对于多扰动动态下的线性时不变控制器的性能评价进行了研究.针对系统具有多个扰动动态的情况, 提出了一种新的控制器性能评价方法.这一方法构建了一个加权的性能指标,权值与不同扰动的种类和优先级相对 应.同时该方法可以明确计算出各个扰动的结构闭环输出方差的下限值.通过为不同的扰动选取适当的权值和方差 范围,可以计算得出最优的输出方差.将这一最优方差值作为基准就可以评价实际生产系统的控制性能.仿真例子 表明了该方法的有效性.  相似文献

Growing complexity of parallel machines coupled with increasing chip densities escalates the need for fault tolerance and recovery in these systems. In pursuit of the goal of fault-tolerant multiprocessors, many techniques have been proposed. Since methods for designing fault-tolerant processors and memories are relatively mature, the techniques considered in this paper focus on the interconnection network (ICN) linking the processors. The impact of faults on non-fault-tolerant ICNs is contrasted with that in fault-tolerant networks. Fault tolerance in ICNs is addressed at two levels, inter-node or switch level and system level. Inter-node or switch level pertains to data and control integrity and system level deals with maintaining network connectivity and adequate performance levels in the presence of faults. Fault-tolerant schemes at the switching element level warrant some form of concurrent error detection such as the use of codes usually combined with a full handshake protocol. Space–time trade-offs involved in the use of various codes and protocols are investigated. At the system level, several augmented multi-stage switching ICNs, tree and ring networks are studied. The combined provision for fault tolerance together with improved performance in the non-fault condition is emphasized. Finally, strategies for network reconfiguration and rerouting after system failure are presented.  相似文献

Most research about women in engineering focuses on reasons for their under‐representation. In contrast, we capitalized on an opportunity to study success: the School of Industrial Engineering at the University of Oklahoma had organically achieved parity of the sexes at the undergraduate level. To investigate this success, we adopted an ethnographic perspective, interviewing 185 students who represented four fields and four institutions as well as 12 faculty in Industrial Engineering at the University of Oklahoma. These data pointed to a combination of aspects of the discipline and the department culture as explanatory variables. Emerging from the data was a third explanatory variable: a high number of students, disproportionately many women, who relocated into Industrial Engineering from another major, underscoring the impact of broad recruiting activities. This paper emphasizes ideas that other departments can consider adapting to their own efforts to increase diversity.  相似文献

In this paper, we present a new end-to-end protocol, namely Scalable Streaming Video Protocol (SSVP), which operates on top of UDP and is optimized for unicast video streaming applications. SSVP employs Additive Increase Multiplicative Decrease (AIMD)-based congestion control and adapts the sending rate by properly adjusting the inter-packet-gap (IPG). The smoothness-oriented modulation of AIMD parameters and IPG adjustments reduce the magnitude of AIMD oscillation and allow for smooth transmission patterns, while TCP-friendliness is maintained. Our experimental results demonstrate that SSVP eventually adapts to the vagaries of the network and achieves remarkable performance on real-time video delivery. In the event where awkward network conditions impair the perceptual video quality, we investigate the potential improvement via a layered adaptation mechanism that utilizes receiver buffering and adapts video quality along with long-term variations in the available bandwidth. The adaptation mechanism sends a new layer based on explicit criteria that consider both the available bandwidth and the amount of buffering at the receiver, preventing wasteful layer changes that have an adverse effect on user-perceived quality. Quantifying the interactions of SSVP with the specific adaptation scheme, we identify notable gains in terms of video delivery, especially in the presence of limited bandwidth.  相似文献

目前已有的Web应用框架能够在一定程度上降低业务逻辑处理的难度,但仍要编写大量重复代码,未能提供完善的机制以适应系统的变更。该文设计并实现了一种Web应用自动构建框架WACF,该框架能够适应复杂的业务需求,并能通过生成工具实现大部分应用开发的自动化。工程实践证明,WACF是一种高效稳定、适用性广泛的应用框架,能够在较大程度上提高开发效率。  相似文献
