基于DSP的逆变弧焊电源的模糊控制系统研究

在DSP控制逆变电源的基础上,介绍了以CO2焊接过程中熔滴过渡频率的模糊控制系统的设计方案,设计出了以熔滴过渡频率的偏差以及偏差的变化率为输入量,而以熔滴过渡中开关管IGBT的占空比的变化率为输出量的模糊控制器.配合原有的主电路,加上研制的控制系统,对其外特性进行了测试,测试表明控制系统能自动调整波形,保持焊接频率的稳定,实现了电源的恒流外特性控制.

Pyrolysis of waste using a hybrid argon–water stabilized torch

An experimental plasmachemical reactor equipped with the novel IPP-ASCR hybrid gas–water stabilized DC torch (160 kW) has recently been started at IPP Prague for the innovative and environmentally friendly plasma treatment of waste streams with a view to their sustainable energetic and chemical valorization and to a reduction of the emission of greenhouse gases. Since the process energy is provided by direct heat transfer from plasma, gases of widely varying chemical composition may be used. The use of electrical energy also reduces the gas flows and requirements for exhaust-gas treatment, and offers control over the chemistry. Pyrolysis of biomass was experimentally studied using wood chips as a model substance. Syngas with a high content of hydrogen and CO was produced. The influence of adding CO₂ for increase of oxygen content in the reactor was investigated.     

Modeling of the free flight region of a cyclone transferred arc plasma reactor

The Plasmacan cyclone transferred arc plasma furnace seems ideally suited for the treatment of fine refractory powders to produce a consolidated liquid product. In this furnace, particles are pneumatically injected tangentially near the wall of a cylindrical sleeve while an arc is struck along the central axis of the sleeve. A simple model has been developed to examine the behaviour of the injected particles in the entrance region of the furnace up to the point where the particles reach their melting point and form the molten film. Three-dimensional equations of particle motion are solved to compute particle trajectories, given gas temperature and velocity fields in the furnace. The location of the first appearance of the molten film is computed under a variety of operating conditions for a laboratory scale furnace.

参数曲线近似弧长参数化的插值方法

本文提出了参数曲线近似弧长参数化的一种插值方法。参数曲线的弧长函数的单调增的，近似弧长参数化可以转化为弧长函数的保单调分段有理线性插值。用这种插值得到的近似弧长参数化曲线插值原曲线上的一组点，最后，两个实例表明了近似弧长参数化曲线能很好地逼近原曲线，且没有所不希望的波动。
