浅论高师英语有效教学

不同于普通中学或高校的教学,高师教学具有独特性：既有升学压力又面临严峻的就业挑战;“术业有专攻“的学生还需全面发展自己,理论联系实践。对某高师一、二年级学生的调查显示：30%的学生认为英语课堂应以知识传授为主;70％的学生则希望“传道、授业、解惑”的教师能培养他们浓厚的学习兴趣．提高他们的英语运用能力和交际能力。高师英语教师要敏锐洞察学生的发展动向．结合高师教育特点．大胆尝试多样教学策略．培养全面发展的未来园丁。     

如何激发学生质疑

化学是一门以实验为基础的学科,它是人们不断在实践中发现问题、研究问题,从而解决问题的过程中建立起来的。中学化学的重要内容是基础化学理论和基础元素化学,特点是知识点较散,有些内容又很抽象,特别是高中化学更是如此,因而很多在初中对化学怀有浓厚学习兴趣的学生,进入高中后渐渐失去了对化学的兴趣。作为中学化学教师,必须努力钻研教法,掌握中学化学教学的独特规律,从而不断提高自己的教学水平。掌握激发学生质疑的技能就是很重要的一个方面。     

LMBP神经网络改进算法的研究

论述了BP网络中最优秀的算法之一LMBP算法及其推导过程,分析了标准LMBP算法的特点和不足。为了进一步加快标准LMBP算法的收敛速度,提出了变步长θ的改进LMBP算法。通过采用某水厂混凝沉淀过程真实的实验数据和Matlab仿真程序实验,验证了此改进LMBP算法的可行性和有效性。该改进算法进一步加快了LMBP算法的收敛速度,对于采用LMBP算法神经网络的在线计算具有重要的应用参考价值。     

Optimal decision rules acquisition in incomplete and Fuzzy Decision Information System

The Incomplete and Fuzzy Decision Information System （IFDIS） with both missing data and fuzzy decisions is rather extensively applications, which is the generalizations of complete information system, incomplete information system and fuzzy decision information system. In this paper, on the base of notion of the tolerance relation and the concept of IFDIS, the rough set model of IFDIS based on tolerance relation is proposed and the properties of the models are discussed, and then the definitions of（upper- or lower-） consistent reduction are suggested and knowledge reduction based on discernibility matrix is presented. The optimal fuzzy decision rules and its acquisition algorithm are proposed. Finally we provide an example to illustrate the validity of the algorithm.

目前,机器人教育越来越受关注,教育部于2003年在新颁布的高中技术课程标准中,分别把“人工智能初步”和“简易机器人制作”设为信息技术和通用技术的一个选修模块。如何有效开展机器人教育？笔者根据目前现状和多元智能理论获得了一些启示。

Solving the generalized Sylvester matrix equation AV +BW = VF via Kronecker map

This note considers the solution to the generalized Sylvester matrix equation AV ＋ BW = VF with F being an arbitrary matrix, where V and W are the matrices to be determined. With the help of the Kronecker map, an explicit parametric solution to this matrix equation is established. The proposed solution possesses a very simple and neat form, and allows the matrix F to be undetermined.
