Displacement Discontinuity Method for Fracture Mechanics Analysis of Reissner Plates: Static and Dynamic

This paper is concerned with the displacement discontinuity method applied to the shear deformable plates (Reissner’s and Mindlin’s theories) with cracks subjected to static and dynamic loads. Fundamental solutions of dislocation are derived using the Fourier transform method and the Laplace transformation technique. Boundary integral equations are presented in terms of rotations/displacement on the crack surfaces. The Chebyshev polynomials of the second kind are used to evaluate the integral equations with hypersingular kernels on the crack boundaries and determine the stress intensity factors at the crack tips. Comparisons are made with other numerical solutions to demonstrate the proposed method is accurate both for static and dynamic problems.     

Heat Capacity of 3He Solid Film on Graphite in Magnetic Fields

Heat capacities of a submonolayer ³He solid film adsorbed on a graphite surface are measured in magnetic fields up to 400 Oe. The measured heat capacity shifts to higher temperatures with an increasing magnetic field. The amplitudes of the shifts are twenty times larger than the magnitude of the Zeeman energy, which is anomalously large. With regard to the origin of these large shifts, the reduction of frustrations and the weakening of the competition between multiple spin exchange interactions are discussed.     

TiSiW12O40/TiO2催化合成丙酸正丙酯

研究了固载杂多酸盐TiSiW12O40/TiO2催化丙酸与正丙醇的酯化反应，探讨了催化剂用量，反应时间及醇酸摩尔比对酯收率的影响。当醇酸摩尔比为1.3:1，催化剂的量为醇酸总质量的1.5%。反应时间为1.0h，酯产率可达71.4%以上，采用该催化剂合成丙酸正丙酯不仅酯化反应温度低，反应时间较短，催化剂用量少，而且可较好地回收利用，可降低成本；因此，TiSiW12O40/TiO2是合成丙酸正丙酯的优良催化剂，具有良好的应用前景。     

金属－橡胶硫化粘接过程中分子取向行为的间接证据

对金属－橡胶热硫化粘接复合体的剥离行为进行了研究，同一粘接试样的双向１８０°剥离试验显示出了巨大的差异。本文分析了弹性材料在硫化过程中的分子行为，并提出了相应的新假设，认为这是由于金属－橡胶在硫化粘接过程中分子取向交联行为所致。这种双向１８０°剥离破坏现象可被看作是金属－橡胶硫化粘接过程中分子取向行为的间接证据。     

小方坯连铸机的PLC自动控制

本文对弧型小方坯连铸机工艺与设备进行了分析，介绍了连铸生产的ＰＬＣ控制系统。及其软件设计。     

Rene′95粉末合金喷丸强化研究

研究了Ｒｅｎｅ′９５热等静压粉末高温合金喷丸后的残余应力场、组织结构、致密度及其与疲劳性能的关系。结果指出，喷丸强化能够有效地提高合金高周和低周疲劳强度。     

含淀粉聚乙烯膜的时控光降解研究

使用复合光降解剂，得到了可光降解的生物降解膜。对膜的光降解进行了考察，并对影响光降解的因素进行了讨论，结果表明，我们所制得的膜是一种较好的时控光降解膜。     

稀土Si_3N_4陶瓷材料中铝的络合滴定法测定

提出了强碱介质沉淀钇及有关杂质元素而与铝进行分离的方法。试液酸化后采用ＮａＦ析出法络合滴定测定铝。     

化学镀SiCp／Ni－P复合镀层与基体结合强度及其影响因素

论述了ＳｉＣｐ／Ｎｉ－Ｐ复合镀层与钢基体的结合强度及其影响因素。复合镀层中离界面５μｍ厚度以内区域的组成及应力状态对镀层／基体的界面结合有决定性作用，在该区域以外ＳｉＣ粒径变化不影响镀层的结合强度。适当的热处理可提高界面结合力。     

马来酸及其酐和衣康酸与PP熔体接枝反应机理的研究

以马来酸酐作对照，用热分析、流变、化学分析等方法，研究了马来酸和衣康酸在非隔氧条件下与ＰＰ熔体催化接枝反应的特点和规律，阐述了单体结构－单元反应相对速率－－接枝产物结构之间的关系，提出了３种接枝物的结构模型。
