为了实现监测网内被授时设备的时间同步及对授时设备状态(时间源信息、板卡信息、报警信息等)、被授时设备时间信息(与授时设备间的时间偏差)等信息,通过在数据网上构建地面区域时间同步监测系统的方法,配置时间同步系统设备和时间时间同步监测系统设备。采用数据网传输PTP时间同步报文并对电力二次设备授时状态进行监测,达到了较高的时间输出精度和监测信息的精度。  相似文献

Over expressing in PTPN1 (encoding Protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B, PTP1B), a protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) that plays an overall positive role in insulin signaling, is linked to the pathogenesis of diabetes and obesity. The relationship between PTP1B and human diseases exhibits PTP1B as the target to treat these diseases. In this article, small weight molecules of the imidazolidine series were screened from databases and optimized on silicon as the inhibitors of PTP1B based on the steric conformation and electronic configuration of thiazolidinedione (TZD) compounds. The top three candidates were tested using an in vitro biological assay after synthesis. Finally, we report a novel inhibitor, Compound 13, that specifically inhibits PTP1B over the closely related phosphatase Src homology 2 (SH2) domain-containing phosphatase 2 (SHP-2) at 80 μM. Its IC50 values are reported in this paper as well. This compound was further verified by computer analysis for its ability to combine the catalytic domains of PTP1B and SHP-2 by molecular dynamics (MD) simulations.  相似文献

详细分析了IEEE1588时钟同步的基本原理,介绍了阿尔卡特朗讯TSS-5产品中实现IEEE1588时钟同步系统的方案,给出具体的硬件架构框图以及系统功能框图,最后列出TSS-5网元在实验室做的时间性能实验。实验结果表明TSS-5时钟同步具有稳定的性能,同步精度达到亚微秒级,可满足PTN产品高精度时钟同步的要求。  相似文献

Companies have been striving to achieve product innovation and cost savings to keep up with a rapidly changing manufacturing environment, as well as to deliver new products just in time and earlier than their competitors. Their strategic goals include effective decision making with regard to product life cycles, predicting market demand, and timing new product launches through the optimization of demand and supply of products. However, most products that enter a decline stage experience a decline in sales, which in turn causes an increase in warehouse costs, and a decline in competitiveness, owing to a delay in the release of new products. In this paper, we propose a fuzzy-based decision-making method to effectively evaluate products to be discontinued at the product transition point after taking into account market uncertainties and characteristics of businesses in companies. Therefore, we conduct the matrix analysis and the Pareto analysis for quantitative evaluation of four stages of the product life cycle based on market demand information for target product groups, apply the results of this analysis to the fuzzy-based qualitative evaluation model, and subsequently infer the discontinuity priority for product models that are expected to be replaced by new products. Furthermore, we develop the PTP portfolio system to identify a list of product models to be discontinued, as well as to review their percentage of sales contribution with respect to the overall product sales of the company.  相似文献

随着IEC61850标准在智能变电站领域的推广应用,智能电子设备IED(Intelligent Electronic Device)对时钟精度要求已达到了T5等级(1μs).介绍IEEE 1588时间同步原理,对研制的PTP 925d时钟模块进行性能测试,证明在硬件辅助条件下IEEE 1588标准的时间同步精度可以达到纳秒量级.并分析IEC 61850标准在智能变电站的功能结构,以PTP 925d时钟模块为基本构件,设计智能变电站站内与站间的PTP时间同步方案,论述与分析相关技术细节,为IEEE 1588在智能变电站的工程应用提供参考.  相似文献

This research aims to solve online collision avoidance problem of two manipulators with independent controller. Since industrial robot controller is a closed commercial system, trajectory generation part of robot controlling is always proprietary or unknown. Thus, this paper proposes a collision avoidance system of two manipulators which are controlled by point-to-point (PTP) commands, in condition that the internal of robot controller is unknown and unchangeable. Based on this condition, collision avoidance is supposed to be realized by online scheduling of these PTP controlling commands. This paper proposes the collision avoidance method that assumes the three-dimensional common workspace between two manipulators can be partitioned into many subregion elements. And with managing these subregion elements, which are occupied by robot motion, PTP commands are scheduled to adjust execution timing for collision avoidance. A deadlock problem caused by the partition of the workspace is also taken into consideration in the method. And the effectiveness and efficiency of the method have been verified by simulations and experiments.  相似文献
