论述了移动IP的概念和发展过程，分析了国内外对移动IP研究的重点问题及其方法，对移动IP的发展方向进行了归纳和总结，并提出了有关用的问题。     

河道治理工程水土保持设计

河道治理工程的实施会对工程区域内的自然生态环境和水土保持带来负面影响。以独流减河左堤治理工程为例 ,分析工程建设中可能造成的水土流失影响 ,从工程和生物两方面提出水土保持的防治措施 ,并对其投资进行了初步估算。     

Suggestions for the quantitative X-ray microanalysis of thin sections of frozen-dried and embedded biological tissues

When a microregion in a thin section of frozen-dried and embedded tissue is analysed by the conventional electron-probe X-ray continuum-normalization method, the measured quantity is in mmol of element per kg of embedded specimen. As each microregion contains an unknown amount of embedding medium, this quantity generally lies indeterminately somewhere within the wide range between mmol of element per kg of hydrated tissue and mmol of element per kg of dehydrated tissue. However, if a ‘tag’ element is incorporated in the embedding medium, the contribution of the medium to the local continuum count in each probed field should be measurable, and the X-ray data may then unambiguously yield mmol of element per kg of dehydrated tissue. This result should not be affected by shrinkage on freeze-drying or by incomplete replacement of water by embedding medium. The same X-ray data can additionally provide estimates of mmol of element per unit volume, mmol of element per kg of hydrated tissue and local dry-mass fraction. However, these estimates are subject to errors due to tissue shrinkage, incomplete replacement of water and beam damage.     

浅谈克东县水土流失的成因及存在的问题

克东县属丘陵地带,土壤主要是黑土。近年来由于水土流失严重,对农业生产和农民生活带来了极大的不便。虽然采取治理与开发相结合的措施,取得了一定成绩,但目前的任务仍然艰巨。     

Managing logical channel configurations in complex satellite architectures

As a result of the increased switching complexity of many communications satellites, often transponders are available with a variety of configuration options offering flexibility in power, bandwidth, and coverage. Many of these configurations share resources that prevent them from being simultaneously active, making it a challenge to understand and manage the satellite capacity inventory. In this paper we define the logical channel configuration (LCC) as an unambiguous unit of the inventory and present a novel method of modelling the interdependencies between these LCCs using linear algebra. In particular, a projector matrix is defined which can be used to update the activation state of all LCCs when the state of one or more of these is changed. As a result, a number of valid LCC scenarios can be easily generated and evaluated for optimal use of the satellite resources. Copyright © 2005 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

The influence of Mgon the formation of calcareous deposits on a freely corroding low carbon steel in seawater

The purpose of this study was to determine how magnesium in seawater influences the corrosion behaviour of freely corroding steel. This was done by studying if Mg(OH)₂ is formed and if calcite and aragonite differ in their protective properties. No Mg(OH)₂ was detected after immersion of steel in a Mg²⁺-containing artificial seawater. Magnesium seems to influence the corrosion behaviour of freely corroding steel by causing calcium carbonate to precipitate as aragonite. Aragonite is more effective in covering the surface than calcite and is therefore more functional in preventing oxygen from reaching the steel surface, thereby lowering the corrosion rate.     

小波包变换压缩与地震数据处理

探讨了地震数据经小波包变换压缩后对后续处理过程的影响,以及经过某些处理后的数据会对小波包变换压缩产生什么影响等问题。将小波包变换压缩地震数据的结果与快速傅里叶变换压缩地震数据的结果进行了对比,其结果表明:应用小波包变换压缩地震数据,有效信号的损失非常小,压缩比大于快速傅里叶变换的压缩比。在大批量地震数据处理中可以使用小波包变换压缩地震数据。

说明了在异步串行通信(RS-232)的工作方式下,对所接收的数据进行接收、处理,丢弃乱码,并进行保存的可靠方法,并给出了相关的VC 语言程序.     

The Minimum PAPR Code for OFDM Systems

In this letter, a block code that minimizes the peak‐to‐average power ratio (PAPR) of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) signals is proposed. It is shown that peak envelope power is invariant to cyclic shift and codeword inversion. The systematic encoding rule for the proposed code is composed of searching for a seed codeword, shifting the register elements, and determining codeword inversion. This eliminates the look‐up table for one‐to‐one correspondence between the source and the coded data. Computer simulation confirms that OFDM systems with the proposed code always have the minimum PAPR.
