Requirements for Quality System Certification to BS 5750 with Reference to the Water Industry

Quality assurance for the water industry and its suppliers is being seen to be of ever-increasing importance as a means of meeting the demands of customers and giving confidence to regulators. The creation of the Water Industry Certification Scheme demonstrates the industry's increased level of commitment to quality assurance.
This paper considers the requirements and benefits of certification of quality systems with particular reference to the BS 5750/EN 29000/ISO 9000 series of standards. The requirements for certification in the water industry are discussed in terms of corporate policy, what is stated in the standard, and how the requirements of some elements of the standard might be interpreted by a certification body.

针对当前ISO9000认证活动效益不高的原因,指出要使得ISO9000认证活动能够更加有效,政府应当正确引导ISO9000认证活动,企业应当正确的认识ISO9000认证活动,并采用多种方法弥补ISO9000标准自身的缺陷来进行质量管理。     

Vergleichende Analyse der thermischen Beanspruchungs intensitäten bei normativen Raumbrandversuchen

International existieren verschiedene genormte Raumbrandprüfungen, in welchen das Brandverhalten von Wand‐ und Deckenprodukten unter realitätsnahen Einbaubedingungen untersucht wird. Die Prüfmethoden unterscheiden sich zum Teil erheblich hinsichtlich der Raumgeometrie, der Ventilationsöffnungen bzw. ‐verhältnisse sowie der Art und Leistung der verwendeten Zündquellen. Auf der Basis von Brandsimulationsrechnungen mit dem CFD‐Code FDS wurde die Intensität der resultierenden thermischen Produktbeanspruchung für ausgewählte Prüfräume vergleichend analysiert. Die Simulationsergebnisse zeigen, dass zwischen den betrachteten Methoden deutliche Unterschiede bestehen, die zu inkonsistenten Produktbeurteilungen führen können. Various standards exist worldwide that describe room fire tests for determining the reaction to fire behaviour of wall and ceiling products under end‐use conditions. The test methods differ with respect to the room geometry, the ventilation conditions and the type and heat output of the ignition source. Numerical simulations were performed using the CFD code FDS to comparatively analyse the resulting thermal exposure conditions for selected test rooms. The simulation results exhibit considerable differences between the analysed test methods, which may lead to inconsistent product assessments.     

基于CAN总线的电控单元程序,引导加载功能开发

程序的引导装载功能是嵌入式系统的一个必备功能.针对发动机电控单元的特点,设计出基于车辆标准传输总线CAN总线和标准诊断协议ISO15765协议的电控单元引导加载功能.实现了控制软件和标定数据的自动下载和更新,电控单元内部程序的跳转控制功能,提高了电控单元的生产和维护的效率.     

ISO9000与ISO/IEC17025标准要素对照及分析

本文通过对ISO9000族质量管理体系标准与ISO/IEC17025<检测和校准实验室能力的通用要求>两个体系践行中出现的问题,对两个标准进行要素对照及分析.从术语通用,体系管理要求阐述其相互联系,明确ISO/IEC17025所运作的质量管理体系满足ISO9001的原则.     

An Analog Front‐End Circuit for ISO/IEC 14443‐Compatible RFID Interrogators

An analog front‐end circuit for ISO/IEC 14443‐compatible radio frequency identification (RFID) interrogators was designed and fabricated by using a 0.25 µm double‐poly CMOS process. The fabricated chip was operated using a 3.3 Volt single‐voltage supply. The results of this work could be provided as reusable IPs in the form of hard or firm IPs for designing single‐chip ISO/IEC 14443‐compatible RFID interrogators.     

接触式智能卡的嵌入式系统攻击平台设计

为了对接触式智能卡的安全性进行研究,搭建了一个多功能的接触式智能卡的嵌入式系统攻击平台,作为开放、可控的目标芯片激励平台;文中给出了具体的实现方案,尤其对智能卡接口电路、读卡器接口电路以及控制模块的设计进行了详细阐述;该平台可以模拟智能卡和读卡器的功能,与真实的智能卡或者读卡器通信,实施中间人攻击、产生侧信道攻击所需的触发信号、向卡片的电源和时钟施加扰动。通过该平台的使用,还可对智能卡芯片安全性设计进行FPGA验证;该方案具有灵活性强、成本低、高效率等优点,可以用于侧信道攻击、故障攻击、密码芯片安全性测试等领域,提高工作效率。

评述了ISO 5 75 5“烧结金属材料—规范”和美国MPIF标准 35的变迁和趋向统一。阐述了“最小强度值”的意义。说明了我国粉末冶金结构零件材料标准的现状

根据企业特点 ,在贯彻ISO90 0 2标准中 ,建立健全设备管理机构及制度体系 ,提高企业设备管理水平 ,建立设备台帐等提出了几点看法

综述了混凝土用钢纤维产品的国内外生产技术和标准现状,介绍TISO／TC1／SC1国际标准化组织盘条和钢丝技术委员会正在开展的关于“混凝土用钢纤维”国际标准研制工作的具体内容和技术创新点,指出了以我国标准为基础制定国际标准的意义。
