot’s interaction with its environment, and uses system identification techniques to identify the system robot–task–environment. In this paper, we present two practical examples of the RobotMODIC process: mobile robot self-localisation and mobile robot training to achieve door traversal.In both examples, a transparent mathematical function is obtained that maps inputs–sensory perception in both cases–to output — location and steering velocity respectively. Analysis of the obtained models reveals further information about the way in which a task is achieved, the relevance of individual sensors, possible ways of obtaining more parsimonious models, etc.  相似文献

A system is frequently represented by transfer functions in an input–output characterization. However, such a system (under mild assumptions) can also be represented by transfer functions in a port characterization, frequently referred to as a chain-scattering representation. Due to its cascade properties, the chain-scattering representation is used throughout many fields of engineering. In this paper, we define a dynamic discrete model of a passive air conditioning unit, without the more typical compression or absorption-refrigeration cycle. The unit is composed of heat exchangers, a positioning system and humid corrugated pads. The aim of the study was to follow the temperature in a greenhouse and to replicate it with a desired and stable relative humidity in a ventilated growth chamber. A control law, based on a quadratic criterion and dynamic programming, taking output error and energy consumption minimisation into account, was used to control the behaviour of the unit in spite of air intake disturbances. The results of the simulation indicate that the air conditioning unit can produce a variable climate in the growth chamber, with a wide range of relative humidity setpoints.  相似文献

As genetic algorithm parameters vary depending on different problem types when applying genetic algorithm to reach global optimum, appropriate design value selection has significant impact on the efficiency of genetic algorithm. However, most users adjust parameters manually based on the reference values of previous literature. Such trial-and-error method is time-consuming, ineffective, and often it could not locate the optimal combination. Therefore, in flowshop scheduling problems, this research anticipates to complete optimal parameter combination design in genetic algorithm using Taguchi experimental design. According to the research results, different ways of producing initial solution have significant influence on this research topic. Consequently, confirmation experiment is conducted using the optimal parameter combination obtained from the research results. It is found that the predicted value of signal-to-noise ratio (S/N ratio) and its actual value exists deviation of 0.238%, indicating repetitiveness and robustness of the obtained parameter combination. Hence, this research method can effectively reduce time spent on parameter design using genetic algorithm and increase efficiency of algorithm.  相似文献
