改革实验教学 强化能力培养

实验室是使科学技术、研究成果转化为生产力的重要桥梁，也是培养创造性人才的摇篮和发源地，对培养高等技术人才显得尤为重要。所以，它是高等教育不可缺少的重要组成部分，社会主义市场经济的发展，要求培养综合型、技术型和创造型人才，实验室将起到独特的作用。     

竖直狭缝通道中液氮沸腾强化换热的实验研究

实验表明，狭缝间隙对液氮自然对流核态沸腾换热有明显的影响，在低热流密度下，间隙小的狭缝沸腾换热比间隙大的狭缝明显增强，当狭缝间隙小于实验压力下气泡的脱离直径时，对于同样的热流密度，传热温差减小一个数量级以上，沸腾换热系数提高十几倍到二十倍以上，当热流密度增加一定程度（＞4W/cm^2)时，间隙小的狭缝沸腾换热比间隙大的狭缝有所减弱。     

Experimental Study on the Effect of Steel-fibre in Conerete Thick Cap

The effect of steel fibre used in concrete was systematically analyzed by model testing of 30 2-pile thick caps of steel-fibre reinforced concrete, in which the model scale was 1：5. The experiment system composed of a loading device, strain measurement system and a data-acquisition system was used, also an electromechanic centigrade scale, a lens and a Y J-25 static resistance strainometer were used.The experimental results show that the volumetric rate of steel fibre and draw ratio have an important influence on its load-bearing capacity. The incorporation of steel fibre can effectively improve the extension and reduce the thickness of the caps.     

中原油田水平井钻井液技术

根据中原油田地层高温、高盐、易塌、易漏失及水平井的特点,优选了适用于水平井的强抑制强封堵聚合物钻井液体系,并进行了现场应用.室内实验结果表明,优选的强抑制强封堵聚合物钻井液具有良好的井眼净化、摩阻控制、井壁稳定及油层保护等性能.现场应用时能满足钻井、录井、测井的需要,钻井施工顺利,取得了良好的经济和社会效益.     

An Investigation of Vibration Reducing on a Machine Tool

In order to reduce the vibration on a machine tool, more orthogonal experiment schemes have been designed, which are based on the steel balls vibration reducing principle. After experiments the optimal reducing vibration scheme was determined. This kind of vibration reducing scheme is used in steel balls vibration absorber, which can be used to reduce vibration magnitudes of a machine tools under the working conditions, whereby improving machining precision. The suggested experiment method is of useful reference in reducing vibrations on other machine tools too.

采用传递比较法对二厘米微波衰减标准装置不确定度进行了验证。测量标准装置的重复性以组内实验标准偏差sn(A)定量表征，测量标准装置的稳定性用组间实验标准偏差sm定量表征。     

Recent Experimental Progress in the HT—7 Tokamak

Recent experimental campaign in the HT-7 tokamak was scheduled to be ran from November 2002to March 31,2003,During which various issues were in vestgated on geting high electron temperature,long pulse discharges and high performance plasma under quasi-steady-state condition.New systems including LHCD launcher,cryogenic compressor,real-time ploidal control,water-cooled toroidal belt limiter,ferretic liner and several diagnostics were installed and operated to satisfy long-pulse operation requirements.The maximum total injected power was over 1 MW and the longest discharge duration was near to 64 s。
