如何构建网络环境下的计算机信息安全体系

计算机技术的不断发展,网络的不断普及,在给我们的工作,学习,生活,娱乐带来了极大的方便和好处同时,也给我们带来了新的威胁,那就是计算机系统安全问题。而我们的常常讨论的计算机系统安全包括计算机安全、网络安全和信息安全。其中信息安全是主线,它贯穿于计算机安全和网络安全之中。正是网络的广泛应用,在工作和生活中扮演如此重要的角色,如何来保障信息安全已经成为一个重要的问题。值得注意的是在实际应用中,由于操作系统的不同,网络拓扑技术的区别,连接介质的选择,网络接入技术的变化给实现计算机系统安全带来了复杂的操作性。根据参考资料,总结出3个层次的安全策略：技术安全,行为安全,意识安全。

十八届三中全会召开后,我国构建服务型政府的伟大战略进入了一个新的发展阶段。本课题联系当前服务型政府建设实际,进而提出相应的对策思路。     

浅析企业网络平台的搭建

随着网络的逐步普及,企业网络的建设是企业信息化建设的必然选择。为加快推进信息化的建设,本工程为贵州轮胎股份有限公司大力士分公司一个网络集成工程,其主要目的是建立一个可运行并可共享的网络架构服务环境;此网络平台的建设,使信息能及时、准确、安全地传输到各个系统,实现了多个项目的远程适时支持与管理控制。     

A Reducing Saturation Method for DMSP/OLS Nighttime Light Image Combining Landsat Data

Defense Meteorological Satellite Program/Operational Linescan System(DMSP/OLS)is one of the data sources,which can effectively reflect human activities of earth surfaces.During the past decade,DMSP/OLS had been extensively applied in urban extraction and extension study.In the recent year,the Vegetation Adjusted NTL Urban Index(VANUI)has been proposed and had proven to be a simple,convenient and high precision desaturation index to extract urban area.In VANUI method,negative values of imagery were directly eliminated to remove water body,which not only removed the bridge over the river and building but also extracted the aquaculture areas along the coast,thus,this method reduced the extraction accuracy.This paper proposed a new index\|RwNTLI,combining DMSP/OLS nighttime light data and the vegetation index (NDVI)and water index (MNDWI)which were constructed by Landsat data.In this study,Guangzhou was taken as experimental area.By comparing the VANUI index with the ability to identify ground objects as well as the ability to alleviate saturation regions,the result showed RwNTLI index could effectively solve the problem of VANUI as well as eliminate saturation effect of nighttime light imagery.Among them,the correlation between RwNTLI index and RCNTL is better than that of VANUI index and RCNTL.Therefore,RwNTLI index is a simple and effective index of luminous desaturation,which has more advantages than VANUI index in describing the characteristics of night lights of urban areas and will have higher application value in urban built\|up areas in the future.

WDM驱动程序构造的若干方法及实例

在Windows 98/2000成为操作系统主流之时，为使驱动程序开发人员更好地利用新一代驱动程序模型WDM，开发了21世纪主流驱动程序，首先与其它驱动程序比较，介绍了WDM驱动程序模型及其特点，然后着重给出了开发WDM驱动程序的几种方法及相应实例，最后分析了各种方法的优缺点，并建议在驱动程序开发过程中使用美国Numega公司的DriverWorks和SoftICEt调试工具，以减轻工作负担。     

Replacement of Pontesei Bridge, Italy

Pontesei Dam is a major concrete dam built after World War II across the canyon of Maè Creek (Valle di Zoldo) in the Italian Eastern Alps. Just upstream from the dam, a gully discharges water from steep mountains. The only road serving the dam and the entire valley upstream of the dam runs along the mountainside and crosses the gully. In 1959, an exceptionally rainy season caused a flood, which destroyed the bridge. A temporary Bailey bridge was subsequently built by the army, but in 1990 it was decided to design a new bridge. The main challenges posed to the designer included building the new deck and the abutments underneath the Bailey bridge without disrupting traffic, hoisting the deck just to the bottom of the Bailey bridge, and finally substituting the new deck for the Bailey bridge in one day. Other problems included the instability of the rock mass at the abutments and the gravitative convergence of the two sides of the gully. This paper describes the design, construction, and testing of the bridge replacement and the bridge abutments.     

Influence of the build orientation on the fatigue strength of EOS maraging steel produced by additive metal machine

This paper presents a research dealing with the dependence of the fatigue strength of maraging steel parts, manufactured by direct selective laser sintering, on the production build orientation. Three sets of specimens have been manufactured according to the ISO 1143 Standard (2010) by EOSINT M280 additive manufacturing machine, with the following heat and mechanical treatments, in agreement with the recommendations by the material manufacturer and current literature. The expected outcomes are the Fatigue Limit values of the material and the maximum number of cycles observed at different stress levels for three different build orientations (three different angles, 0°, 45° and 90°, between the build direction and the longitudinal axis of the samples). The results have been processed and compared by statistical methods in order to determine the fatigue curves in the finite life domain and the fatigue limits, along with their confidence bands and intervals, and to investigate the significance of the build orientation factor.     

基于集中存储的刀片服务集群研究与设计

刀片服务器提供了强大的计算能力,但在其上构建多个服务环境时,过程繁琐且管理成本高昂。该文提出基于集中存储的Bladmin系统。该系统根据服务需求启动网络刀片,构建动态虚拟环境(VE),满足了服务对刀片竞争性的需求,实现了VE的快速构建与动态调整。实验结果表明,Bladmin需要的构建时间较少且可管理性较高。     

基于CruiseControl的持续集成实现方案

软件的开发过程决定着软件质量。在任何软件开发过程中都有一个重要的组成部分：得到可靠的软件创建版本。在分析传统集成模式的弊端基础上,提出采用持续集成的观点。阐明了持续集成的基础理论以及与持续集成相关的常见的误区和概念。分析了持续集成工具CruiseControl工作原理,最后提出了一种基于CruiseControl的持续集成实现方案。
