过程质量管理实践的组合应用

随着项目的复杂度日趋复杂,设计及实现的重构日趋频繁。项目对质量管理的要求也越来越高。项目质量管理所涉及的内容是多方面的,本文根据实践积累,结合作者所管理项目的质量提升过程,讲述了几种项目过程质量管理方法的组合应用,并对项目质量管理工作的一些心得及经验进行了总结。     

基于服务总线和动态代理的信息集成模式

面向服务架构下的企业信息集成的方式逐渐从传统的以应用服务器为中心的点对点交互模式,演变为基于企业服务总线（ESB）的总线式消息交换模式。本文首先提出了一个通用的企业服务总线的参考模型;论述了ESB的关键功能和特性;最后给出了借助Java反射机制和XStream设计并实现的一个基于Mule ESB的动态服务代理的关键实现。结果表明基于企业服务总线和动态服务代理的设计模式能够显著降低开发工作量,简化配置,同时提供良好的性能和可扩展性,可以有效地用于企业级的信息集成项目中。     

基于虚拟多传感器信息融合的粮情预警系统

在粮食仓储过程中,通过温湿度传感器、图像传感器采集到的温湿度、图像的实时数据,经过信息处理算法的变换和特征提取,得到具有不同特征信息的虚拟多传感器数据,采用D-S证据理论对数据进行信息融合,对粮食在仓储过程中的霉变、虫害等粮情进行动态预测分析,当发现有不良变化时,该系统能够及时发出预警信息,以保证粮食的储藏安全。     

Controllers with diagnostic capabilities. A neural network implementation

Designing controllers with diagnostic capabilities is important as in a feedback control system, detection and isolation of failures is generally affected by the particular control law used. Therefore, a common approach to control and failure diagnosis problems has significant merit. Controllers capable of performing failure diagnosis have additional diagnostic outputs to detect and isolate sensor and actuator faults. A linear such controller is usually called a four-parameter controller. Neural networks have proved to be a very powerful tool in the control systems area, where they have been used in the modelling and control of dynamical systems. In this paper, a neural network model of a controller with diagnostic capabilities (CDC) is presented for the first time. This nonlinear neural controller is trained to operate as a traditional controller, while at the same time it provides reproduction of the failure occurring either at the actuator or the sensor. The cases of actuator and sensor failure are studied independently. The validity of the results is verified by extensive simulations.A version of this paper under the title The Four-Parameter Controller. A Neural Network Implementation was presented at the IEEE Mediterranean Symposium on New Directions in Control Theory and Applications, Chania, Crete, Greece, June 21–23, 1993.     

Unsupervised learning of multi-task deep variational model

We propose a general deep variational model (reduced version, full version as well as the extension) via a comprehensive fusion approach in this paper. It is able to realize various image tasks in a completely unsupervised way without learning from samples. Technically, it can properly incorporate the CNN based deep image prior (DIP) architecture into the classic variational image processing models. The minimization problem solving strategy is transformed from iteratively minimizing the sub-problem for each variable to automatically minimizing the loss function by learning the generator network parameters. The proposed deep variational (DV) model contributes to the high order image edition and applications such as image restoration, inpainting, decomposition and texture segmentation. Experiments conducted have demonstrated significant advantages of the proposed deep variational model in comparison with several powerful techniques including variational methods and deep learning approaches.     

一种基于声起伏特性的水面干扰抑制方法

利用水面目标和环境噪声起伏较大,而水下目标的声信号起伏较小的特性,可以有效抑制水面干扰,提高水下目标的检测概率。对于单基元频谱分析采用非线性滤波器,进而针对阵列信号处理提出一种基于非线性滤波的连续时间方位历程水面干扰抑制方法。最后,对Swell96的实验数据进行了处理,单基元信号处理结果表明,振幅非线性滤波器和复声压非线性滤波器对于稳定线谱的信噪比(Signal to Noise Ratio,SNR)增益可达15 d B和30 d B;阵列信号处理结果显示所提出的方法能够有效抑制水面声源的航迹,提高水下声源的发现概率。     

国产600MW汽轮机组轴系扭振设计专题的研究

根据国内对大机组轴系扭振的研究近况,对轴系扭振过程中的随机性、快关汽门与轴系扭力矩的相对关系进行了计算分析和定性研究,并首次在大机组轴系研究领域中提出电力系统动态行为过程中“机电一体化”的新概念。     

Optimizing Power Plant Thermal System Design Using "Process Energy Integration" Method

The paper presents a renovation of thermal system design of a power and heat cogeneration device by utilizing the "Process Energy Integration Method". The new alternative obtains prominent energy saving result.     

Semantic Web computing in industry

The Semantic Web has attracted significant attention during the last decade. On the one hand, many research groups have changed their focus towards Semantic Web research and research funding agencies particularly in Europe have explicitly mentioned Semantic Web in their calls for proposals. On the other hand, industry has also begun to watch developments with interest and a number of large companies have started to experiment with Semantic Web technologies to ascertain if these new technologies can be leveraged to add more value for their customers or internally within the company, while there are already several offers of vendors of Semantic Web solutions on the market. The essence of the Semantic Web is to structure Web-based information to make it more interoperable, machine-readable and thereafter to provide a means to relate various information concepts more easily and in a reusable way. The Semantic Web acts as an additional layer on the top of the Web, and is built around explicit representations of information concepts and their relationships such as ontologies and taxonomies. Furthermore, Semantic Web technologies are not only valuable on an open environment like the Web, but also in closed systems such as in industrial settings. Hence, these technologies can be efficiently deployed for domains including Web Services, Enterprise Application Integration, Knowledge Management and E-Commerce, fulfilling existing gaps in current applications. This paper focuses on this synthesis between Semantic Web technologies and systems problems within industrial applications. There will be a short review of Semantic Web standards, languages and technologies followed by a more detailed review of applications of Semantic Web computing in industry. The paper covers theoretical considerations as well as use cases and experience reports on the topic, and we also present some current challenges and opportunities in the domain.     

Methodology for capturing and formalizing DFM Knowledge

Design for manufacturing (DFM) practices lead to more competitive products from the point of view of cost, development time and quality. However, the success of considering manufacturing issues during design process would be higher if manufacturing information was more readily available and designers needed less experience to select information relevant to DFM.
