极尖断面为折线的四极透镜磁性能研究

对传统双曲线极尖的四极透镜进行了磁性能分析。在此基础上，提出了极尖断面为折线的四极透镜结构。磁场的数值分析以及测量结果表明：该结构产生的场梯度均匀，且具有磁场集中、磁场梯度高、便于加工和安装的对称性控制等优点。该结构的四极透镜已用于ＣＹＣＩＡＥ－３０回旋加速器和ＨＩ－１３串列加速器束流输运线之中     

Crystal orientation of β-phase isotactic polypropylene induced by magnetic orientation of N,N′-dicyclohexyl-2,6-naphthalenedicarboxamide

Melt crystallization of isotactic polypropylene (iPP), containing crystallites of N,N′-dicyclohexyl-2,6-naphthalenedicarboxamide (DCNDCA) as a nucleating agent of the the β-phase iPP crystal, is carried out under a magnetic field (6 T) to obtain the alignment of the iPP crystal induced by magnetic alignment of DCNDCA. In a previous paper, DCNDCA was reported to undergo magnetic alignment in a liquid suspension. The obtained iPP sample exhibits alignment of the β-phase crystal with the c-axis aligned perpendicular to the magnetic field. The comparison of this alignment of iPP with the reported magnetic alignment of DCNDCA indicates that the β-phase crystal grows epitaxially on the DCNDCA crystal. The (330)_β plane of the iPP crystal lies on the bc-plane of the DCNDCA crystal in which the direction of the c-axis of the iPP coincides with the direction of the b-axis of the DCNDCA crystal.     

Continuous Separation of Inclusions from Aluminum Melt Flowing in a Circular Pipe using a High Frequency Magnetic Field

The continuous separation of inclusions from aluminum melt flowing in a circular pipe using a high frequency magneticfield was investigated both theoretically and experimentally The separation efficiency was calculated based on thetrajectory method and compared with experimental results. It is found that the separation efficiency is a functilnondimensional parameters t_i·d_p~2B_e~2/μ_fμ_eα~2 and α/δ.The effective way to improve the separation efficiency is to increasethe effective magnetic flux density and decrease the pipe radius. and the value of α/δ should be kept about 2 in orderto obtain the optimum separation efficiency.

电磁六极透镜的磁场分布

本文叙述了一种可用于电子显微镜不差矫Ｅ系统的电磁六极透镜的磁场分布研究结果。研究工作系统实验测定磁场分布和理论分析相结合的方法，给出了六极透镜磁感应强度各分量的数值和近似公式，特别着重分析了六极边缘区域的磁场分布情况。     

肝脏占位的B超与MRI图像诊断分析

肝癌、肝血管瘤、肝囊肿是肝内常见占位性病变．笔者在临床工作中发现B超与MRI联合应用。其互补作用可提高肝脏占位的诊断率。本文通过对筛选出来的84例经B超与MRI诊断的肝脏占位病变进行分析。

Purification and renaturation of recombinant human lymphotoxin (tumour necrosis factor beta) expressed in Escherichia coli as inclusion bodies

High level expression of recombinant human tumour necrosis factor β (rh TNF-β) in Escherichia coli results in the formation of two portions of protein, namely soluble active protein and insoluble protein which is inactive and aggregates in the form of inclusion bodies (IBs). In this study, a procedure for purification and renaturation of rh TNF-β from inclusion bodies has been designed and verified experimentally with a product purity of more than 90% and a recovery of about 30%. The procedure includes washing of IBs with specific wash buffer (Triton X-100/EDTA/lysozyme/PMSF), their solubilization with 8 mol dm^?3 alkaline urea, purification with ion-exchange columns, refolding with renaturation buffer and finally concentration and desalination with an ultrafiltration membrane. The characteristics of the renatured protein were identical with those of purified protein from the soluble fraction as demonstrated by (1) SDS-PAGE, (2) cytotoxic activity on mouse L929 cells, (3) N-terminal amino acid sequence, and (4) gel filtration chromatography.     

Synthesis of Nearly Monodisperse Iron Oxide and Oxyhydroxide Nanocrystals

Uniform magnetite, hematite, and goethite nanocrystals were prepared through an attractive method based on an oleic acid/alcohol/water system. By adjusting the synthetic parameters (base concentration, alcohol content, categories of alcohols, etc.), the controlled synthesis of uniform magnetite, hematite, and goethite nanocrystals can be easily achieved. Detailed investigations on the effect of the experimental parameters on the morphology of the final products and the phase transitions among the magnetite, hematite, and goethite phases were carried out. Finally, a method of doping other metal ions into magnetite was developed and the magnetic properties of magnetite doped with different metal elements were studied.
