基于可见光-近红外新光谱特征和最优组合原理的大麦叶片氮含量监测 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
提出新的作物冠层叶片氮含量(LNC)高光谱遥感监测方法,以对氮素要求较高的大麦LNC监测为例,利用田间实测数据,从可见光-近红外区域的高光谱反射曲线中提取包含丰富多波段信息的斜率、夹角等新型特征参数,应用组合预测领域中的权重最优组合原理及其算法,实现对作物LNC的高光谱监测.研究表明,提出的高光谱反射曲线斜率和夹角等新型特征参数与作物LNC显著相关,并具有较好的定量响应关系,其中关键斜率参数(Kre/Kpb)和Kpb以及夹角参数(Aδ/Aα)和(Aδ/Aθ)较好地描述了LNC的动态变化; 而权重最优组合分析则表明(Kre/Kpb)和Knir1两个参数的组合最能响应LNC的光谱信息,有助于增强监测的稳定性并提高估测的精度. 相似文献

Hydrogels, a class of materials with a 3D network structure, are widely used in various fields especially in biomedicine. Injectable hydrogels could facilitate the encapsulation and controlled release of small molecular drugs, macromolecular therapeutics, and even cells. With the rapid development of cancer immunotherapy, such injectable hydrogels have attracted wide attention for local immunomodulation to boost systemic anticancer immune responses, realizing more effective immunotherapy at lower doses. The latest progresses in the development of various smart injectable hydrogels for cancer immunotherapy are summarized here. Although applied locally, such injectable hydrogels can activate systemic antitumor immune responses, safely and effectively inhibiting the tumor metastasis and recurrence. Moreover, it is discussed how injectable hydrogel‐based cancer immunotherapy would contribute to the development of next generation of cancer treatment together with their potential for clinical translation. 相似文献

Nowadays various inorganic nanoparticles that generate highly reactive hydroxyl radical ( · OH) on the basis of Fenton‐like catalytic activity of metal ions have been designed for chemodynamic therapy. However, the high level of adaptive antioxidants [glutathione (GSH)] in cancer cells could effectively consume · OH to compromise the treatment efficiency and biosafety of these inorganic nanoparticles, and this is a general concern in chemodynamic therapy. Herein, a new biodegradable nanoscale coordination polymer (NCP) is developed by integration of cisplatin prodrug (DSCP) and iron (III) ions through a reverse microemulsion method. The DSCP in the NCPs could react with GSH to release free cisplatin, while the iron (III) ions could be reduced by GSH into iron (II) to enable Fenton reaction, subsequently leading to amplified intracellular oxidative stress. After surface modification of polyethylene glycol (PEG) and cyclo[Arg‐Gly‐Asp‐D‐Phe‐Lys(mpa)] peptide (cRGD), Fe‐DSCP‐PEG‐cRGD shows an excellent targeting effect against αvβ3‐integrin overexpressed tumor cells. Furthermore, Fe‐DSCP‐PEG‐cRGD enables significant chemo and chemodynamic therapy with dramatically enhanced therapeutic efficiency in comparison to relative monotherapies. Importantly, Fe‐DSCP‐PEG‐cRGD could be efficiently cleared out from mice through feces and urine postinjection 7 days. ABSTRACTWith the aggressive scaling of integrated circuit technology, parametric estimation is a critical task for designers who looked for solutions to the challenges of some Nanoscale CMOS parameters. This paper presented the prediction of primary parameters of CMOS transistor for 16 nm to 10 nm process nodes using both of Bisquare Weights (BW) method and a novel recursive least squares (RLS) parameter estimation algorithm. The proposed RLS algorithm consists of the minimisation of a quadratic criterion relating to the prediction error in order to attain the best estimated parameters of the developed mathematical model. The obtained results thanks to the proposed RLS algorithm were better than those reached using the BW method. Comparisons between Predictive Technology Model (PTM) data and parameters estimated with RLS algorithm were made to check the validity and the consistency of the proposed algorithm. These predicted primary parameters were helpful to estimate and to optimise the performances of the Variable Gain Amplifier (VGA) which was a basic circuit element with a key role in the design of new upcoming receivers. 相似文献
