Measurement system for wind turbines noises assessment based on LabVIEW

An automatic measurement platform based on powerful LabVIEW is designed and implemented for noise assessment of Wind Turbine Generator Systems (WTGS). The measurement method of IEC 61400-11 standard is set-up in order to ensure the consistency and accuracy of noises assessment. Firstly, the techniques of measuring wind speed, calculating apparent sound power at integer wind speed, identifying tonality and audibility at integer wind speed recommended in IEC 61400-11, are described briefly. And then, the measurement system is designed using LabVIEW development system with one PCMCIA card and one USB card inserted into a laptop. The whole system architecture with the hardware configures and software function modules, is introduced in detail. Finally, this system is applied to do noises assessing for GOLDWIND 77/1500 wind turbine and the results have been recognized by the authoritative agency of MEASNET. Benefiting from the module design of sub-virtual instrument in LabVIEW, this system has the characteristics of perfect functions, friendly using interface, high integration, low cost and great practicality. It has wide foreground for noises assessment of WTGS.

基于SG FIR Filter的设计方法与分析

基于Xilinx System Generator for DSP工具,在现场可编程逻辑门阵列（FPGA）硬件平台上为了研究FIR滤波器的设计及实现技巧,给出了一个18阶的FIR数字低通滤波器滤波的实验,从滤波器的滤波效果和资源利用率等方面进行了分析,获得了针对不同型号的FPGA芯片和在不同硬件资源环境下,如何选择最优的设计实践方法的结果,得出了使用已封装好的Ipcore来实现所设计的滤波器,不但简单方便,可以减少系统的开发时间,又能有效的利用硬件资源,为最佳选择的结论。     

基于现代DSP技术的全数字MQAM调制器的设计

利用MQAM调制的基本原理,采用基于ISE DS的System Generator工具,设计了一个基于FPGA的多进制QAM调制器,在给出了系统设计框图后,重点介绍了扰码器、差分编码器、星座映射单元、nR成形滤波器等模块的设计方法,实现了64QAM的基带调制和中频处理,最终在FPGA上予以实现.

Comparison of the Stability of Different Arthroscopic Tendon Fixation Techniques in Dynamic Tests

Abstract: In studies concerning the stability of surgical tendon fixation techniques, a large variety of test configurations is found resulting in a broad scatter of results. The goal of this study was to establish a reliable test protocol for the investigation of the stability of repair techniques. At 88 fresh bovine shoulders, four different suture configurations were tested: simple stitches, mattress sutures, modified Mason‐Allen configuration and double‐row configuration. The difference in response to load cycles with native samples and that after repair was recorded. Bioresorbable anchors were used for tendon fixation, in a second run tendons were affixed to metal plates, and with a third run fixation stability was monitored with a video camera. The double‐row technique was the most stable one with the lowest values of compliance at all selected levels of gap formation followed by the mattress suture configuration. The simple stitch configuration and the modified Mason‐Allen techniques were the most compliant techniques. By establishing this test protocol, we achieved a very accurate method of measurement (accuracy of 2 μm) with as few external influences as possible. The great advantage is that the proposed protocol allows the measurement of the mechanical quality of the suture fixation without an external device such as calipers.
