Failure analysis of hollow glasses The failure analysis is very important to clarify damages of hollow glasses. Damages of glass bottle through over pressure are very often linked with damages to persons. This is the reason why the causal research is from particular importance. Different surface characteristics of glass fragments as well as the fracture pattern give hints to the direction of the crack, the stress just before breakage and the reason of stress. A reconstruction of the bottle is a further helpful instrument for cause studies. The difference of the various characteristics of the surface will be explained. Further on there will be discussed different reasons and mechanism of fracture.

Reports an error in the original article by R. A. Carels et al (Journal of Consulting & Clinical Psychology, 2003[Jun], Vol 71[3], 613-618). On page 615, Lines 18, 20, 22, of Table 1, the data in the rows that read "Tachycardia in min per hr," "Repetitive PVCs per hr," and "PVCs per hr" are incorrectly reported in the n and % columns. Ventricular arrhythmia exhibits considerable within-subject variability that cannot be attributed to clinical status alone. This investigation examined the extent to which cardiac arrhythmia was associated with psychological and physical factors assessed during the hour preceding arrhythmic or nonarrhythmic activity. Approximately twice hourly, 46 patients randomly completed a diary assessing mood and physical symptoms during 24-hr electrocardiographic monitoring. Greater negative emotion was associated with increased arrhythmia. Additionally, greater negative emotion was significantly associated with increased arrhythmia among participants in a low left ventricular ejection fraction group (LVEF). 5ZV25J-10160窄V胶带失效原因及改进措施

对川南矿区使用的5ZV25J－10160联组窄V胶带的损坏情况进行了观察分析，主要损坏原因有：胶带V形夹角与带轮轮槽夹角不一致，胶带顶部宽度与带轮轮槽开口宽度不符合要求，在传递动力中造成带轮顶部与胶带联结层接触而单根胶带悬空；胶带硫化质量差、配组不当；胶带及带轮安装、调校未达到要求。对此提出如下改进措施：规定胶带V形夹角和带轮轮槽夹角均为40°，单根胶带顶部宽25mm，带轮轮槽开口宽23．4mm；胶带必须严格按规定配组、安装、调校。实践证明，经改进后胶带传动平稳，无异常损坏。

低噪声ＧａＡｓ ＦＥＴ和功率ＧａＡｓ ＦＥＴ经中子辐射都未发生致命性的通或断失效，直流偏置伏态下，其失效模式仅仅表现为源漏饱和电流ＩＤＳＳ的退化降低，据此提出了ＩＤＳＳ退化失效与快中子注量φｎ之间的解析关键式ｌｎｙ＝ａ＋ｂｌｎφ。     

Failure analysis and wear mechanism study of a heavily loaded gear

Failure analysis and a study of the wear mechanism were performed on a heavily loaded carburized gear with some unusual features. The analysis showed that the different failure forms on the tooth surface of the gear were dependent on the sub-surface shearing stress, the lubrication conditions and the surface roughness. Delaminations formed on the addendum surface were the main reason for the gear failure. A suggestion for improvement has been tried, and a desirable result has been obtained.     

堆底熔穿事故的场外后果及其对策

在压水堆核电站应急计划和应急响应中，堆底熔穿事故占有重要位置。本文用法国核电厂事故源项Ｓ３（对应于堆底熔穿事故）计算了在典型气象条件下的场外放射学的后果，根据一般防护决策原则和我国颁布的干预水平，提出了保护公众的应急防护措施的建议。
