Ratings of Therapist Dynamic Activities and Alliance Early and Late in Psychotherapy.

The present study examines the concurrent and predictive relationships between therapist psychodynamic-interpersonal activity and therapist-rated alliance. Ratings from 45 patient and therapist dyads engaged in short term psychodynamic psychotherapy from a point early (3rd or 4th session) and late (the session at which 90% of the treatment was completed) in treatment were used. The results suggest that therapists who have positive views of the alliance early in treatment also have positive views of the alliance later in treatment. Therapists who used psychodynamic-interpersonal activities early in treatment also made use of psychodynamic-interpersonal activities later in treatment. Moreover, the use of psychodynamic-interpersonal activities early in treatment was positively related to both global and specific aspects of therapist-rated alliance late in treatment. 有机盐聚合醇氯化钾钻井液的应用

霍尔果斯背斜构造极其复杂,内应力极高,地层倾角大,断层、破碎带多,并存在高低压互层;安集海河组的灰绿色软泥岩水化严重并具有粘弹塑性.该区块重点探井霍003井三开、四开井段选用有机盐聚合醇氯化钾钻井液,同时为保证钻井液在高密度下（2.55 g/cm^3）具有好的流变性,使用活化铁矿粉、活化重晶石加重.应用结果表明,由于采用了强抑制和多元封堵的措施,该钻井液具有良好的流变性和较强的携带能力,钻进中曾携带出重2.8 kg和5.1kg的大掉块;滤失量低,泥饼质量好,封堵能力强,造壁能力强,减轻了井下阻卡程度;有良好的储层保护能力;在室内研究的基础上,经过现场合理使用和维护钻井液,霍003井提高了机械钻速,缩短了钻井周期,井身质量优于邻井.指出在高密度下,未选出适合有机盐聚合醇氯化钾钻井液的稀释剂,钻井液流动性较差.

自复中调速器在高水头高转速机组上的应用

简要介绍了自复中电/机调速器的机械和电气原理，并就使用该调速器的机组在生产运行中容易出现的停机后导叶开度漂移、停机时导叶不能完全关闭和显示开度与实际开度不一致等主要问题，通过修改可编程逻辑控制器（PLC）程序、调节调零杆位置、修改PLC程序参数等方法进行解决，这些方法对同类水电厂处理类似问题有借鉴作用。     

KATRIN NEG pumping concept investigation

The Karlsruhe Tritium Neutrino experiment (KATRIN) is going to use a very large electro-static tandem spectrometer to measure the electron spectrum from the tritium beta decay, where several kilometers of non-evaporable getter (NEG) strips (type ST707) are to be used to achieve the UHV requirements. Different geometrical configurations of the NEG strips have been studied by Monte Carlo simulations. It is shown that the resulting pumping speed of the getter pumps will allow to get a pressure below 10⁻¹¹ mbar in the huge vessel with a volume of 1400 m³. By systematic assessment of the statistics of the pumping surfaces, it could be demonstrated that the design is sound.

在每一周期的开始时的速度值V1预设定到传动装置上进行速度预控制，同时，反馈回来的实际值Sj与S1进行比较计算，得出当时偏差值△S，此偏差值△S乘以比例系数Ksp，得到Vk叠加在Vt上，得出传动装置应具有的速度控制信号V，然后V经速度／电压变换和D／A转换向传动系统的速度控制发出控制信号Uα控制执行机构的定位。调节Ksp的值使系统无超调无振荡。
