Improved direct bonding method of Nd:YVO4 and YVO4 laser crystals

We succeeded in the fabrication of bonded laser crystals composed of a neodymium-doped YVO₄ laser crystal (Nd:YVO₄) and its host crystals YVO₄ by a newly developed dry etching technique using an argon ion beam. The optical distortion caused by the bonded interface of size 5 mm × 6 mm was estimated to be 0.05λ at 633 nm. From the comparison of laser performance pumped by a laser diode, the bonded crystals could increase the laser output power by nearly twice that of the non-bonded crystals with the same degree of polarization of 99.2%. To analyze the mechanism of the enhanced reduction of the thermal load in the bonded crystals, numerical simulations with a finite-element method were also performed.     

2,4-二氯氟苯的合成

论述了2，4－二氯氟苯合成的新方法。以对氯硝基苯为起站原料，经氟化反应、硝化反应及氯化反应制得2，4-二氯氟苯，总收率达59．0％。本合成路线工艺简单、操作安全、原料易得、成本低廉，适合于工业化生产。     

高速钢W6Mo5Cr4V2的脱磷试验

在３０ｋｇ感应炉上用ＣａＯ－Ｎａ２ＣＯ３－ＣａＦ２－ＦｅｘＯ（ＭｏＯ３）渣、ＭｏＣｌ６粉剂和Ａｌ－Ｃａ合金作脱磷剂对高速钢Ｗ６Ｍｏ５Ｃｒ４Ｖ２进行脱磷试验。结果表明，ＣａＯ－Ｎａ２ＣＯ３－ＣａＦ２－ＦｅｘＯ渣的脱磷效果最好，一般脱磷率可达２６％￣５６％。     

顺丁橡胶后处理新型交替运输机

在顺丁橡胶后处理生产线上，用处行开发的新型交替运输取代原有运输机。试用结果表明，采用新型交替运输机后，胶块的导向到位率由７０％提高到９８％；减轻了劳动强度，提出了生产开工率，运行周期可达１ａ以上。     

Preparation and Properties of Sintering Additives Coated Si3N4 from Heterogeneous Nucleation Processing

The sintering additives such as Al2O3 and /or Y2O3 were coated on the surfaces of Si3N4 particles via heterogeneous nucleation processing using a buffered pH solution as the precipitation reagent .They nucleated and grew only on the surfaces of Si3N4 and did not form sol particles in solution by TEM observation .The isoelectric point(IEP) of coated Si3N4 was different from that of as-received Si3N4.The IEP of Al(OH)3-coated Si3N4 occurred at pH8.4, which is close to that of alumina .When Al(OH)3-coated Si3N4 particles were coated with Y(OH)3,the IEP of coated Si3N4 powder shifted from pH8.4 to pH9.2 ,similar to that of yttria.In addition ,the rheological data showed that Al2O3 and /or Y2O3 coated Si3N4 suspension is nearly Newtonian and that added Si3N4 suspension shows a shear rate thinning behavior.     

硼酸铝钕(NAB)晶体光学均匀性的测量

NAB晶体是一种综合性能较好的新型激光工作物质,有希望做成高效的小型固体激光器。本文介绍一种测量这种晶体光学均匀性的方法。 一般都采用在干涉仪上观测干涉图样来判定激光棒的光学均匀性。NAB晶体的吸收光谱曲线显示出其在可见光光谱区内有多个吸收峰。我们注意到:通常用做激光干涉仪光源的He-Ne激光器发射的632.8nm谱线正位于NAB晶体的一个吸收峰,并用输出约为45mW     

新一代的国际互联网通信协议：IP Version6

本文通过对ＩＰｖ６和ＩＰｖ４协议的比较，讨论了新一代国际互联网通信协议ＩＰｖ６的特点，新增加的功能，并指出ＩＰｖ６协议的颁布对现有技术的影响和相应对策。     

Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Heat-treated GeSb_2Te_4 Thin Films

The effect of annealing on microstructure,adhesive and frictional properties of GeSb 2 Te 4 films were experimentally studied.The GeSb 2 Te 4 films were prepared by radio frequency(RF)magnetron sputtering,and annealed at 200℃and 340℃under vacuum circumstance,respectively.The adhesion and friction experiments were mainly conducted with a lateral force microscope(LFM)for the GeSb 2 Te 4 thin films before and after annealing.Their morphology and phase structure were analyzed by using atomic force microscopy(AFM)and X-ray Diffraction(XRD)techniques,and the nanoindention was employed to evaluate their hardness values.Moreover,an electric force microscope(EFM)was used to measure the surface potential. It is found that the deposited GeSb 2 Te 4 thin film undergoes an amorphous-to-fcc and fcc-to-hex structure transition;the adhesion has a weaker dependence on the surface roughness,but a certain correlation with the surface potential of GeSb 2 Te 4 thin films.And the friction behavior of GeSb 2 Te 4 thin films follows their adhesion behavior under a lower applied load.However,such a relation is replaced by the mechanical behavior when the load is relatively higher.Moreover,the GeSb 2 Te 4 thin film annealed at 340℃presents a lubricative property.     

酸催化二甘醇脱水环化反应研究

以硫酸、磷钨酸、ZRP-5分子筛为催化剂,研究了二甘醇(DEG)脱水环化的反应规律。结果表明,DEG发生分子内脱水环化反应,生成1,4-二氧六环(DOX),DEG分子间脱水不仅可以生成四甘醇、六甘醇等,同时可生成三甘醇、五甘醇等一系列的多甘醇(PEG)。不仅DEG可以脱水环化生成DOX,在反应中生成的PEG也同样可以进行生成DOX的反应。对于二甘醇(DEG)脱水环化反应,硫酸是性能优良的催化剂,反应可以在较低的温度下进行,馏出产物中DOX选择性大于95％。
