利用紫外飞秒激光光谱技术研究了Al2O3/SiO2高反射膜内的超快载流子动力学。通过实验,发现该反射膜Al2O3层的载流子动力学在紫外反射膜的激光诱导损伤中起着至关重要的作用。通过泵浦-探测实验,发现紫外飞秒激光与光学薄膜作用后,光学薄膜反射率有所下降,且探测光反射率变化的峰值在约2.3 ps的时间内从417 nm左右转移到402 nm左右。为了更好的解释激光诱导载流子动力学,一个具体的理论模型被提出来,该模型指出导带自由电子弛豫过程中与晶格相互作用,产生距导带一个光子能量的中间缺陷态,其初始电子密度影响了材料损伤阈值高低。通过该理论模型得出的激光损伤阈值数据和实验数据吻合得很好。  相似文献

We report on spectral modification from visible to near-infrared (NIR) in Pr3+ and Yb3+ codoped oxyfluoride glass for c-Si solar cell. The excitation and emission spectra indicate the energy transfer from Pr3+ to Yb3+. The theoretical quantum efficiency is calculated based on the fluorescent lifetime and has reached more than 150%. However, the external quantum efficiency (EQE) of the Pr3+ and Yb3+ codoped glass covered on silicon solar cell is decreased compared to that of the host glass. The reasons of the negative effect of spectral modification on EQE are discussed and analyzed.  相似文献

X-ray Thomson scattering technique for diagnosing dense plasma was demonstrated on Shenguang-Π laser facility.Laser plasma x-ray source of titanium He-α lines (~4.75keV),generated by laser beam (1.5kJ/527nm/2ns) heated titanium thin foil,was used as x-ray probe beam.The x-ray probe was then scattered by cold CH foam column of 1g/cm3 density.The scattered radiation at 90 was diffracted by polyethylene terephthalate (PET) crystal and recorded on x-ray charge-coupled device.Well-defined scattering spectra were obtained with good signal to noise ratio.  相似文献

In our previous work,a plasma approach for single attosecond pulse (AP) generation was proposed.A few-cycle relativistic circularly polarized laser pulse will induce a single drastic oscillation of plasma boundary,from which high-order harmonics and furthermore an ultra-intense single AP can be generated naturally after it is reflected.Analytical model and simulations both demonstrate that the process is mostly efficient as the pulse duration is close to the plasma responding time.The effects of plasma density ramp are analyzed here,suggesting that the proposal is still quite efficient with appropriate density gradient in the ramp.At last,a combined approach is employed to obtain single AP with 30 fs incident laser.The relatively large-duration pulse is firstly shortened by a density dropping thin foil,and then reflected from an overdense plasma target.One-dimensional simulation shows that a 600 as single light pulse is generated with peak intensity of 3×1020W/cm2.  相似文献

A numerical study is reported of the transparent propagation of few-cycle laser pulses with arbitrary intensity. The phenomenon is based on the preparation of steady maximum coherent superposition state of the lower two levels in double-lambda atomic systems. The transparency of the few-cycle pulse is sensitive to its parameters such as the arriving time and relative phase. The advantages of the method are discussed.  相似文献

在激光三维成像雷达中,双光楔扫描是一种常用的扫描方式,具有能耗小、精度高、抗震性好等优点,并可有效减小系统的体积。但其扫描轨迹复杂,扫描点存在较大的冗余。首先基于一级近似公式研究了扫描轨迹的规律,随后分析了扫描轨迹间距和扫描点间距的变化特征,最终确定了全视场覆盖时的双光楔扫描参数,并由轨迹分布特征给出了降低冗余的方案。结果表明,全视场覆盖时,反向旋转和同向旋转具有相同的最小冗余2π,除旋转方向外,其他扫描参数完全相同。有效扫描视场和分辨率一定时,特定转速对下,部分覆盖的反向旋转可减小1/4的冗余;半周期的同向旋转可减小1/2的冗余。冗余降低的同时提升了成像的帧频。  相似文献

Combining the two most fascinating fields of chemistry in the development of novel metal-organic architectures viz. macrocyclic chemistry and metallotectons, herein, we report the one-pot synthesis of a binuclear Fe(II) macrocyclic metallotecton 2 via coordination-driven assembly in excellent yield and purity. The single crystal structure of 2 indicates two units of cationic iron complex with ligand 1 (6- pyridin-2-yl- [1,3,5]-triazine-2,4-diamine) acting as metallotectons connected to each other by two [μ-PHO3CH3]- bridges forming a [FeFe] macrocycle embedded in two metallotectons. The pyridine and DAT rings of both ligands 1 are nearly coplanar in 2 and each iron(II) has a distorted octahedral geometry. Diaminotriazine groups incorporated in 2 direct multiple hydrogen bonding according to predictable motifs II to produce a final three-dimensional structure. Thermal stability, electronic properties and redox properties of 2 have been studied by thermogravimetric analysis, UV–Vis and cyclic voltammetry respectively. The hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) study of 2 reveals it as an efficient photocatalyst displaying a high turnover number (TON) and turnover frequency (TOF), which is much higher than other Fe based molecular catalysts reported in literature. Also, its photocatalytic activity outperforms the most reported standard reference cobaloxime catalyst (CoIII(dmgH)2(py)Cl). This is by far, the only report showcasing a macrocyclic metallotecton for photocatalytic HER. In addition, complex 2 can be regarded as the next level in supramolecular chemistry as it bridges the gap between macrocycles and metallotectons as well as it can be a future option for our deteriorating environment.  相似文献

Dynamic properties of proteins have crucial roles in understanding protein function and molecular mechanism within cells. In this paper, we combined total internal reflection fluorescence microscopy with oblique illumination fluorescence microscopy to observe directly the movement and localization of membrane‐anchored green fluorescence proteins in living cells. Total internal reflect illumination allowed the observation of proteins in the cell membrane of living cells since the penetrate depth could be adjusted to about 80 nm, and oblique illumination allowed the observation of proteins both in the cytoplasm and apical membrane, which made this combination a promising tool to investigate the dynamics of proteins through the whole cell. Not only individual protein molecule tracks have been analyzed quantitatively but also cumulative probability distribution function analysis of ensemble trajectories has been done to reveal the mobility of proteins. Finally, single particle tracking has acted as a compensation for single molecule tracking. All the results exhibited green fluorescence protein dynamics within cytoplasm, on the membrane and from cytoplasm to plasma membrane.  相似文献

We report on the precipitation of Si nanocrystals inside a borosilicate glass by using an 800 nm, 250 kHz femtosecond laser irradiation, which was confirmed with X-ray diffraction, Raman spectra and transmission electron microscopy analyses. Refractive index profile reveals that the refractive index of the Si nanocrystals precipitated region increased up to 8.7% in comparison with that of the unirradiated area, leading to a large diffraction efficiency of the fabricated dot structure. Furthermore, the third-order optical nonlinearity of the Si nanocrystals precipitated glass is greatly enhanced based on the Z-scan measurement. These results may find applications for the fabrication diffractive optical devices and optical switches.  相似文献
