Interface agents are computer programs that provide personalized assistance to a user dealing with computer based applications.
By understanding the tasks the user performs in a software application an interface agent could be aware of the context that
represents the user’s focus of attention at each particular moment. With this purpose, plan recognition aims at identifying
the plans or goals of a user from the tasks he (for simplicity, we use “he” to refer to the user, but we do not mean any distinctions
about sexes) performs. A prerequisite for the recognition of plans is knowledge of a user’s possible tasks and the combination
of these tasks in complex task sequences, which describes typical user behavior. Plan recognition will enable an interface
agent to reason about what the user might do next so that it can determine how to assist him. In this work we present the
state of the art in Plan Recognition, paying special attention to the features that make it useful to interface agents. These
features include the ability to deal with uncertainty, multiple plans, multiple interleaved goals, overloaded tasks, noisy

A series of nanocomposite thin films, composed of Nd2Fe14B and α-Fe, has been prepared by DC-magnetron sputtering combined ion beam sputtering onto Si (100) substrates. The effects of post annealing on the microstructure and magnetic properties of [NdFeB/α-Fe/NdFeB]-type thin films have been investigated. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) study showed that annealing of the films for 30min at temperatures 550,600,650,700℃ resulted in the appearance of diffraction peaks, characteristic for Nd2Fe14B tetragonal structure, α-Fe and Nd2O3 phases. The investigation using the Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM) with a maximum applied field of 2 T indicated that with the increase of the annealing temperature, the magnetic properties of the multilayer films were improved and reached peak value at 650℃ (Hci=41.72kA·m-1, Mr/Ms=0.4, (BH)max=30.35kJ·m-3), after which the magnetic properties were decreased greatly. Along with the increase of the thickness of α-Fe layer from Tα-Fe16nm, the coercivity Hci, saturation magnetization Ms, and remanence ratio Mr/Ms all declined. As the Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) indicated, after being annealed at 650℃ for 30min, the sample was showed fine surface morphology with grain size 60nm≤dα-Fe≤80nm and 100nm≤dNdFeB≤150nm. 相似文献

A study is presented on the rise of qualitative research in psychology over the 20th century. The incidence of qualitative research as indicated by several search terms (i.e., "qualitative research," "grounded theory," "discourse analy*," "empirical phenomenological," and "phenomenological psychology") was traced through the PsycINFO and Dissertation Abstracts International databases. It was found that, with the exception of the search terms having to do with phenomenology, records containing these search terms were basically non-existent until the 1980s, when there was a sharp rise that intensified in the 1990s. The PsycINFO records were sorted according to (1) whether they came from psychology or other social and health science disciplines; (2) region of origin; (3) the types of document to which they referred; and (4) whether they focused on the methodology or the application of qualitative research. A number of interesting differences emerged from this comparative analysis. Implications of the findings for the supposition that a paradigm shift may be underway are discussed. Phosphorylated non-phosphorylating glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (EC 1.2.1.9; GAPN) found in heterotrophic cells of wheat is activated by MgCl2. The divalent cation disrupts the interaction between GAPN and a 14-3-3 regulatory protein. This effect is quite remarkable, since it has previously been shown that 14-3-3 binding to a target protein requires divalent cations as Mg2+ or Ca2+. Binding of the divalent cation to 14-3-3 causes an increase in surface hydrophobicity. Crystal structure of a 14-3-3-target protein complex has been only determined for serotinin N-acetyltransferase. We utilized a model of a subunit of plant GAPN and the crystallographic structure of human 14-3-3ζ to shape the complex between theses two proteins. Initial dockings were performed with the BiGGER program, which allows an exhaustive search of translational and rotational space. A filtering procedure was then applied to reduce the number of complexes to a manageable number. We predict the structural characteristics of GAPN–14-3-3ζ binding process, proposing that the main attractive force in this complex derives from electrostatic interactions. The predicted model was corroborated by analysis of kinetic behavior of GAPN and its relationship with pH and ionic strength conditions. This study provides a variant on the interaction of 14-3-3 with target proteins, thus affording a wider scenario to establish possible structural models for this remarkable family of regulatory proteins. 相似文献
