碳纤维连续抽油杆作业车自动调平系统设计

为保证碳纤维连续抽油杆作业车作业时工作平台处于水平状态,防止侧翻,开展了作业车自动调平系统的设计。在给出自动调平系统构成的基础上,着重论述了系统的自动调平控制方案、自动调平控制原理以及自动调平控制软件的设计,给出作业车自动调平控制系统流程图。     

Pure Significance Tests of the Unit Root Hypothesis Against Nonlinear Alternatives

Abstract. This paper describes artificial neural network based pure significance tests for the unit root hypothesis against nonlinear alternatives. The theoretical properties of the tests are discussed and a Monte Carlo investigation of their small sample properties is undertaken.     

游梁式抽油机二次平衡分析

为解决游梁式抽油机能耗大、效率低的问题，设计了二次平衡装置。这种装置通过是挂在抽油机后端的平衡重的平衡作用，降低一次平衡曲柄轴净扭矩的两个峰值，达到减少能耗提高效率的目的。对抽油机的二次平衡作了较详尽的理论分析，给出了实行二次平衡后曲柄轴净扭矩的计算公式和安装二次平衡装置前后曲柄轴净扭矩曲线图。在大庆油田两口井上进行的现场试验结果表明，安装二次平衡装置后，两口井年节约电费分别为0.25万元和1．17万元，经济效益明显。     

Measurements and correlation of effect of cosolvents on the solubilities of complex molecules in supercritical carbon dioxide

A new transparent microscale circulation-type high pressure equilibrium cell with on-line sampling was devised. With this apparatus, experimental solubility of molecularly complex species such as steroids (cholesterol, stigmasterol and ergosterol) and fatty acids (palmitic acid and stearic acid) in supercritical carbon dioxide(sc-C0₂) were measured. Also, to find an appropriate substance for enhancing both the polarity and the solubility power of the SC-CO₂ solvent, we arbitrarily selected three polar substances such as acetone, methanol and water and the effect of these cosolvents on the solubility of solutes in SC-CO₂ are examined. The supercritical phase equilibrium data of solute-cosolvent-sc-CO₂ systems were quantitatively correlated using a new equation of state based on the lattice fluid theory incorporated with the concept of multibody interaction. We found that the addition of tracer amount of acetone or methanol to SC-CO₂ enhances the solubility of all solutes about thirty to sixty times when compared with the case of pure sc-CO₂ However, for the case of cosolvent water, no further enhancement of the solubility of solutes was realized. Also, the versatile fittability of the equation of state proposed in this work was demonstrated with the newly measured ternary supercritical equilibrium data.

我国是煤资源大国，长期来在采煤的同时，抽放排空大量煤层瓦斯，不仅浪费大量资源，还严重污染大气。利用煤层瓦斯发电是解决煤层瓦斯放空的重要途径 。文章介绍一种全新的有别于传统 发动机的瓦斯内燃机空燃自动混合控制装置，其中包括：煤层瓦斯的理化特性、装置的结构、工作原理及工作过程，阐述了结构参数对发动机性能的影响。经过在中心瓦斯工区内燃发动机组群上安装试运行，结果表明：该装置可以适用于高、中、低不同浓度的煤层瓦斯，性能稳定、可靠，达到了设计性能指标，完全满足燃气,内燃机组的使用要求，并取得了很好的经济效益、生态效益和环保效益。     

国有基层水管单位困境及其出路

针对贺州地区基层水管单位存在的农业水价低、水费征收难和经济困难等现状,对基层水管单位的出路进行了一些探索,提出了一些解决对策。     

直线式电机在有杆抽油设备中的应用

通过对游梁式抽油机的效率、启动特性与直线式电机驱动的有杆抽油机特性的对比，论述了直线抽油机的优越性及应用前景。     

我国风机盘管技术现状分析

介绍了近年来我国在风机盘管技术领域的最新成果，在结构形式、强化传热、提高室内空气品质、降低噪音和提高自动控制水平等方面的技术进展情况，分析了目前风机盘管中存在的问题，并对今后的发展方向进行了展望。     

Connecting the second exhaust-heat boiler to the operating first one under the conditions of flow circuits of combined-cycle plants with two gas-turbine units and one steam turbine

Problems arising with connecting the second exhaust-heat boiler to the first exhaust-heat boiler under load in the case of flow circuits of combined-cycle plants of type PGU-450 are considered. Similar problems exist for two-boiler single-turbine units of type PGU-325 and for two-boiler single-turbine units of traditional steampower plants with an output of 200–300 MW upon connection of the second furnace of a two-furnace boiler to the operating first furnace. Analysis of the temperature-induced stressed state and of the cyclic strength of thick-walled elements of the steam-water conduit of PGU-450 and of two-furnace boilers of two-boiler single-turbine units with an output of 200–300 MW (the check valve, the inlet header of the water economizer) is used for determining the steam temperature differences in the high-pressure conduits to the steam turbine and the order of connection of the second exhaust-heat boiler to the operating fist one. Modes of enabling a two-boiler single-turbine unit of a combined-cycle plant, which are most “rigid” from the standpoint of thermal strength, are determined. __________ Translated from élektricheskie Stantsii, No. 2, February 2006, pp. 11–17.     

芳烃抽提装置技术改造

由于中国石化锦西石化分公司600kt／a连续重整装置的建设，芳烃抽提装置的原料由原来的脱戊烷油变为Ce组分。为此，对抽余油水洗塔和芳烃分离部分的苯塔塔盘，以及苯塔塔顶和塔底抽出部分进行了改造，更换部分机泵和增加变频泵，并将常规仪表改为DCS控制。改造后装置实现一次开车成功，生产出合格产品。抽余油中总芳烃含量小于0．1％，苯回收率达到99%以上。
