The space-time distribution of the basic kinetic parameters of a plasma is experimentally determined under conditions of expansion of plasma clusters and jets into vacuum. It is demonstrated that the dynamics and structure of plasmoids injected by pulsed erosion plasma accelerators of the electrothermal type are characterized by two successive stages or two modes of acceleration, namely, the Joule heating of electrons in the initial region of the path and the collisionless expansion of rarefied plasma.  相似文献

Nano-particle hydroxyapatite ( HA ) was prepared with a novel ultrasonic precipitation process and the as-prepared nanopowder was used to produce hydroxyapatite ( HA ) coatings on titanium substrate via plasma spraying. The phase and the microstructare of the coating were characterized by X- ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Results showed that spherical particles could be prepared by ultrasonic precipitation process; and a corresponding dense HA coating with molten surface and low-porosity cross-section structure was acquired. During the plasma spraying process, new phases of Ca3 ( PO4 )2 and Ca2 P2O7 were generated. After heat-treating at 800℃ for 1 h, the contents of Ca3 ( PO4 )2 and Ca2 P2O7 decreased while HA content increased. Tensile adhesion tests showed that the plasma sprayed coating prepared with the spherical nanoparticles exhibited high tensile bond strength.  相似文献

Dry etching of InGaP, AlInP, and AlGaP in inductively coupled plasmas (ICP) is reported as a function of plasma chemistry (BCl3 or Cl2, with additives of Ar, N2, or H2), source power, radio frequency chuck power, and pressure. Smooth anisotropic pattern transfer at peak etch rates of 1000–2000Å·min?1 is obtained at low DC self-biases (?100V dc) and pressures (2 mTorr). The etch mechanism is characterized by a trade-off between supplying sufficient active chloride species to the surface to produce a strong chemical enhancement of the etch rate, and the efficient removal of the chlorinated etch products before a thick selvedge layer is formed. Cl2 produces smooth surfaces over a wider range of conditions than does BCl3.  相似文献

Hygroscopic NaOH, CsI, CsOH and inert Ag aerosol behaviour at different temperatures and relative humidities (RH) has been studied in a well instrumented and controlled vessel of 1.81 m3 total free volume. Homogeneous thermal-hydraulic conditions for aerosol measurement in the vessel were achieved. The aerosol number and mass concentration were measured continuously during the experiments using a Condensation Nucleus Counter and a Tapered Element Oscillating Microbalance. The particle size distribution and chemical composition in the test conditions were measured by Berner low pressure impactors. In the case of NaOH the half life of the aerosol mass concentration was more than four times longer at low RH (22%) as compared to high RH (96%). The half lives of the CsOH and CsI aerosols were only twice as long at low RH as compared to high RH. Thus at high RH (96–97%) the half lives of CsOH and CsI were twice as long as the half life for the NaOH aerosol. The faster decay of the NaOH aerosol is due to the smaller density decrease of NaOH during water condensation. CsOH particles grew rapidly to their equilibrium size at all humidities. The measured equilibrium size for CsOH aerosol agree well with the calculated particle size at different RHs. Experimental results were also compared with calculations obtained by severe accident computer codes. These calculated results will be presented in a later paper.  相似文献

The recently proposed renormalized (R) and completely renormalized (CR) coupled-cluster (CC) methods of the CCSD[T] and CCSD(T) types have been implemented using recursively generated intermediates and fast matrix multiplication routines. The details of this implementation, including the complete set of equations that have been used in writing efficient computer codes, memory requirements, and typical CPU timings, are discussed. The R-CCSD[T], R-CCSD(T), CR-CCSD[T], and CR-CCSD(T) computer codes and similar codes for the standard CC methods, including the LCCD, CCD, CCSD, CCSD[T], and CCSD(T) approaches, have been incorporated into the gamess package. Information about the main features of this new set of CC programs is provided.  相似文献

采用多层光刻工艺结合氩离子铣的混合刻蚀方法,刻蚀高Tc超导YBaCuO/ZrO2(100)薄膜图形,取得了较好的结果。在进行氩离子镜的工艺步骤中,使用普通氩离子铣设备(离子束斑极不均匀),但采取了一定的措施─-使被刻样品在刻蚀台座上可移动,模糊地实现了薄膜的相对"大面积"(直径φ≥20mm)均匀刻蚀─-可同时刻蚀2~3片6mm×10mm薄膜,并且被刻蚀部分表面起伏约在10nm左右。图形样品的最小线条达2μm,其Tc、Jc人与刻蚀前薄膜的Tc、Jc相当,即:TC为85~90K,Jc~106A/cm2(在77K下)。  相似文献

激光辐照对不同饵料微藻生长的影响   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
利用Nd:YAG激光(波长1.06μm,功率5W,照射时间0.5-3min)和Ar 激光(波长:488nm,功率70mw,照射时间5-20min)分别照射角毛藻和叉鞭金藻,辐照后进行细胞增殖和生长速率的测定。实验结果表明:照射剂量为1min的Nd:YAG激光及剂量为5min的Ar 激光对叉鞭金藻有较明显的促长效果,这两种激光处理组的细胞增殖量在辐照后的两天内较对照组分别高42.9%和48.1%,但这种促长效果随时间的推移逐渐消失。不同剂量的两种激光辐照角毛藻后,在延滞期均出现生长抑制现象,但进入指数生长期或传代培养后,剂量为1min的Nd:YAG激光及剂量为10min的Ar 激光对角毛藻有明显的促长效果,其中在指数生长期1min剂量的Nd:YAG激光处理可促长27.0%,传代培养后10min的Ar 激光处理组生长速率提高达51.2%。本文对不同激光及不同激光参数条件下,两种饵料藻的耐受性及生长特性的差异也进行分析探讨。本实验结果不仅证实了已有研究的推论,还展示出激光技术在饵料藻种选育中的应用前景。  相似文献

Comparative studies on Ar and He closed-cycle MHD power plants combined with fossil fuel are performed. The sizes of a regenerative heat exchanger and a boiler are expected to be smaller for He than for Ar. The pressure loss of a working gas in a regenerative heat exchanger is reduced for He. The purification subsystem for He is expected to be more compact and economical than that for Ar; but a larger compressor is required for He than for Ar.  相似文献

A plasma discharge initiation system for the explosive volumetric combustion charge was designed, investigated and developed for practical application. Laboratory scale experiments were carried out before conducting the large scale field tests. The resultant explosions gave rise to less noise, insignificant seismic vibrations and good specific explosive consumption for rock blasting. Importantly, the technique was found to be safe and environmentally friendly.  相似文献
