目的 建立简单有效的木瓜凝乳蛋白酶分离纯化方法 ,并研究其酶学性质。方法 采用离子交换层析直接将木瓜凝乳蛋白酶分离纯化 ,通过温度、葡萄糖、盐酸胍及其他因素研究酶学性质。结果 木瓜凝乳蛋白酶有较高的热稳定性 ,盐酸胍对其有抑制作用 ,葡萄糖对其有激活作用。结论 离子交换层析是简单有效的分离纯化木瓜凝乳蛋白酶的方法 ,木瓜凝乳蛋白酶值得进一步开发利用。 相似文献

Many isotopic techniques can be applied to determine the relative immediate and residual effectiveness of P fertilizers. Using isotopes as tracers, the percentage of utilization by plants of the P derived from a fertilizer can be determined. However this is only possible during the three or four months after the application. Therefore, the P fertilizers may be classified only according to their relative immediate effectiveness. To also evaluate residual effect, which can be observed when more P is applied than is removed with harvest, isotopes of phosphorus can be used. This residual effect is determined by comparing pool sizes of bioavailable soil P in soils with and without P fertilizer aged in soil. The bioavailable soil P pool may be analyzed according to three isotopic experimental procedures which give access to either the A value, or the E value or the L value. The aims, the similarities and the differences between these three procedures, are examined. Some of the theoretical and practical constraints of each method are described in this paper; they must be followed in order to obtain reliable information for agronomic purposes. A method involves measuring the rate of isotopic exchange of phosphate ions in soil-solution systems maintained in steady-state. It is now possible to predict the effectiveness of P fertilizers, whatever their chemical form when this method is applied on soil samples where P fertilizers were applied.This paper was originally submitted as part of the special issue on Evaluation of the Agronomic Effectiveness of Phosphate Fertilizers through the use of Nuclear Related Techniques edited by F. A study to evaluate the tensile mechanical properties of sulfonated poly(ether ether ketone) (SPEEK) and BPO4/SPEEK composite membranes has been carried out. It is aimed to give an assessment of these materials for applications in proton exchange membrane fuel cells. The stress–strain response of the membranes was measured as a function of the degree of sulfonation (DS) and the filler–matrix ratio. In addition, the effects of immersion in water at various temperatures were explored in situ by means of a homemade testing chamber fitted to the tensile analyzer. The results indicate that the DS has an important influence on the final mechanical behavior of the membranes. The introduction of the BPO4 solid filler leads to deterioration in mechanical performance compared to unfilled SPEEK. A general picture of the microstructural features influencing the mechanical properties of SPEEK and BPO4/SPEEK membranes is proposed. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Hybrid ion exchange electrodialysis processes allow the removal of metal ions from dilute waste liquids and the recovery of more concentrated solutions. The work reported here was aimed at investigating the two steps in the treatment process, namely, adsorption of metal ions onto the packed bed of resin and electromigration (i.e., the transport of these ions in the complex system under the applied electrical field). The case of copper sulfate was investigated. Dowex resins with a cross-linking degree of 2 and 8% were used. The flux of copper through the resin bed and the current efficiency for ion transfer to the cathode compartment were determined as a function of potential gradient and copper ionic fraction in the bed. Apparent diffusion coefficients of Cu2+ in the overall system were deduced from the experimental data. 相似文献

将氯碱工业用过的废离子交换膜放入乙醇水溶液中,在250℃和10MPa条件下溶解4h,固液分离后,得到,浓度为7.2%的全氟磺酸离子交换树脂(PFSI)溶液。并分别利用高沸点溶剂(HBPS)——二甲基亚砜(DMSO)、乙二醇(EO)、吡硌烷酮(NMP)和二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)置换其中的低沸点溶剂,采用浇铸法制备了再铸全氟磺酸质子交换膜。通过测定再铸膜(RCM)的交换容量、电导率、抗拉强度和X射线衍射谱图等研究了浇铸温度、浇铸时间和HBPS种类等条件对RCM性能的影响。结果显示:RCM的最佳成膜温度和时间分别为140℃和2h,温度高于180℃,部分PFSI开始分解,电导率和离子交换容量有所下降,时间低于2h,HBPS不能完全从RCM中挥发,RCM的机械强度和稳定性低。HBPS的种类和加入比例影响RCM的结晶程度和晶粒大小,HBPS加入量过少,在HBPS挥发完之前,PFSI没有足够的时间结晶,稳定性差,最好的HBPS是二甲基亚砜和吡硌烷酮,RCM与Nafion112具有相近的燃料电池性能。 相似文献

研究了以聚酯胶和聚酰胺胶为原料在催化剂作用下加热共熔,通过大分子链交换反应制备织物用聚酯酰胺热熔胶的方法。用聚酯胶的溶剂对所得产品进行溶取试验并且通过红外光谱分析都证明了链交换反应的存在。用该法所得产品粘接强度大,既耐水洗又耐干洗,适用于粘合衬生产。 相似文献

The ozonation of aniline and anilinium ion in aqueous solution is investigated by determining the product distributions at different degrees of ozonation. Results indicate that anilinium ion, although less reactive than aniline, still has a remarkable reactivity towards ozone. The high anilinium ion reactivity and the observed product distributions are explained by assuming a radical mechanism for anilinium ion ozonation, whereas the behavior of aniline appears to be regulated mainly by the electrophilic ozonolysis mechanism. 相似文献
