管理者自我评估是组织实现持续改进的～种质量管理手段：本文希望通过对核电站工程建设阶段管理者自我评估方法的探讨,为核电站工程建设单位的各级管理者实施自我评估提供指导,使管理者自我评估工作更加规范化、系统化而且富有实效。     

煤矿井下自动化钻探技术概况与智能化发展前瞻

为实现自动钻机的无线通信,研究了一套煤矿井下钻机用快速组网系统,可在地面实现钻机的远程控制、参数监测等功能。该系统包括钻机主体、机载设备和矿用通信系统。钻机主体为ZYWL-4000SY自动钻机;机载设备包含控制器、摄像仪等,用于实现钻机参数采集;通信系统以无线基站为核心,实现地面与井下的互连互通。该系统在河南平宝煤业有限公司进行了现场试验,结果表明：数据传输准确、效果良好,实现了井下自动钻机的远程控制和可视化监测。

     

A review on front end conversion in ocean wave energy converters

Harvesting the energy from ocean waves is one of the greatest attractions for energy engineers and scientists. Till date, plenty of methods have been adopted to harvest the energy from the ocean waves. However, due to technological and economical complexity, it is intricate to involve the majority of these energy harvesters in the real ocean environment. Effective utilization and sustainability of any wave energy harvester depend upon its adaptability in the irregular seasonal waves, situation capability in maximum energy extraction and finally fulfilling the economic barriers. In this paper, the front end energy conversions are reviewed in detail which is positioned in the first stage of the wave energy converter among other stages such as power take off (PTO) and electrical energy conversion. If the recent development of these front end energy conversion is well known then developing wave energy converter with economic and commercial viability is possible. The aim of this review is to provide information on front end energy conversion of a point absorber and emphasize the strategies and calamity to be considered in designing such kinds of devices to improve the energy harvesting competence. This will be useful to the engineers for speeding up the development of a matured point absorbing type wave energy converter.

Extraneous instabilities arising in power systems with non-synchronous distributed energy resources

This short communication describes an extraneous instability that can be observed when solving time domain simulations for power systems with inclusion of non-synchronous distributed energy resources such as those based on voltage source converters and asynchronous generators. The instability object of the paper is caused by the interaction of (i) synchronous machines modeled using a synchronous reference speed and (ii) non-synchronous generators whose controllers depend on a d − q transformation. The paper also provides two simple solutions able to remove such extraneous instabilities. The New England 39-bus benchmark system is used for testing the proposed solutions.

对武钢二炼钢厂的转炉烟气洗涤水系统的水质稳定情况作了较详细的叙述。从投加阻垢分散剂到使用Ｎａ２ＣＯ３,系统结垢现象得到了彻底的解决,系统水循环利用率也由３０％上升到 １００ ％,经济效益、环境效益十分显著。     

视频绝对值变换器BG331小信号应用时的误差

本文讨论了视频绝对值变换器BG331在小信号应用时的误差,指出小信号时存在18mv的附加误差,因此它不适宜作为小信号检波器使用。     

DSP在水电站振动监测中的应用

介绍了一种新型的8路水轮发电机振动摆度信号的采集与处理系统。该系 统主要由A/D转换器、C54x系列数字信号处理器(DSP)及工业控制计算机组成。模拟信号经 过采样后，由DSP完成数字滤波、FFT谱分析等工作，工业控制计算机作为主机，负责管理整 个系统的正常运行。     

与DSP直接接口的串行ADCDSP101／102及其应用

在某些工业现场和野外工业中，数据采集和数据处理需要分开，此时采用串行通信。在这此串行高速ＡＤＣＤＳＰ１０１／１０２用起来十分方便，因为它们 与标准ＤＳＰ之间可以直接接口。文章主要介绍了ＤＳＰ１０１／１０２的基本操作及其应用实例。     

计算机监控系统在张河湾水电站的应用

论述了张河湾水电站计算机监控系统的结构配置和功能特点。该系统实现了对张河湾水电站生产过程的实时监测、控制、保护、调节、数据采集,以及运行参数自动记录等功能,实现了电站＂无人值班＂或＂少人值守＂的运行管理模式。
