软起动器和变频器的时分多机复用技术及其应用

本文提出了时分多机复用的概念，并对其技术和应用加以具体说明，展现了该技术良好的应用前景。     

采用12Cr1MoV转炉钢生产高压锅炉钢管

介绍了转炉冶炼高压锅炉管钢工艺和采用12Cr1MoV 转炉钢生产的高压锅炉钢管性能。性能试验表明,转炉钢可以用于高压锅炉钢管生产,其实物质量与电炉钢相当。     

ZVZCS三电平逆变弧焊电源

分析了一种新颖的零电压零电流(ZVZCS)开关之电平变换器,以及功率晶体管的驱动电路。分析并试验了它在弧焊电源中应用的可行性,并用Pspice9．2进行仿真,给出了试验与仿真结果。ZVZCS-三电平变换器不仅具有传统软开关脉宽调制(PWM)变换器的优点,还具有其它的优点。变换器的功率开关承受的电压为输入电压的一半,因此,它适合用于有源功率因数校正或输入电压较高的场合。     

A novel control algorithm for dephosphorization in an LD converter

This paper proposes a new control algorithm for dephosphorization in the steelmaking process using a LD converter. The control algorithm is composed of two steps, which achieves a low phosphorous content in the hot metal after treatment. The first step creates target concentration for the iron oxide in the slag for the next heat, which is optimal to achieve effective dephosphorization. The target concentration is obtained after applying independent component analysis (ICA) to the concentration data of past heats. The second step decides the control inputs for the next heat, namely the oxygen blowing rate and the lance height by calculating a weighted summation of past control inputs. The weight is based on the difference between the target concentration and concentration of each past heat. The proposed algorithm was applied to an actual process, and the results showed high control performance at the end of this paper.     

航空二次电源数字式控制保护器设计

针对航空二次电源要求效率高、体积小、重量轻、高可靠性及实时性强的特点,研制了以F2812芯片为核心的嵌入式数字控制保护器,使DC/DC变换器实现自检测、健康预测和性能监控以及保护等功能.该保护器通过RS485总线与上位机进行信息交流,并将必要信息存储,同时阐述了试验过程中暴露的主要问题和解决措施,该保护器具有良好的工程应用价值.     

国产600MW超临界直流机组凝泵变频自动控制策略

为提高凝泵变频改造后凝结水系统自动投入效果,降低厂用电,提高机组效率,对凝结水系统运行方式进行深度分析的基础上,实现了凝结水系统的一键自启功能,并提出压力／水位协调控制与稳流调节的引入,较大程度地提高了凝结水自动控制系统的鲁棒性。     

Robust flat filtering DSP based control of the boost converter

The article deals with the design and implementation of a flat filter tracking digital controller for a boost dc-dc power converter. A highly perturbed switched boost converter circuit is shown to be efficiently controlled, in a trajectory tracking task for its non-minimum phase output, by means of a suitable linear filter, here addressed as a flat filter. Flat filtering is a natural robust version of generalized proportional integral control (GPIC) by which the effects of arbitrary time varying exogenous disturbances, unknown endogenous nonlinearities and un-modeled dynamics can be jointly attenuated in a conceptually similar fashion to observer-based active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) and algebraic identification based model free control (MFC) but: a) without using extended state observers and b) respecting the original system order in a time-varying simplified model while avoiding algebraic estimation techniques. The proposed control technique based on the TMS320F28335 digital signal processor chip is tested by means of realistic simulations and experimental setup.     

基于细菌觅食算法的多线圈电- 机械转换器双模控制技术研究

针对提升电-机械转换器快速响应特性的技术需求,提出了新型三线圈结构电-机械转换器。通过建立的电-机械转换器数学模型,提出采用细菌觅食算法来寻找时间最优解,并基于此方法设计了砰-砰与比例-积分双模控制器。分析与仿真结果表明,相对于传统单线圈电-机械转换器,采用双模控制器的三线圈电-机械转换器,其响应时间从8.5 ms缩短至2.5 ms,震荡和超调不超过5%,可知该技术能够实现响应特性,前景良好。     

输出本质安全型准谐振反激变换器分析

在给定的输入电压和负载变化范围内,分析了准谐振反激变换器的输入电压和负载电阻对其开关频率、输出纹波电压和峰值电感电流的影响,总结了其变化规律,得出了满足电气指标要求的电感和输出滤波电容最小设计值,使得最大输出短路释放能量最小。     

基于六脉波交交变频的闭环调压调速方法研究

针对六脉波交交变频调速技术在高频段存在各频级间转速差较大的问题,提出了一种基于六脉波交交变频的闭环调压调速方法。该方法在2个高频段之间设置多个电压等级,通过改变交交变频输出电压的大小,进行交交变频闭环有级调压调速。仿真和实验结果表明,该方法能够有效利用存储器空间,扩大交交变频调速范围,调速效果较好。
