为了实现同时对多个硬币面值的准确识别,文中提出一种基于图像检测的硬币面值识别方法。首先逐步采用中值滤波、阈值分割以及形态学操作对灰度图像中的硬币进行ROI提取,实现硬币的粗定位;然后以ROI的外接最小矩形作为研究区域从原图提取图像,并由RGB颜色空间转化到HSV颜色空间,通过颜色特征的不同识别出5角硬币;最后采用SSIM图像质量评价的方法将剩余ROI中的1角硬币与1元硬币检测识别。结果表明,该硬币面值识别方法在不需要精确获得硬币大小尺寸的情况下,可以同时对多个硬币进行准确识别。 相似文献

Herpes simplex virus types 1 and 2 HSV1 and 2, namely varicella-zoster VZV and cytomegalovirus CMV, are among the most common pathogens worldwide. They remain in the host body for life. The course of infection with these viruses is often asymptomatic or mild and self-limiting, but in immunocompromised patients, such as solid organ or bone marrow transplant recipients, the course can be very severe or even life-threatening. Unfortunately, in the latter group, the highest percentage of infections with strains resistant to routinely used drugs is observed. On the other hand, frequent recurrences of genital herpes can be a problem even in people with normal immunity. Genital herpes also increases the risk of acquiring sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV infection and, if present in pregnant women, poses a risk to the fetus and newborn. Even more frequently than herpes simplex, congenital infections can be caused by cytomegalovirus. We present the most important anti-herpesviral agents, the mechanisms of resistance to these drugs, and the associated mutations in the viral genome. Special emphasis was placed on newly introduced drugs such as maribavir and brincidofovir. 为了提高检测和跟踪算法的准确性,提出了一种基于阴影在HSV空间下的特点和纹理特征的阴影检测与去除算法。该算法针对阴影区域覆盖的地面和未被阴影区域覆盖的地面纹理特征基本不变的特点,先检查序列图像中的运动区域,然后在运动区域内,根据阴影在HSV空间下的特点和纹理特征对阴影进行检测与去除,为运动目标的后续处理排除阴影干扰。实验结果表明,该算法能够很好地抑制噪声,有效检测、去除图片中运动目标的阴影。 相似文献

Non-coding RNAs, particularly lncRNAs and miRNAs, have recently been shown to regulate different steps in viral infections and induction of immune responses against viruses. Expressions of several host and viral lncRNAs have been found to be altered during viral infection. These lncRNAs can exert antiviral function via inhibition of viral infection or stimulation of antiviral immune response. Some other lncRNAs can promote viral replication or suppress antiviral responses. The current review summarizes the interaction between ncRNAs and herpes simplex virus, cytomegalovirus, and Epstein–Barr infections. The data presented in this review helps identify viral-related regulators and proposes novel strategies for the prevention and treatment of viral infection. 相似文献

阴影是由于目标阻塞了光源的直接照射而在场景上形成的暗区域。图像中阴影的存在直接影响了图片的质量,影响目标的提取和跟踪。因此如何消除阴影成为图像处理的关键。文中提出了基于Retinex算法的阴影去除方法。文中首先利用小波变换模极大值检测阴影区域,然后用Retinex算法去除阴影。阴影去除后对画面进行调整,将RGB空间转换到HSV空间,增强V分量的同时,利用S分量随着V分量的增强进行自适应调整,最后将HSV转换到RGB。实验结果表明,该算法在去除阴影的同时细节信息也得到了增强,取得了很好的效果。 相似文献

针对从RGB色彩空间到HSV色彩空间的转换方式为非线性变换,会产生奇异点和不稳定点的问题,对转换公式作了修正.原公式在饱和度为零时色度未定义,在低饱和度时色度不稳定,这些情况下色度为黑色、灰色或者白色,将色度分量的低值区域和高值区域分别用来表示黑白色或者偏黑和偏白的低饱和度色.不但能够消除色度奇异点和不稳定点,而且可以用单纯H分量来表述色彩图像的主色调信息,简化了图像计算的复杂度.通过分析和实验验证,方法是有效的. 相似文献

The role of natural antioxidants in combating the deleterious effects of free radicals has received much attention. In the present study, the cytoprotective effects and the free radical scavenging activity of geraniin, a hydrolysable ellagitannin from Nephelium lappaceum rind, were evaluated by using various approaches. Addition of geraniin to the culture media resulted in a profound cytoprotective effect against damages induced by the peroxynitrite generator 3-morpholinosydnonimine (SIN-1), and the peroxyl radical generator 2,2′-azobis(2-amidinopropane) dihydrochloride (AAPH). Geraniin exhibits more potent cytoprotective activity than that of 6-hydroxy-2,5,7,8-tetramethylchroman-2-carboxylic acid (Trolox). Geraniin exhibited potent antioxidant activity against reactive species, such as nitric oxide, superoxide anion, and chemically synthesized peroxynitrite. Kinetic analysis of reactivity against peroxyl radicals generated by AAPH revealed that geraniin possesses potent reactivity against peroxyl radicals with higher stoichiometric number than Trolox. The cytoprotective effect of geraniin was only observed when geraniin and these toxic compounds were co-existing, suggesting that geraninn exhibits cytoprotective effects via free radical scavenging activity in the extracellular fluid. 相似文献
