Modification of Boundary Parameters and Fluctuations by IBW and LHCD in the HT-7 Tokamak

Measurements of boundary parameters and their fluctuations have been performed in ohmic (OH) plasma and Ion Bernstein Wave (IBW) and Lower Hybrid Current Drive (LHCD) enhanced confinement plasma using a pneumatically driven Langmuir probe array on HT-7 toka-maX. In the enhanced confinement plasma~ the gradients of electron density and temperature become higher and a transport barrier comes into being in the vicinity of the limiter. The boundary potential shows a clear modification in the same region. The fluctuation levels are significantly depressed and the coherences between fluctuations are reduced evidently in the enhanced plasma.Meanwhile, we obtained the spectral features and the poloidal phase velocity of fluctuations us-ing a two-point correlation technique and found obvious modifications of the turbulence and the poloidal flow. The results suggest that the improved confinement in the IBW and LHCD enhanced plasma is at least partially due to the modification of the boundary parameters and the suppression of the boundary fluctuations and fluctuation induced fluxes.     

统一电能质量控制器的一种新型保护方法

提出并分析了统一电能质量控制器UPQC(Unified Power Quality Controller)的一种新型保护方法。配电系统中发生短路故障时，该方法可以很有效地保护统一电能质量控制器串联部分中的辽变电路。保护的核心元件是与电流互感器二次侧并联的压敏电阻器及反并联晶闸管支路，通过对晶闸管门板信号的控制使电流互感器二次侧的电压箝位在逆变电路所允许的范围内，从而实现对UPQC的有效保护。该方法通过Matlab对380V配电线路进行了数字仿真，证明了其有效性。     

高分子材料研究中热释电仪控制系统设计与实现

设计并实现了热释电数据采集与控制系统自动化，讨论了该系统的软硬件组成、工作原理、程序控制过程和系统的特点，与经典方法相比，该系统大大提高了热释电数据采集与 精度，功能的修改与扩充十分方便，稍加改动即可用于其它实验仪器的联机控制。     

中国制革污水、污泥处理的现状分析

本文通过对上百家制革企业污水、污泥处理情况的调查、分析，表明污水治理已是各企业环境治理的一项重要工作；而污水处理后产生的污泥如何处理还未引起重视。只有彻底治理污水、污泥，消除二次污染，才是制革企业解决发展与污染矛盾的唯一途径。     

太阳能光纤电流传感系统

介绍了用太阳能电池供电的光纤传感系统及弱磁式电流传感器的原理，实现了绝缘子泄漏电流的在线监测。     

RG——MOSFET的IDS特性分析

以普通长沟道MOSFET的电流模型为基础，推导出RG—MOSFET一级近似下电流模型的解析表达式，并对其物理机制进行了较详细的分析讨论。     

离子注入工艺各个参数的调整

本文以美国EATON公司的中束流注入机为例，阐述了IC芯片生产过程中离子注入工艺如何实现高质量注入；标准注入参数的调整，以及实现高速注入所应采取的各种手段，尽量发挥离子注入机的潜能，使中束流注入机也可以注入大束流，在生产上实现高速机动，加快了工艺流程。

为了对蓄电池的性能进行在线检测和故障诊断．介绍了用以提供检测蓄电池的交流恒流源的设计思想和实现方法。通过实验进行了实例应用和验证，取得了较好的效果．为蓄电池的在线检测提供了一种实用的方法。     

Analysis,simulation and verification of a bipolar current source power resonant inverter

A high‐frequency bipolar current source resonant inverter introduced in this paper has dramatic zero‐voltage‐switching (ZVS) characteristic. The analytic expressions of the resonant voltage and current are given. It indicates that the resonant waveform is composed of two parts, i.e. the oscillatory component and the stationary component. In special cases, the resonant waveform degenerates into the mono‐frequency component, as presents the graceful sinusoidal wave with very low total harmonic distortion (THD) value. Based on the closed‐form voltage and current, the component stresses on reactive elements are obtained. The impact of different component values and operating frequencies on ZVS feature is also discussed. It should be noted that the ZVS merit may be lost if the components are carelessly selected. The validity of the theoretical analysis has been proven with Pspice simulations and experimental results. Copyright © 2004 John Wiley Sons, Ltd.
