以平均粒径、载药量、包封率及总评归一值为评价指标,运用星点设计考察芯材比、油水相比、壳聚糖浓度对微球制备的影响,对结果进行二项式拟合,效应面法选取最佳工艺条件并进行预测分析。结果显示,最佳工艺条件为:油水相比为4.2∶1,壳聚糖浓度为2%,交联时间为3.5 h。在此条件下,制得的微球粒径均一,球形圆整,平均粒径为7.21μm,包封率为61.34%,载药量为70.12%。体外释放行为符合Higuchi方程,2 h和24 h时累积释放率分别为32%和84%。 相似文献

A major source of loss in cadmium sulfide/cadmium telluride (CdS/CdTe) solar cells results from light absorbed in the CdS window layer, which is not converted to electrical current. This film can be made more transparent by oxygen incorporation during sputter deposition at ambient temperature. Prior to this work, this material has not produced high‐efficiency devices on tin oxide‐coated soda‐lime‐glass substrates used industrially. Numerous devices were fabricated over a variety of process conditions to produce an optimized device. Although the material does not show a consistent increase in band gap with oxygenation, absorption in this layer can be virtually eliminated over the relevant spectrum, leading to an increase in short‐circuit current. Meanwhile, fill factor is maintained, and open‐circuit voltage increases relative to baseline devices with sublimated CdS. The trend of device parameters with oxygenation and thickness is consistent with an increasing conduction band offset at the window/CdTe interface. Optimization considering both initial efficiency and stability resulted in a National Renewable Energy Laboratory verified 15.2%‐efficient cell on 3.2‐mm soda‐lime glass. This window material was shown to be compatible with SnO2‐based transparent conducting oxide and high resistance transparent coated substrates using in‐line compatible processes. 基于Landau-Devonshire自由能理论建立了热力学模型,对生长在(001)SrTiO3衬底上的PbZr0.4Ti0.6O3(PZT)/SrTiO3(STO)双层异质外延结构铁电薄膜以及不受约束的双层薄膜的介电响应与调谐率进行了研究。结果表明,在两层薄膜为无约束的自由薄膜情况下,STO厚度占双层薄膜总厚度的百分比为30%时,相对介电响应达到最大值约3.3×105,当两薄膜为异质外延结构时,其百分比为51%时,相对介电响应达到最大值约4×105。同时,调谐率还随外加电场的增大而增大,在临界百分比时,调谐率可达到约99%。 相似文献

The pseudo 3D hierarchical structure mimicking in vivo microenvironment was prepared by phase separation on tissue culture plastic. For surface treatment, time-sequenced dosing of the solvent mixture with various concentrations of polymer component was used. The experiments showed that hierarchically structured surfaces with macro, meso and micro pores can be prepared with multi-step phase separation processes. Changes in polystyrene surface topography were characterized by atomic force microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and contact profilometry. The cell proliferation and changes in cell morphology were tested on the prepared structured surfaces. Four types of cell lines were used for the determination of impact of the 3D architecture on the cell behavior, namely the mouse embryonic fibroblast, human lung carcinoma, primary human keratinocyte and mouse embryonic stem cells. The increase of proliferation of embryonic stem cells and mouse fibroblasts was the most remarkable. Moreover, the embryonic stem cells express different morphology when cultured on the structured surface. The acquired findings expand the current state of knowledge in the field of cell behavior on structured surfaces and bring new technological procedures leading to their preparation without the use of problematic temporary templates or additives. 相似文献

Molecular hydrogen ameliorates pathological states in a variety of human diseases, animal models, and cell models, but the effects of hydrogen on cancer have been rarely reported. In addition, the molecular mechanisms underlying the effects of hydrogen remain mostly unelucidated. We found that hydrogen enhances proliferation of four out of seven human cancer cell lines (the responders). The proliferation-promoting effects were not correlated with basal levels of cellular reactive oxygen species. Expression profiling of the seven cells showed that the responders have higher gene expression of mitochondrial electron transport chain (ETC) molecules than the non-responders. In addition, the responders have higher mitochondrial mass, higher mitochondrial superoxide, higher mitochondrial membrane potential, and higher mitochondrial spare respiratory capacity than the non-responders. In the responders, hydrogen provoked mitochondrial unfolded protein response (mtUPR). Suppression of cell proliferation by rotenone, an inhibitor of mitochondrial ETC complex I, was rescued by hydrogen in the responders. Hydrogen triggers mtUPR and induces cell proliferation in cancer cells that have high basal and spare mitochondrial ETC activities. 相似文献

为了提高综合能源系统的低碳性与经济性,提出了煤制氢与碳捕集电厂联合运行模式下考虑低碳需求响应机制的综合能源系统优化调度。对煤制氢与富氧燃烧类型碳捕集电厂进行建模,并引入储碳罐、电转气装置以提高捕碳灵活性,降低制氧、制氢成本;将低碳需求响应机制引入综合能源系统调度模型中,并分析其减排能力;以运行成本最小为目标函数建立了综合能源系统的低碳经济调度模型。通过算例对所提策略进行验证,结果表明该策略能够提高风电消纳水平,降低整体系统的碳排放量,提升系统经济性。 相似文献
