试论黑龙江省的气候干旱

本文回顾了黑龙江省有文字记载以来气候干旱情况及其对农业生产的影响；分析了气候干旱分布规律；研究了干旱形成的自然因素和人为因素；最后提出了防治气候干旱的对策。

介绍了一种在没有专用仪器情况下对测寸雷达进行标定的新方法，讲述了该方法的调整步骤，并通过具体事例分析了标定误差的原因。     

MM90: A scalable parallel implementation of the Penn State/NCAR Mesoscale Model (MM5)

This paper describes MM90, a parallel regional weather model based on the Penn State/NCAR MM5. Parallelization of finite differencing, horizontal interpolation, and nesting on distributed-memory (message passing) computers is handled transparently using the RSL library package. Fortran90 modules, derived data types, dynamic memory allocation, pointers, and recursion are used, making the code modular, flexible, extensible, and run-time configurable. The model can dynamically sense and correct load imbalances. The paper provides performance, scaling, and load-balancing data collected on the IBM SP2 computers at Argonne National Laboratory and NASA Ames Laboratory. Future work will address the impact of parallel modifications on existing modeling software; an approach using commercially available source translation software is described.     

Method for hydrometeor classification based on MC-DTSVMs

In order to solve the problem of precipitation particle classification in the case of random missing of polarization parameter data of two-polarization meteorological radar, a method based on matrix completion(MC) and decision tree support vector machine multi-classifier(DTSVMs) is proposed. First, the polarization parameter data with random miss is reconstructed according to the matrix completion algorithm, and then the training data are used to learn the DTSVMs, and finally the precipitation particle classification of the reconstructed data is realized by using the DTSVMs with good learning. By processing the measured data and analyzing the results, it is proven that this method can effectively solve the precipitation particle classification problem in the case of random missing of polarization parameter data.

有机硅改性聚酯的合成及其粉末涂料的性能

利用有机硅中间体合成了有机硅改性聚酯树脂。通过IR、GPC、SEM等分析了改性聚酯的结构与形态 ,用电子探针分析了改性聚酯的表面组成 ,考察了有机硅含量对改性树脂玻璃化温度、熔融黏度、对水的接触角及表面张力的影响。研究发现 ,改性聚酯中的含硅聚酯在表面富集 ,大大降低了聚酯树脂的表面张力 ,提高了其粉末涂料的涂膜耐候性。相对于纯聚酯树脂 ,有机硅质量分数为 1 %可使树脂的表面张力从 49.5降到 2 8.4mN/m ;经 2 1 6h中波紫外线照射后 ,涂膜的光泽保留率从 81 %上升到 91 .3 %。含有机硅质量分数超过 5 %后 ,涂膜的抗冲性能下降。
