Sensing, modeling and control for laser-based additive manufacturing

Laser-Based Additive Manufacturing (LBAM) is a promising manufacturing technology that can be widely applied to part preparation, surface modification, and Solid Freeform Fabrication (SFF). A large number of parameters govern the LBAM process. These parameters are sensitive to the environmental variations, and they also influence each other. This paper introduces the research work in RCAM on improving the performance of the LBAM process. Metal powder delivery real-time sensing and control is studied to achieve a controllable powder delivery for fabrication of functionally graded material. A closed-loop control system based on infrared image sensing is built for control of the heat input and size of the molten pool in the LBAM process. The closed-loop control results show a great improvement in the geometrical accuracy of the built features. A three-dimensional finite element model is also established to explore the thermal behavior of the molten pool in the closed-loop controlled LBAM process.     

交流电量的实时检测技术及实现

针对电力参数的实时高精度检测难题，介绍了一种用于交流电量(电压、电流、有功功率、功率因数、频率等)的采用双速率同步交流采样算法的实时自动检测技术。该系统基于16位单片机，以交流电量为检测对象，通过对工频的跟踪检测和双速率同步交流采样算法，提高系统的检测精度。文中阐述了该技术的原理、硬件实现和软件设计。经过实践证明，该技术在电力系统的智能检测中有很大的应用前景。     

模糊控制在半固态浆料制备装置中的应用

介绍了低转速输送管半固态浆料制备装置的原理和组成，采用模糊控制技术改进了该装置的温度控制系统，并详细介绍了该控制系统的总体设计及软硬件方案。试验证明，模糊控制技术的应用提高了该装置的温度控制效果，实现了良好稳定的铝金属半固态浆料微观组织控制作用。

Domestic and Industrial Wastewater Treatment with Ozonated Activated Sludge

Poor sludge settleability is a problem encountered in many activated sludge wastewater treatment plants. This study was aimed at combatting the unwanted biological growths at the root of this phenomenon with ozone. Ozone dosed directly into the aeration basins of small activated sludge pilot plants treating both domestic and synthetic fuel wastewaters led to a substantial reduction of the bulking problem even at dosages as low as 6 to 10 mg/L. Ozone did not interfere in the delicate nutrient removal processes and significantly enhanced effluent quality.     

黄河海勃湾水利枢纽对西鄂尔多斯国家级自然保护区胡杨岛的影响分析

海勃湾水利枢纽的建设、运行将对西鄂尔多斯胡杨岛旅游区产生不可逆的影响。经调查分析,胡杨岛胡杨种群分布面积为2.31 hm~2,总株数约为1 800株;胡杨种群表现出增长型特征;胡杨林总生物量为95.43 t。海勃湾水利工程运行后胡杨岛的淹没历时延长,淹没水深、淹没面积显著增加,岛北部低矮位置甚至全年淹没。胡杨部分种子可能落入水中被水流携带,丧失了种子繁殖的条件。根蘖产生的不定芽在4—6月生长期也会浸在水下,不能完成无性繁殖。胡杨幼苗树不高于2.5 m,淹没后无法生存。水库淹没将岛上以陆生生态为主的生态系统演变成以水生生态为主的生态系统,原有的旅游功能将发生变化或丧失,须采取生态补偿措施,减免工程造成的生态影响。
