Toward a positive psychology of coping with anticipated events.

Many people appear to be quite resilient to significant stress suggesting that they may possess an orientation to events and life that is resistant to such threats. We propose that one significant aspect of this orientation is the tendency to view adversities as something that can happen to anyone and is reflected in the tendency of people entering uncertain contexts to prepare by imagining a range of possible outcomes, both desired and undesired. This preparatory work facilitates the immediate implementation of effective problem solving and support seeking strategies should the desired outcome seem in doubt. We refer to this orientation as the realistic orientation and review evidence suggesting that such an orientation is associated with realistic—but not unrealistic—optimism and smooth adaptation to adversity. Community violence exposure, adverse childhood experiences, and posttraumatic distress among urban development workers.

The current study examines community violence exposure among 284 urban community development workers located in five U.S. cities. Adulthood exposure to community violence, history of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), and current symptoms of posttraumatic distress (PTSD) were assessed to test the hypothesis that a personal history of ACEs moderates the relationship between community violence exposure and PTSD symptom severity. Seventy-five percent of urban development workers reported direct community violence victimization, 71% reported a history of at least one ACE, and 14% of the sample met probable diagnostic criteria for PTSD. A multiple regression analysis confirmed that ACEs and indirect adulthood community violence exposure were significantly positively related to the severity of PTSD symptoms. These variables accounted for a small amount of variance in PTSD. Direct exposure to community violence and the interaction between ACEs and community violence did not contribute significant variance to the model. The implications and limitations are discussed. 天气雷达回扫充电调制器的应用分析

为了提高发射机输出脉冲幅度的稳定度,研制了平均功率约30kW的脉冲电源,采用回扫充电技术给线型调制器的脉冲形成网络充电。该电源充电、放电分时进行,可控制调制器连通以减小电源纹波影响调制器指标;采用IGBT作为充电开关。研究了临沂新一代天气雷达回扫充电调制器的工作原理和电路组成,最后还阐述了回扫充电电源中重要参数指标。     

洪泽地区配电网故障幂律分布特性

为了有效地开展洪泽地区配电网的建设、改造及运行管理工作,首次采用幂律分布累积概率统计方法对该地区配电网故障在时域上的分布规律进行统计分析,得到造成配电网故障的不均匀分布具有幂律分布特性。对日故障次数降序排列后取出故障最多的25天日故障记录进行统计分析,得到恶劣天气事件是洪泽地区电网故障具有幂律分布的根本原因。最后,根据故障的主要原因,给出了相应的改进措施与建议。

基于气象因子的中长期水文预报方法研究
